⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Unforgettable Stay at Conrad Etihad Towers - Deserves More Than 10 Stars! Our recent stay at Conrad Etihad Towers in Abu Dhabi was beyond extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed and pampered. The room was absolutely perfect, offering a breathtaking view of the cityscape and the sea. A highlight was our visit to the 74th floor—seeing Abu Dhabi from such heights was surreal and simply unforgettable. One of the most delightful touches was the thoughtful birthday surprise organized by Dana and the wonderful Guest Relations team. It made our celebration incredibly special, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Additionally, they gifted us some lovely amenities, including a luxurious lip balm—these small gestures truly elevated our experience. The hotel’s team went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our stay was seamless. They helped us book appointments at the spa, which turned out to be a wonderfully relaxing experience. Dining at the hotel was also exceptional, with incredible Italian cuisine at the Italian restaurant and Lebanese dishes at the Michelin awarded restaurant that we can’t stop raving about. The breakfast buffet was another highlight, offering a fabulous selection that catered to every craving. Our bellboy was more than accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed. Both the gym and the lounge room were immaculate and well-equipped, adding to the fantastic experience. Conrad Etihad Towers has truly set a new standard in hospitality, and it deserves more than 10 stars for the impeccable service, stunning views, and thoughtful touches that made our stay unforgettable. I be stayed in many luxury hotels in Abu Dhabi and by far is the best in the center of everything The concierge team is also a highlight as they helped us visit and arrange everything for us to see there . We can’t wait to return!

Everything and everyone are working perfect at the hotel

Our room was big and bright, offering a very nice view from the 39th floor. The hotel offers a wide variety of restaurants that take you around the world on a culinary tour. This, combined with the excellent service from all the staff and the nice and relaxing atmosphere from the pool and private beach made our stay excellent. Also, the concierge service is very professional and helped us with all the recommendations and reservations we needed.

The only thing I could think of when it comes to suggestions is regarding the room. Some furniture pieces are dated and should be refurbished or replaced, in order to be aligned with the top-level experience that this hotel offers.

Everything! Staff were amazing and polite. Food in breakfast was really nice and had a lot of varieties. Spacious restaurant with no crowd like in other hotels. the rooms were perfect, the views are astounding, the food was great (we went half board), the staff were delightful, the building was magnificent, the location was practical, the price was decent. The observation deck on the 45th floor is worth a visit during sunrise (it’s free for guests). overall we thoroughly enjoyed it.

if you are looking for a beach holiday then go someplace else. There is a beach but it’s not great. It’s in a channel rather on the gulf.

Overall, the experience was more than excellent. There is only a little plus in the area compared to other hotels in a similar category hotels. The only huge difference is the staff, starting from concierge to front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant serving staff. They are well-trained and have a welcoming attitude to entertain the guests with pleasing smiles. The only negative thing that I observed was the live cooking staff at breakfast. They talked with each other very loudly, which created a disturbance and was not pleasant at all. During the entire stay, everything was excellent. Overall, the experience was excellent. Was not easy to choose a hotel in Abu Dhabi. There are many hotels, that's 5 stars but with poor ratings. Conrad was rated excellent and this became one rare case when my expectations were exceeded. Truly great hotel, no mistakes. All excellent. The staff, the room, facilities, breakfast, pool, beach, top floor observation deck. Highly recommended

I recently stayed at the Conrad Abu Dhabi, and I have to commend the exceptional service provided by Mr. Ronald, the manager on duty. Although we encountered a few minor issues, Mr. Ronald stepped in promptly and handled the situation with professionalism and care. He ensured everything was resolved quickly and efficiently, making the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. A special thanks to him and his team for their swift response and attentiveness. I also want to highlight the outstanding service from Luke at the front desk. His friendliness, efficiency, and willingness to go the extra mile truly enhanced our stay. Both Mr. Ronald and Luke demonstrated the kind of top-tier hospitality that Conrad Abu Dhabi is known for. I couldn’t have asked for better service, and I’ll certainly be returning for future visits.

Odu to Quiet Luxury: A Symphony of Small Gestures Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers Check-in was seamless—swift, warm, gracious. The kind of welcome that doesn’t feel rehearsed but felt. The bellboys, almost choreographed by instinct, guided me not just with my luggage, but with presence. No fuss, no fanfare—just flow. You don’t arrive at a hotel—you arrive into ease. And in that first moment, I realised—true hospitality isn’t about arrival. It’s about how gently the world opens when you are truly seen. Sunita, my room attendant, left a handwritten note: “It is my pleasure to take care of your room. I hope this stay brings you joy and comfort. I am at your service.” But it wasn’t just the note. She placed a glass cloth beside my spectacles—something no hotel, in all my 30 years of travel, had ever done. That’s not routine. That’s ritual. That’s a poem, stitched into cloth. Then came the sea. On the second day, I returned to the beach—hungrier, slower, softer. Young, diverse boys moved with the rhythm of the wind, adjusting umbrellas before I even noticed the sun, offering water with wordless grace. One of them, Philippe from Chile, has called this place home for four years. He carries the quiet pride of someone who loves what they do. When he saw I hadn’t eaten, he gently suggested something light, something kind to the moment—no menu, no push—just care. Later that evening, Aamir, gentle and perceptive, arranged a visit to the 74th-floor observation deck—not just for the view, but the story waiting there. In the lift, I met Marco Polo, yes—his real name—who operates it with the poise of someone who’s seen many departures and arrivals. Born in the Philippines, he had traced his roots back to Italy—a man between geographies, like many of us. The 46-second ride to the top—one of the longest I’ve ever felt in a closed chamber—held a silence of a different kind. Not sharing these moments is the other side of the coin of romance and loneliness.

The five towers were designed by an Australian architectural firm in 2006 and completed in 2012. The hotel is located in one of them. The Hotel is realy great. The view from our room was phantastic and the beds are realy comfortable. The building materials used make the heart of every mineralogist beat faster. The lamp in the entry hall are beautiful. And all the staff are friendly and helpful, except for the gentleman at the tourbooking desk, who was a bit grumpy. And the food are excelent, If you book there, then do it with half board. It's more than worth the money. I love this location very much and I hope Hilton will hold the standard from former owner.

There is only one Coffeemaschine for all the guests during breakfast and no table for preparing tea. If you order tea at the table you get only half a pot. In the room I missed a mirror and hocks near the room door. And a shaver kit should be available in the bathroom. One idear: in Japan there are choosable bathproducts in the entry hall. And for people who want visit the memorial or want to go for a walk there could be sun umbrella at the Exit door.
