The black female staff that was working was not helpful at all. Our room was previously reserved and prepaid and we had confirmation and showed her and she was not helpful at all in trying to figure out why our reservation was not showing. All she kept doing was trying to charge us again. It was extremely frustrating and had to end up calling booking.com and speaking to a representative to get it resolved. She had a very bad attitude to be in customer service. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and never had an issue and staff had always been friendly and helpful but not this one. Not sure if I will return.

Breakfast was great. Nice variety of items and fully stocked till the end of service.

Pull out couch was broken. I reported it to front desk the first night. Maintenance came in the next morning while we were out. They placed the couch cushions under the head of the pullout bed to make it level but it did not maintain support when we tried to go to sleep so I was short a bed. I was not offered a new room or a discount for my inconvenience. Also when I went to front desk for bedding for couch it did not have a top sheet.

The desk agent who greeted us was kind and informative. She is sufficiently capable of doing her job well.

The kitchen attendant was less accommodating than he could have been. The breakfast was whisked away while folks were still trying to prepare. I realize there is a time but if it had been me, I would not have shut the breakfast down without consideration of those waiting in line to prepare their meal, promised as part of the accommodations.

Really appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel. We reviewed many hotels before deciding on Best Western and we’re not disappointed. The hotel is warm and welcoming, located in a very nice area with wonderful restaurants and shopping less than a mile away. Hotel staff were friendly and engaging and the free breakfast was simple but very good. Will definitely rebook here when we return! Highly recommend!

I like that the hotel was close to the location I was attending and near a few retail and food businesses. It was a quiet area, the room was clean, and the guy at check-in was proficient with providing information about the hotel guudelines. Also, I liked the promptness & politeness of the receptionist (she had locs) who brought me a remote replacement when the batteries cocked out on the one in my room. Check-out was quick & and smooth, and the receptionist was very professional and polite.

The receptionist Chris handled the system being down professionally and in a timely fashion. He asked if I needed a late check out without a charge, which has never been done. The rooms were extremely spacious.

The room was adjoined with a random, and it was noisy at times. I didn't like that I could hear their conversations. Also, due to the location and the room I was in, it was very noisy outside. I could hear the wind howling over the tv, which kept me up most of the night. Breakfast was good but it was crowded, kinda tight space.

It was my first stay of 2025.And it never disappoints.From management to house keeping and everyone in between the entire staff is amazing .I probably stayed 12 to 15 nights in 2024 and every stay was And 10 out of 10.The constituency in all departments are excellent and I can not say enough about how much I appreciate the service and kindness they show there guest.Thank you all.

Having to leave this morning !

Very clean, comfortable and there was a sleep out sofa in my room. Though I was alone and didn’t use it as a pull out bed, it was a great couch to relax on instead of just a desk chair and another chair. Also liked that lamps had plug ins on the base.

Anytime the bathroom light went on, the exhaust fan went on. A bit noisy—but I’m a big sensitive to noises. Most may not have cared. . Would have been nice to have two separate switches.

We were there to move a freshman into ECU. The front desk people were lovely, the room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast options were vast and everyone found something that they wanted. The elevator was a little worn and we didn't use any other facilities but it was great for a night!

Things were a little worn, we could have used more towels and I had to go to the desk to get the bedding for the sofa bed (not a biggie).

The staff was attentive and very eager to please. We arrived late in the evening and the receptionist was very helpful, even leaving the pool open an extra hour so our kiddo could swim a little before bedtime. Also, the whole facility was well-staffed! Post-COVID, I've stayed at several hotels that felt like they were running on a skeleton crew; this was not the case at all at this hotel, there were employees everywhere! Housekeeping brought us fresh towels, the cafeteria staff asked us if we were finished with breakfast before breaking down the buffet, and we were given first-floor rooms as requested. Overall a great stay, wouldn't hesitate to come again!
