Location is in a quiet area..perfect to relax after a long, tiring day. Balcony has a view of the mountains and small partial ocean view in the corner. The receptionist who took our check in was lovely.

Electricity is charged separately, which takes time to be calculated on check out, so plan ahead.

Staff super helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast was superb with a wide range of freshly made yummy dishes to choose from. Bed was very comfy with pillow firmness/softness to choose from. A good water pressure in the bath to have a nice shower. The WiFi was fast enough for us to work remotely every day for 3 weeks.

I think the decor especially the bathroom is a bit tired but it's under-stably as Covid must have hid hard the revenue to re-invest in the property.

I enjoyed my stay despite the earthquake that happened on March 28, hotel staff were very helpful and supportive. Even managements were also there during the residents evacuation. I are still worried about our hotel safety. There’s no update from hotel management.

The staff is very nice and the room is very spacious. Location is not far from shopping mall and it is in business district.

There is a smell in laundry room, I have to turn on air con all the time, even when I do not want to.

- amazing staff right from concierge to the cleaning staff - very well located, with great restaurants nearby - clean rooms, bed and linens - the play area for the kid and swimming pool located on the fifth floor was amazing

- the furniture needs a bit of overhaul as they feel dated and the sofas had few stains - washer+ dryer did not completely dry the clothes

staff are amazing, I left my mobile in the taxi when I arrived firstly and Mr Alex the security put all out effort to find my mobile phone back. I can’t say in my words to say THANK YOU again and again for the staff and Alex to serve extra miles. He found my mobile by following the trace of “find my phone” to such a distance in Bangkok. OMG I can’t believe he did it from his heart.

My room was on 24th floor and they had 4 elevators which made it easy for me to get to the room, the gym was good as well and they are going to open the tennis court very soon (beginning of July 2023). There is a garden right next to the entrance which is so beautiful and well maintained by the gardeners. Few minutes walk to the metro station, nearby gas station , bank and so many other shops and Services around the hotel.

Breakfast was very good. Rooms were very spacious. Staff was helpful and kind. Price was fair, to Bangkok levels. Location is a double edged sword for me: the upside is there were restaurants in the same street. The view from our room was beautiful, towards modern buildings nearby. Dawn was amazing.

Downside from Location is a that the hotel is non negligible walk far from subway, especially for the elderly people we had in our group. During weekdays and regular workhours, the hotel provides transport to one of the stations. During weekends and dinner time, we found ourselves booking grab (Thailand Uber) and tuk tuk to get to hotel.

Loved the location and the size of the rooms. We had a 1 bed apartment, it had everything we needed including a kitchen, fridge, washing machine and windows that opened to the small balcony. Breakfast was good and plentiful with eggs cooked to order and Vegemite!!!!

This has nothing to do with the actual accommodation but be aware that this hotel caters for women staying in BKK for cosmetic surgery. So if you like talk over breakfast of nips and tucks and other med procedures and can take the sight of bandaged women everywhere then its fine. I found it all a bit yuk but hey, to each their own.
