Breakfast was wonderful presented very well kudos to the cook and staff. Everyone was friendly starting with Travis he answered my questions with no problem he stayed in touch with text till I arrived. Housekeeping was excellent thank you everyone it was a pleasurable 3 day stay.

Well I did have to come from the 4th floor to the first floor to get ice. Ice machine was not working on 4th floor other than it was excellent.

I often use this South Park location to stay in I never have any major problems. Any problems I had was taken care by Mrs.Daisy Deleon front office manager. She went above and beyond to assist me with any problem I had. It was address and handled in a fast and professional manner.

Nothing my location was fine I had access to grocery store food anything I needed..no complaints.

I liked the room and the breakfast area. The fitness center is small yet clean and everything works and it's organized. Also we were allowed to use the pool and gym at this other facility across the street just show your room card and id. Excellent 👌🏾

The ice vending machine didn't work on our floor. Also no vegan options for breakfast other than orange. Should be variety of fruit to choose from and should be at least some almond milk not just cow milk.

The Staff made us feel outstanding they attended to any questions or concerns with great hospitality especially Ms Christy she was one of the best host I’ve experienced in a while

The gym looked like it was under construction couldn’t see inside the room because it was locked. and WiFi was glitching

It was clean and well stocked with nice towels and clean linens.

Nothing at all. Well maybe the lack of soda machines, but no big deal. There are plenty of convenience stores, fast food and quality family restaurants in the immediate area.

I was quoted one price on booking.com When i arrived at the hotel the Lady at the desk said there wasnt a reservation in my name, even though i had my confirmation via email. So i had to make another reservation and paid more for the same one day stay. I did not make a fuss, i just paid for my stay.

This place is beautiful, the room was amazing! Large room with living room area as well as comfy bed with lots of pillows. All the amenities would want plus a free breakfast.

I'm handicapped so it was a little inconvenient to have to bring my bags through the main front lobby & down the hall.

Customer service was amazing. Everyone had been so warm and welcoming. Greeting me when I came and wished me the best when I was leaving. I had a great experience.

The AC in my room couldn't be adjusted. However, I made it work.

Great location. Nice size room. Breakfast was good. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

No towel bars in bathroom. Wifi was awful. Trying to watch tv was a chore. Key kept getting demagnetized without being near keys phone etc. Elevator was extremely slow when in the lobby.

Bathrooms that don't have ventilation/ceiling fan is a pet peeve of mine. Every surface, glass or otherwise, gets covered with moisture when taking a shower. Most hotels have one, some don't. It's something important for me. Also, the walls are maybe a bit thin, but overall very good hotel.
