⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Unforgettable Stay at Conrad Etihad Towers - Deserves More Than 10 Stars! Our recent stay at Conrad Etihad Towers in Abu Dhabi was beyond extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed and pampered. The room was absolutely perfect, offering a breathtaking view of the cityscape and the sea. A highlight was our visit to the 74th floor—seeing Abu Dhabi from such heights was surreal and simply unforgettable. One of the most delightful touches was the thoughtful birthday surprise organized by Dana and the wonderful Guest Relations team. It made our celebration incredibly special, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Additionally, they gifted us some lovely amenities, including a luxurious lip balm—these small gestures truly elevated our experience. The hotel’s team went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our stay was seamless. They helped us book appointments at the spa, which turned out to be a wonderfully relaxing experience. Dining at the hotel was also exceptional, with incredible Italian cuisine at the Italian restaurant and Lebanese dishes at the Michelin awarded restaurant that we can’t stop raving about. The breakfast buffet was another highlight, offering a fabulous selection that catered to every craving. Our bellboy was more than accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed. Both the gym and the lounge room were immaculate and well-equipped, adding to the fantastic experience. Conrad Etihad Towers has truly set a new standard in hospitality, and it deserves more than 10 stars for the impeccable service, stunning views, and thoughtful touches that made our stay unforgettable. I be stayed in many luxury hotels in Abu Dhabi and by far is the best in the center of everything The concierge team is also a highlight as they helped us visit and arrange everything for us to see there . We can’t wait to return!

Everything and everyone are working perfect at the hotel

Our room was big and bright, offering a very nice view from the 39th floor. The hotel offers a wide variety of restaurants that take you around the world on a culinary tour. This, combined with the excellent service from all the staff and the nice and relaxing atmosphere from the pool and private beach made our stay excellent. Also, the concierge service is very professional and helped us with all the recommendations and reservations we needed.

The only thing I could think of when it comes to suggestions is regarding the room. Some furniture pieces are dated and should be refurbished or replaced, in order to be aligned with the top-level experience that this hotel offers.

Everything! Staff were amazing and polite. Food in breakfast was really nice and had a lot of varieties. Spacious restaurant with no crowd like in other hotels. Pools are very clean with very good service by a spectacular staff. Nice and clean beach. Good for swimming. a great place to relax and unwind

The food was excellent – far beyond the standard we know from 5* all-inclusive hotels in destinations like Egypt or Turkey. The whole hotel is an architectural gem with beautiful details inside and out. Our room was spacious, spotless, and perfectly maintained. Housekeeping was outstanding. We had the pleasure of being taken care of by Glory, who was very friendly and attentive. We will definitely come back!

One thing that needs to be pointed out is that during dinner your prepaid you do not even get a glass of water included. This should be a standard in a restaurant of such level. Instead, you need to purchase water or any soft drink for a price ~15x higher than in the supermarket one floor below. This was a major turn-off for us.

the rooms were perfect, the views are astounding, the food was great (we went half board), the staff were delightful, the building was magnificent, the location was practical, the price was decent. The observation deck on the 45th floor is worth a visit during sunrise (it’s free for guests). overall we thoroughly enjoyed it.

if you are looking for a beach holiday then go someplace else. There is a beach but it’s not great. It’s in a channel rather on the gulf.

Overall, the experience was more than excellent. There is only a little plus in the area compared to other hotels in a similar category hotels. The only huge difference is the staff, starting from concierge to front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant serving staff. They are well-trained and have a welcoming attitude to entertain the guests with pleasing smiles. The only negative thing that I observed was the live cooking staff at breakfast. I recently stayed at the Conrad Abu Dhabi, and I have to commend the exceptional service provided by Mr. Ronald, the manager on duty. Although we encountered a few minor issues, Mr. Ronald stepped in promptly and handled the situation with professionalism and care. He ensured everything was resolved quickly and efficiently, making the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. A special thanks to him and his team for their swift response and attentiveness. I also want to highlight the outstanding service from Luke at the front desk. His friendliness, efficiency, and willingness to go the extra mile truly enhanced our stay. Both Mr. Ronald and Luke demonstrated the kind of top-tier hospitality that Conrad Abu Dhabi is known for. I couldn’t have asked for better service, and I’ll certainly be returning for future visits.

Was not easy to choose a hotel in Abu Dhabi. There are many hotels, that's 5 stars but with poor ratings. Conrad was rated excellent and this became one rare case when my expectations were exceeded. Truly great hotel, no mistakes. All excellent. The staff, the room, facilities, breakfast, pool, beach, top floor observation deck. Highly recommended

Everything was top quality. Meals, including those which were paid extra (I visited Li Beirut) were awesome. Super tasty. Very rich selection at breakfast. Good coffee, which is something that is not always the case even at the good hotels. I highly recommend this hotel. My wife felt a bit sick (got cold during travels). Hotel personnel took care for here super well. She was given a hot meal for the breakfast (I just asked for a small thing). Fresh bottled water and hot tea was supplied couple of time to her room. Next day desk personnel asked me how she's today. This was an exceptional service. Although were were there 2 weeks after my wife's dirthday, they send upstairs small cake with greetings. What can I say :)
