The room was spacious and staff very helpful. The promotion of free parking and also a welcome drink was a nice touch

twin 2 x standard double bed room as party of 3, large enough, with all basics covered, nice touch with being `personal greeting message` when switched on the TV, and included fridge. Breakfast was a reasonable price have been charged more for a less hearty and varied offering, all kids loved the pancake maker, that i could make out, staff all attentive in all aspects of the hotel from reception, bar, breakfast staff which was very well run. There is underground parking at £10 per 24 hours, space snug and low roof, but designated for tall SUVs mind boot openings as word of warning. Ideally placed for Legoland about 6 miles away, easy to locate as just a short distance off M4 Junction. Would recommend and use again.

some aspects of the bathroom were tired or needed updating /repairing in our room and a slight leak around seal on base of basin tap in bathroom, however this did not detract or ruin our stay. Not reported as sure this is already on the scheduled maintenance programme, for a large hotel. A lack of draw units to put smalls, however plenty of hanging space, especially in light there could have been 4 people in our room.

The location was so central for both our Legoland visit on one day and our Windsor day trip the other. It was clean and comfortable, the staff so helpful and we loved that there is an onsite swimming pool with jacuzzi, steam room and sauna that was only £12 entry for a family pass. It was great to unwind in the pool after a long day in Legolnd! Also great that there was onsite parking. We thought the price was good for £10 for 25 hours/overnight but this also enabled you to come and go from the car park as many times as you’d like!

Nothing it was really good, if I had to choose one thing it would be the tiny thing of that you need to be be aware that there seemed to be no lifts from the car park to reception, so if you have access issues or lots of bags get someone to drop you off at the entrance first!

The hotel is just off the M4 motorway and easy to find. Staff were helpful and welcoming and informed me of the facilities in the hotel. My room was on the 6th floor, and had a lovely view of the surrounding area. Mini bar available in the room, as well as tea and coffee making facilities. Plenty of towels and toiletries available to use, and the bed was very comfy. Breakfast was served from 6.30am and there was a good selection of items to choose from and catered for most tastes. There's a charge for parking your car at the hotel, but is very reasonable. A good hotel to stay at overnight for a rest before an onward journey, or even to explore the local area and Windsor.

There wasn't much to dislike about the hotel to be honest.

All staff really helpful and friendly, plenty of parking and good facilities. location good for Windsor Castle, legoland and London, Ubers really cheap AM. Just eat and Uber eat available to hotel. Rooms really quiet couldn't hear other rooms with kids, normally use premier inns this room was slightly better

Initially booked with pay at venue, checked a week before arrival and price dropped by £200 was able to rebook the cheaper room and cancelled the higher one on bookings.com. Food at hotel Limited and overpriced and not great local chippy delivers along with maccy d's, kfc and Costa

We enjoyed the facilities for a weekend getaway visiting Legoland. The restraunt had a lovely selection of dishes and was delicious! The pool looked lovely, although I wasn't able to swim as we couldn't book in a spot. However, I did use the sauna and it was perfect. The gym was relatively well-equipped and had a good selection of kit and machines.

The bookings for the pool and gym were quite confusing as it wasn't mentioned at reception when we checked-in for the hotel that we needed to book a timeslot before going. Unfortunately, the pool closed earlier than we were informed by the front desk, as well, so we missed our chance in the pool.

I had a fantastic stay at the Copthorne Hotel Slough Windsor and was especially impressed with the room and leisure facilities. Whether you're traveling for business or a weekend break, this hotel has everything you need for a relaxing, comfortable stay. The room was clean, modern, and spacious. The bed was super comfortable with fresh, crisp linens, and there was plenty of space to unpack and unwind. The room also had all the essentials – a good-sized desk, a flat-screen TV, and tea/coffee facilities. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything spotless during my stay. What really stood out were the leisure amenities. The gym is well-equipped with a variety of cardio machines and weights, perfect for keeping up with workouts while away from home. It wasn’t overcrowded and everything was in good working order. The swimming pool was a highlight — clean, warm, and a great size for both laps and relaxing. After a swim, I headed to the Jacuzzi, which was such a treat! Perfect temperature and a great way to unwind after a busy day. The entire leisure area felt well-maintained and inviting. The staff were also fantastic – friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. All in all, I highly recommend the Copthorne Hotel Slough Windsor if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and great on-site facilities. I’ll definitely be returning!

Location was ideal for our trip to Legoland Windsor. I liked the room, we had a standard twin with two double beds. Could have done with more milk and tea bags in the room. We made use of the leisure facilities and went swimming on the morning we were due to check out before breakfast.

When we checked in were told that we were unable to use the swimming pool that evening because it had already been booked up, would have been useful to know that we needed to book a slot before we got there. The bedding was a bit slippy, basically it slid off you with any movement we made, I had to share with my little girl and she wriggles a lot, could have done with a heavier duvet that stays in place or have a bigger duvet on that allows for a bit more movement. The kettle in the room was a bit naff, wobbled on the power stand and kept knocking off before it had boiled.

It was a lovely hotel and clean. We had a bath and my child had the best bath of his life. Showers were great too. Top marks for the bathroom. Restaurants were amazing. My partner got to use the spa. Only two issues with our stay.

Stairs down to the carpark which was difficult as we had bags and a pushchair with us. Temperature in the room. Couldn’t change the temperature, it was too hot when trying to sleep and freezing when getting changed. I paid extra for a cot but given two beds. So I had to share with my 2 year old so an uncomfortable night for me. If I had asked for a cot we wouldn’t have been able to move about in the room.

Hotel staff were great on arrival 2 Gentlemen they were very welcoming , when leaving change of staff. Not as helpful...not as smiley...lost something in the pool area...asked if she could help. Didn't seem to keen to help and kept tapping on her keyboard... Then another lady came out to help. She was lovely and assisted! The food was amazing in restaurant. Kids were happy with their meals. I had cajun burger which was huge ! Amazing tasty burger ! Second night had lasagne. Oh my ! One of the best lasagne's I've ever tasted !!! Hats off to made it 👏 staff in restaurant were lovely, very attentive! Breakfast options I thought were great not too many options but I liked that didn't feel too much food was wasted and I bet they only had to re fill what was there! Also the pancake machine was genius 👌 only get one when you press the button ! Rooms were lovely and clean, clean down was done nicely too! Never bothered on the day we were checking out even when they were on same floor. They did all rooms before us. Makes a difference to your stay ! Also a bonus to our stay....Free car park for the time we were there and free entry to the leisure area 😀 this was great, but was only open for the day we arrived. Which was a shame as probably would have uses it again on 1st.

Leisure area was closed on 31st and 1st which was a shame as if you were to book this for that reason....it wasn't shown on website !
