Location is the best. hotel facilities are the best. rooms , cleanliness are top class. Best part is this hotel is direct on beach, very lively neighborhood.

The ladies at the breakfast counter & person at reception are very rude, completely impolite, have no sense of how to behave with customers especially the foreign country non Thai speaking visitors. they irritate you beyond expectations. They should know & realize that their livelihood is only & depends on tourist like us.

There is one very important Fact to mention. The TV Channels are Thai oriented only. A bit of BBC...Aljazeera..yes...thats it. No Golfchannel...no Football . Cannot be. So far i remember...before Covit they had more entertsining in every Room.

The hotel is just a stone throw from the beach. kids friendly swimming pool is very happening and the roadside restaurant "Fat CoCo" has a great ambience and it's interior decor is 2nd to none. Central marina only 6 mins walk by the alley towards 2nd road. Central festival 4 mins and mike shopping center 6 mins in bath bus through one way beach road.

breakfast is good but i was so excited to have over the counter noodles soup. But they didn't serve chicken or fish in my three days stay. They only served pork on soup. Can't complain much as lots of other dishes was there.

I like the way the rooms are but feel some need a upgrade,the swimming pool is also very nice and comfortable seating arrangements around it and the staff are fantastic

actually the breakfast is not as nice as previous times and the lift going to breakfast seems to stop every floors

the location is perfect and being so close to the beach is fantastic,the rooms are a good size,the shower is also great

Breakfast is just fair enough other than that is the best Room is comfy m staff is good hospitality , especially Pool , Kids club are build for kids !!! Kids never want to go out. In the Kids club , there are a lot of staff to takiing care of kids so parent can be just rest in resting area and wait for the kids to explore by themselves. IMO It s a good decision for this big renovation.

Breakfast, egg and grill station is not enough for all guest.

Facilities in our family room were disappointing. For a family there should have been cooking utensils i.e. pots and pans, otherwise the hot top is useless. Also, considering it is a ‘family’ room, the fridge should be of a larger size, not a bar fridge. Staff not being aware of hotel facilities i.e. not knowing where the car park is located. This is a management issue as training is obviously inadequate.

We preferred to get going in the morning and breakfasted elsewhere, Location was great, on beach road, just jump on the Baht bus and get off whenever, beach across the road,return route up 2nd road by baht bus, Hotel between Soi 2 and Soi 3,at the 2nd road end is Terminal 21 shopping centre, only few hundred metres walk, amazing place, food choice amazing, visually amazing
