The hotel is located at a complex called ZonAmerica or Zona America... All I can say is that the beauty of the landscape is tremendous, huge complex with bicycles you can get to go around the place and have a good time. I really love how the hotel is well positioned.

It is far from downtown Montevidéo, however, for those travelers that are not seeking the downtown madness, this is their perfect spot. Can't do it without a rental car though, you can't just rely on Uber for this, everything is far. But worth it, in my opinion. One thing they could do better is with regards to the anti bugs screen, our rooms all had it, but broken, and there´s a lot of "pernilongos" that can make your stay a nightmare, ask for an SBP, bug killer spray.

The hotel is a bit further from the city center, but is located in a gated community which is great for security and had beautiful grounds. A relaxing place to arrive after a busy day in the city. They offer also bikes so you can use it and enjoy the lovely property. They offer also internal heated pool which is great for colder days. Easy access to the road.

The outside pool was not cleaned every day, so it looked like it could use some work on that. The breakfast was not vegan friendly, I had to bring my own milk.

Staff was very friendly. Rooms were very clean and airy. Loved the whole experience

There is not much of a variety. Took way to long for service, they didn't have any afternoon snacks. The bakery in the morning was terrible. They honestly need to change their bakery.

There was no sign by the highway roundabout and we and our friends in another car missed the road and took the highway out. A big detour that could have been avoided if there had been a sign. Also, the desk clerk confused pesos with dollars telling us we needed to pay 2000 dollars which was a stressful moment.

The place was excellent.

Location is within a guarded area. This is great, but google maps routes you around in circles. Look at the map and drive to the hotel. When you get to the guard shack, tell them your a hotel guest and they will let you pass.

The hotel is surrounded by rolling hills and horse farms. Bicycles are available, and a large pool for lap swimming. Breakfast is open for hours and has huge variety including cooked food and fruit and healthy smoothies. The rooms are large and comfortable. It is very near the airport.

The location is very good to rest before a connection flight as it is very near to the airport, however to visit Montevideo downtown is very far was. and the cost of taxi or uber is very high at this time.

The place is wonderful, in the middle of nature. The facilities are very good. It's close to the airport.

The bathroom was not as clean as one would expect in a hotel like this...

the surrounding is amazing, quiet and peaceful, great for a walk, reading and relaxing.

as it is a bit remote getting a taxi may not be easy

The hotel looks and feel better than on the images. The location it is not directly in the city, however it is nice and the garden and outside area are marvelous. Also the staf was very friendly. We liked especially the comfy bed, the cleanliness of the room and the view into the garden.

Absolutely nothing to complain.
