Professional staff. Clean hotel and rooms. There is a mini market in the lobby open 24 hour for snacks and necessary stuff you might need.

Parking is a bit tight, but that is not a big issue. Room cleaning came after 4pm. Tha was surprising as I left the hotel in the morning and came back to find the room as is.

What an amazing place. Upon arrival quite late at night we were greeted by the most friendliest faces. This made us all so welcome. There was a small snag with our bed, and we were moved to another more comfortable room the next day. Everyone kept on respectfully asking us if we needed anything and really made us feel at home. Will definitely stay there again. We hightly recommend this hotel.

1.) Some of the toiletries will only be provided upon request. 2.) I called the reception to request for something several times. They told me that they will call me back but no call back. 3.) Room service hotline number is not answering most of the times. 4.) I called the restaurant to deliver some foods to my room but instead told me to tell the room service.

We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel. The food was good, 8 our of 10 stars. The servers are very nice and helpful.

Food should have been a little better.

Staff were prompt and friendly, clean rooms and hotel facilities, location was good, view was nice.

Parking was a little limited, especially when they had business meetings, breakfast by comparison to other places was smaller with less variety. The room was a little small compared to other places we stayed at.

Proximity to Church of Smyrna and the City Centre. Loved that it was close to Leon Cafe.

Buffet dinner did not look that great so we ordered a La carte and the food was lovely.

Everything was amazing!! We were at the 5th Floor with a sea view. Very quiet and beautiful room. The staff is amazing, from the reception everyone was very kind . The housekeeper on our floor was also very kind and extremely helpful when we needed something. We are very thankful to that lady. And about the food-amazing chef 👩‍🍳 We ate both at the restaurant and we ordered room service. The food was extremely, extremely delicious. I wish I can cook that delicious 😀 I would definitely recommend the hotel to friends and will be back again, when I go to Izmir again. Everything was amazing!!! 👏 👏 Keep the great work!! It isn't connected to the hotel itself. We were seeing the great sea view,but it would be great, if there was a way to reach it by feet and walk through it. Something like a tunnel, to reach the other side of the road. Anyway, everything with the hotel itself was more than perfect 👌 👍

The balcony , and breakfast , the staff were very professional and helpful. Specially bell boys all of them were very polite and helpful . I like to stay again when i am in Izmir

Didn’t have enough parking spaces

It is really nice hotel and staff was really kind and friendly. Clean room and delicious meals. Location is also perfect. I had a good time.

Room kept very clean. A good variety for breakfast. The hotel has also got easy access to public transport i.e. taxis and train station across the road.

Reception area too small and at times gets congested when large groups of people are either checking in or out. This tends to block hotel entrance and also the way to and from the restaurant. Nevertheless this is is only occasional.
