from the price to staff the quality of the room, the services toiletry cleanliness. everything was great. I have literally no complaints. I would definitely repeat next year. that and the free shuttle to the airport is fantastic.

I stayed during the renovation process. Uber drivers had a hard time trying to find my location but hotel staff helped me maneuver obstacles of uber trying to pick me up. I would have preferred to be located smackdown in the middle of DC where there are subways more restaurants and other things to do, but for the price, quality, and staff you can't beat it.

comfortable bed and very clean accommodations

I was parked in a handicap parking space close to the front lobby. I have handicap plates due to extreme back & neck operations. I use two canes. The 1st front desk clerk wrote me a parking pass to put in the window. The next clerk called me and said they were going to tow my car because they were going to put a more expensive car in that space. He said I could park under the hotel. I had to move my car to under the hotel and walk the length of the hotel and down two long corridors to get to my room. The man didn’t care about me he just told me to move the car or it would be towed (even though I had a parking pass in my window).

We loved how close it was to the Metro and that we didn’t even have to go outside to get to the Metro. It was all underground. Very convenient!

We did not like that the parking garage was only for cars less than 6’ tall. Luckily, we were able to use one of the six spots reserved for the taller vehicles and we left our car there the whole time of our visit. That was great! I also wish breakfast was included in the price. That would’ve been helpful.

Very clean, front desk staff were very friendly and kind.

Well, the restaurant is under construction and the option to eat in the restaurant was awkward and weird. Seemed like 2 guest rooms opened up and weird tables set up with no windows. Kind of felt like you were sitting in a hallway or something. The waitress was super kind and I just took the food to my room.

Easy to get to, room very nice, beds were very comfortable . Bathroom was well stocked with everything we needed. Checking was very smooth and the front desk was great. Parking was good parked on Friday and did not touch it again until we left. Walking distance to DC metro was great. Walking distance to many different local restaurants just down around the corner. Thank you.

Nothing really wrong at all.

The room and bed were quiet and comfortable. The quiet was surprising due to the location. I slept very well. I am running out of things to put in this box for the review.

No breakfast was available. The only coffee available in the lobby was Starbucks, which is horrible without lots of sugar and milk. I left for the airport early and had a bagel and coffee from Dunkin.

The view was excellent! The room was clean and comfortable. I did not try the breakfast buffet however, the granola french toast was delicious!! The staff was friendly and helpful. The shuttle was on time. Metro access in lower level. I would absolutely stay here again!

I booked through booking .com, I prepaid in order to get that rate.When I checked in they were going to recharge my card for the entire rate! I showed them that it was paid with the app.Another clerk got things fixed.

Overall good location around different restaurants and close enough to take public trans to visit the city.

Only thing I disliked was I was charged twice for daily parking. Also I was charged a no show fee for one of the rooms I reserved. I tried for days to resolve with management to no avail, no call backs no emails returned. Fortunately my card company handled it on their end.

Love the this location and the staff is superb! Clean and updated. minutes from DC. I was a little concerned about being close to the airport, but it was quiet and didn’t hear one plane.

Parking. If your vehicle is over 6 feet you will not make it to the parking garage. However, they do have a reserve parking for oversized vehicles but limited. The gentleman at the front desk was very gracious and very helpful in addressing the situation. The problem I had was the parking limitation for vehicles over 6ft tall was not listed on the their website.

The location was excellent for our DC trip. Very clean and close to Crystal area shops & metro. We loved the underground walkways connecting the shops and metro station.

When arriving it was hard to figure out what to do for check in since there is no place to park and walk into the lobby. My wife had to run into the lobby and get instructions while I drove around the building. There is a lot of construction going on in the area but this wasn't a major issue.
