Very clean. Right off the interstate, easy to get to. The staff was very pleasant. Morning breakfast and coffee were ready very early. The room had plenty of towels, soaps etc.

I am handicapped and had my service dog with me. When I booked my room I requested a room on the 1st floor, 2 weeks prior. When I checked in they told me they had no rooms available on the 1st floor. I explained to them that I had requested a bottom floor in advance. They said it depends if it's available on the day of check-in . This to me is UNACCEPTABLE! When ANY handicapped person requests IN ADVANCE for a room on the ground floor, this should be honored. I am glad I was doing better and not having to use my walker at that time. I will give your hotel another try in the future with hopes you rectified this situation for all handicapped people. If you cannot, I will be happy to stay with another hotel.

We loved the coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. The staff was hospitable. The hotel and the rooms were exceptionally clean, breakfast was delicious, bright and cheerful design. Housekeeping was attentive. Loved the hygiene items. They worked well and smelled clean. LavazA coffee was always hot and delicious. The price was reasonable. Location was great.

No microwave in the rooms. Although I loved the design of the rooms. The sharp corners furniture banged me up a bit till I got used to it.

Felt like Bait and switch! Booking.com said pet fee for both stays was an extra 25.00 each trip. We stayed twice. When we checked in it was 75.00 per trip!! Hubby said what? They said booking.com is wrong… forced to pay as it was too late in the game to find somewhere else with a small dog! Will find another hotel next time.

It was very clean and comfortable, and I loved the free breakfast, the only thing I wish the had a place to eat dinner. they are surround by places but, After driving 10 hours I didn’t want to venture out for dinner. I am familiar to the area I usually stop down the rd to the doubletree but decided to stay here due to my husband stayed and said check it out it’s a few dollars cheaper than the doubletree and I did ! I enjoyed all the Hiltons ! I am a true fan .

I just wished they had a place for dinner even a vending machine with some sandwiches our something to heat up in a central microwave!

I’m from Texas. The location wasn’t as near the military base like it was mentioned. We stayed at a different Tru last time. When asked to relocate to that one, we were told it was impossible. It made our trip difficult to do anything because of the drive.

Breakfast was okay, there were other choices that provided light breakfast that I needed, and glad you had a variety of teas. Location was great, near location, near restaurants.

Breakfast was just okay. The toaster oven was more of a warmup didn’t toast the breads or bagels. The omelette was bland. No closets, no ice machine on the floors.

Easy in and out, clean, decent price.

The cold water was actually hot. No matter how long I let it run (up to 20 minutes), it was still hot. I actually took a cold shower that was hotter than my hot shower at home. It made brushing teeth and giving my service dog water to drink, difficult. Was told by management that maintenance man left for the day. No resolution was offered.

Room was clean and comfortable!! Overall the room was also quiet. The morning breakfast was also tasty. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We didn't use the pool was happy that it was available.

We would have liked to have Hard Seltzer as an option in the lobby. We did the Stella Artois beer though. The food options were also OK but would have like to have had a few more options instead of getting doordash.

The woman who worked at the front desk at night was always SO busy but friendly the whole time. The room was clean and comfy. The amenities supplied were really nice. There wasn't a coffee maker in the room, but they always had coffee down stairs. The hotel had a really inviting vibe with their pool table and hang out area in the lobby area. It made it more enjoyable for our kids.

We were so happy with breakfast, the staff, the cleanliness, the amenities for children in the lobby, and the location.

I don’t think the price was all that great for a place that’s definitely just a stop for the night and get back on the road place.
