Although the room was very small it sufficed for our trip with the extra bed. The bathroom was too small and very difficult to get around for a disabled person that needs assistance. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfast area was huge but had very little to offer for food and drinks.

More room for the disabled bathroom and a better selection for breakfast. Breakfast was one of the worst I have experienced. Hardly any selection for food and drinks.

Typically We hate hotels as they never meet our expectations!! This Best Western met them & more!!! Our stay was peaceful, relaxing and care free from check in to check out... our room was clean & fully stocked, beds were comfortable, loved our view (the highway, but staying with a 3 & 5 yr old who loved watching cars go by from the 4th floor... can't complain)

For GPS purposes Google gives the address as being on us64 causing us to get lost & check in late, had to call for correct address being on Ricky bell Cove!

The twin size tucked away in its own little space was quite funny. The AC blows cold and has a great velocity for getting the air moved around. The beds were comfortable. The shower was good. I appreciated the sink being outside of the water closet/shower area as there were 5 of us who needed the facilities.

I wish the AC unit was lower on the wall, but it makes sense when trying to get air movement happening.

The breakfast was wonderful! The room was large and had an extra bed that we needed!!

The nightstand drawer would not stay closed. It kept opening after you closed it.

Location and the beds were comfortable and it was clean

We stayed without a working fridge it was reported to the front desk never was fixed

Large room with a separate living room was really cool. Really quiet not alot of traffic. Ac gets super cold.

The AC unit in the wall worked extremely well, but I could not keep the fan going on it and would wake up every time it went off and the pillows are like half sized, which was hard to get comfortable on.

If I could rate this stay a 20/10, I would. I was travelling with a handicapped guest, and they were VERY accomidating with the room and other ammeneties that facilitated a comfortable stay. The breakfast was great, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the rooms were clean. Perfect location and distance from the attractions we were visiting.

The toilet in our room needed to be resealed. But other than that, everything was perfect.

Property was clean and beds comfortable.

The air unit was so high up on the wall that I had to stand on the bed to see what it was set on- and even then it was difficult to see- and I’m 5’8”. Also, the hallway was stuffy and smelly. You can tell they are trying to use something to cover up smells, but when someone is smoking pot, it’s hard smell to cover up. Unfortunately, that seems to be a common issue in hotels now.

This hotel room came with 2 Queen beds and a twin bed. This worked exceptional for 3 separate adults. All three beds were extremely comfortable. The staff was friendly and addressed my one issue Immediately. And the breakfast was more than I expected.

The refrigerator was too small for snacks, it only held drinks.
