Unbelievably excellent Customer service all around especially from a long African Receptionist who was very courteous, patient, polite and extremely helpful. This seems almost like second nature to him

The Hotel is not well sign posted if you are not from the area and if you happen to come from the M1, junction/exit leading to it is intricate to find with just the postcode. After going round and round the M1 around the right Junction, after 3- minutes, I took an educated guesstimate and exited at what is a Garage on the M1 , asked for direction and kindly was shown the hotel tucked away at the back and a very narrow road leading to it guarded by a code control barrier..!! Very annoying especially when exhausted.

Overall the staff were good location was okay easy to find and parking was okay

I put my room to be cleaned after the first night when I came back they hadn’t made the beds or replaced the towels in the bathroom. All they did was put two new towels on my bed and that was it. The bins were still full, so I’m not very good there at all And they need to make it clearer because on the app. It says parking is free but when you get there, they charge you £5 a night because you booked on booking.com so they need to make that a little bit more clearer when you need a lift because of people come with prams it’s either upstairs or downstairs not very good

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Milton Keynes! The environment was exceptionally clean, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. One of the highlights of this location is its proximity to great restaurants, all within walking distance, offering a variety of delicious food options. The reception staff were outstanding—friendly, polite, and always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel’s own restaurant is truly one of the best in town, offering high-quality meals and excellent service. Additionally, the rooms were well-maintained, providing a perfect space to relax after a long day. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Milton Keynes. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip!

Location and room in general. Good value for money

Decor is poor . Paintwork in particular is very poor around headboard. I emailed saying I was a disabled wheelchair user, got no response and they booked me into a first floor room with no lift. After arriving after a 14 hour journey at 7pm, I had to state my case and was given a standard double room after saying that there were none Plus having used this hotel for 15 years and being a Wyndham member, they wanted me to pay for parking.

I couldn't fault anything to be honest. The staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. The service was instant and exactly as we'd requested. The whole place was immaculately clean and tidy as was our very spacious room. It was very peaceful and quiet, the breakfast was very good. I've paid a lot more for a lot less elsewhere. The Ramada Newport Pagnell will definitely be our place to stay in future for our frequent visits to Milton Keynes.

Nothing to say here except maybe the £5 per night parking charge.

Booked last minute on line (2 hours before arrival). No problem checking in, very straight forwards. Room good for the price, very comfortable. Well rested the next day. Small bar area, not a big selection and manned by front desk staff. adiquate for a reasonable priced hotel like this.

Didn't realise that there was a £5 charge for the car park but that was probably due to me not reading the description well. I don't deduct score for this.

Entry to the Ramada from the Services. There was a push button entry, but nowhere was there the information to identify which buttons to press. The intercom had been taken off the post so there was no way to find out from Reception how to get into the Ramada parking unless getting out of my van and walking down to the Reception. Fortunately someone with the secret exit numbers key pressed the buttons and I entered while they exited! Apparently there is "another way in", but there was no information available to inform me of that. This was not the way to end a very busy working day for me. Apart from that everything else was fine.

Clean, polite staff, well appointed rooms and excellent value for money in a great location. Very quiet despite being in a motorway services too. Fridge was a great bonus too, aswell as the WiFi, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, lovely shower and bed too.

Nothing to dislike, would have been nice to have been able to plug a fire stick in to the TV but totally understand why you can't and doesn't deduct from my experience

There was no information at the hotel entrance, and no code for the barrier securing the entrance to the hotel parking lot. I didn't like the fact that the non-smoking rooms smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and the cleanliness of the bathroom left much to be desired. The room was booked for two people, and the towel set was only for one person.

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel's location is ideal for me as it is on the motorway. I used it for an overnight stop for travelling home, so I wasn't too concerned about what the area had to offer as a tourist.

I initially couldn't get through the barrier on the road to get to the hotel from the motorway service station. I had to wait for someone else to go through the barrier and sneak under it.
