Size of room was as expected. Plenty of towels for two people, even a little extra. Breakfast had good variety of choices without being wasteful. Great wi-fi . Staff was EXCELLENT! Very personable, attentive and knowledgeable. Finally and refreshing to get persons that cared about customers.

No paper TV guide, when searching on remote guide button...no name for channels listed. Just showed 'to be announced' had to scroll thru all channels. May have just had this issue in our room. Did have a side listing that is viewable as in ads, but wasn't able to click on those choices.

The Breakfast was good but they needed to cook the sausage a little longer. Everything was fresh and very well put together. Everything was very nice and clean. The staff kept everything very well stocked. It helped me start my trip back to fortworth off great.

The breakfast sausage was not done enough. That is the only complaint or actual suggestion I have about my stay. I do have a suggestion not a complaint. I love the dispensers for lotion and shampoo and conditioner. Maybe you can get hand-wash and bodywash. Just a suggestion....

Chris was amazing and excellent. Very smart young man. We are "not young" anymore and when the much younger group checked in before us, Chris was astute enough to place us on the other side of the hotel away from the teens and the church groups in the rented room. Pool, breakfast, people. Perfect stay, close to downtown, but far enough away for there to be quiet :) Resturaunts and walmart within walking distance as well as gas station and medical facility.

The Hospitality provided by the staff is exceptional. Sean the manager provides the best customer service, we travel to Austin from Houston and this is the only Hotel and location we use. Managers like him who coach his staff for exceptional customer service is what makes loyal to this location.

The hotel was very comfortable and perfect for a long trip with breakfast, a big parking space and a gym. The rooms are very comfortable, with a great big bed, spacious bathroom with bathtub, and a little lounge area that is perfect for organizing your luggage.

The breakfast did not have healthy options but it did have several classic American options to try and great coffee. The waffle and cinnamon machines are super fun and delicious.

The staff was friendly and courteous. The room was clean when we arrived. Furthermore, the room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. This is my second time staying at this location and I will continue to do so. Kudos to the housekeeping staff as well.

great location great hot breakfast including eggs omelets and sausage! indoor pool was clean and warm they provide pool towels!

the employee was rude and slow. she was unloading chairs from tables when I got there to check in. instead of stopping and assisting me she made me wait until she was done cleaning and working in the dining room. last time I checked you don’t make guest wait while you do your side work. I don’t mind waiting a min but i was literally left at the counter for 7 mins while she did other crap. not only did she make me wait then when she finally walked over to the counter she was rude and short and you could tell she was just another lazy worker who wanted to make sure everyone knew she didn’t want to be there. annoying to be inconvenienced because she’s too lazy to do her job. and it’s not even a hard one smh

The breakfast was great love the fact of the indoor pool and jacuzzi and house keeping was very nice

The chlorine was way to much it was eye burning just sitting in there and the front desk lady is rude and did not feel welcoming she acted as if it was a bother we were checking out when we did or something

Front desk.. the young lady already know of our arrival as soon as I arrival. The beds were so comfortable. we had a great night rest. Breakfast was good as well. everything was full and clean tables. 10+

I don't have any complaints or dislike. 100% satisfaction.

The staff were extremely cordial. The manager who was on duty when we checked in was helpful and even stored cake for in the refrigerator that was going to used the next day which was Thanksgiving. Tkelse the night manager was also very nice to my spouse and myself.

Have no complaints.
