Staff was fantastic. I even forgot my laptop in my room and they called me soon to let me know they had it. Was glad I didn't start heading back home right away.

Was on the ground floor and could hear every step the people above me made. They also liked to start being loud around 2:30 in the morning. So I would definitely suggest requesting a top level room. This was my first time staying here.

Very clean spa tub! I tend to cycle dishwasher pods before using a hotel spa tub and this was one of the cleanest!

Pool was a little murky but the staff was notified to have it cleaned. Unsure if it was because we left the next morning.

Katrina checked us in. She was polite and very helpful. Room was so clean and just beautiful. Was above my expectations. We will stay again.

The pool was HORRIBLE. IT WAS SO COLD, IT WAS LIKE A FROZEN LAKE. MY 12MONTH OLD COULDNT GET IN.

Breakfast very limited quantity, Fruits, and variety of Breads should be added, Also if Egg station added will be great. Also 2 Large LCDs in suite was surprisingly good

Everything was good except the stinky smell of old wood inside my room, also bath room need to be upgraded to Shower cabin instead of old style tub.

I like everything about this hotel.

I didnt like the fact that the door keys didnt work for the side doors you had to walk through the front to get in if you didnt have nobody to let you in through the side doors. Please get that fix.

Breakfast was good. The lady who checked us in and the manager were extremely nice. Great customer service.

Was charged 1 price when I checked in, paid that amount then, and made aware of a different price the morning of check out by a receipt slipped under our door. Tried to ask why this was happening and the woman who was just coming in from the outside proceeded to be extremely unprofessional and approach me with the worst attitude. It wasn't the manager. Some random worker. She was very upset that I asked why I was being charged a different price. One of the worst people I have ever dealt with. Will probably never return to that location because of this very unprofessional woman who was lacking all of the customer service skills.

Was conveniently located for the things we needed during our stay and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast was also a standout!

The 60 minute jacuzzi timer in room 200. Is actually a 16 minute timer. Guess it's a little worn out but works fine.
