Excellent customer service, everyone running the front office was professional and super friendly. Rooms were clean and had eventing I needed.

Hotel is pet friendly, but with no area for dog walking/bathroom. It was suggested I walk them by the highway or behind a dumpster. Didn't feel comfortable with either so had to drive somewhere else.

The place is very clean, everything worked fine (appliances, fridge and microwave in the room, A/C, shower, lamps, fan, etc.), good wi-fi, comfy bed, spacious bathroom with full bath. Breakfast was basic but all essentials were there, including warm oatmeal. Stuff very nice, friendly and accomodating. We chose this place for an overnight stay because of convenient location (traveled E40 East to West) - it is right by the highway, easy drive in and then direct exit back to highway.

The breakfast was good. The rate was also good. We we are here for family hospital emergency. I love the staff. They are incredibly friendly and helpful. I would stay here again simply because of the staff. Rooms are not fancy but they are clean and comfortable.

A laundry room on site would be nice. Waters in the room would also be nice.

We booked from our car on the highway and everything was fine when we got there. It was a rainy Friday night in early March. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable and there was hot water in the shower. We were travelling with or year old puppy and were on the second floor. The hotel was really clean and the TV worked well.

The area around was not that great for dog walking but it was rainy so we did not want to stay out that long.

Check in was a breeze, the front desk arranged the requested ground floor room and the location is excellent with a good pizza joint steps away, a McDonalds and Waffle House. All in all a good value for the money.

Definitely not under the hotel's control but a nearby frontage road appears to be a favorite of motorheads who race their cars in the middle of the night.

Great breakfast. Staff went far above and beyond their calls of duty to make our stay most enjoyable.

I needed a handicapped room and I reserved one. When we got to the hotel, there had been a mix up and they had already rented the only handicapped room they had. The staff then got together, fixed us up in a room with a walk in shower and we made it fine.

The room was wonderful. The bed was a little stiff. We were located on the backside and it was quiet and clean. Parking spots were a nice size. The pool was a welcome treat after a long day of riding a motorcycle, it is only 5 ft on the deep end, which was wonderful for me as I'm only 5'5".

The lady at check-in was rude. The lady the next morning for breakfast was great ! Location is hard to find. GPS tracking is off and the sign isn't easily seen.

Breakfast was great and wide variety of breakfast foods. It exceeded my expectations.

Do not have any negative things to say. We had a problem with our television but the front desk instead of fixing it they gave us a better television than we had before. The young man was very professional & quick to resolve the issue. Very pleased. Will stay & reserve another room in the future.

Relatively close to funeral home in Humbolt. large clean bathroom. staff was very accommodating and Breakfast was very well done and a good variety. the room had a keurig coffee maker, fridge, microwave all very clean up to date.

the only thing we found was that when we spilled a drink by the door, we wiped it up with a wet washcloth and the floor was pretty dirty. But I walked all over the room in my sock feet and they weren’t dirty. so it may have just been worse as you come in the door.

Breakfast was great! Hot food and good coffee. Some of best hotel Orange Juice that I’ve had. Front Desk lady was very nice and cheerful at check-in and again at breakfast.

Refrigerator desperately needed defrosting and there was a bag of something in it. Might have been frozen and stuck. I don’t look too closely because it was kind of dark but A/C unit looked a little iffy but it worked great.
