It is a beautiful place right on the sea side corner. The location is far from the city rush, which I appreciate. You can really enjoy and relax. Excellent breathtaking view from the swimming pool area as well as from the window in the room. Hotel staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. The design of the hotel is very modern and luxurious. The room is fully equipped, stylish and comfortable. Also I want to mention that when I forgot my things after checking out and leaving to Dubai, the hotel manager helped me to find my packet and assisted in sending it to my hotel in Dubai. I really recommend

The breakfast did not meet expectations. It wasn't too bad, but it wasn't good either. There was a strong smell of frying that conquered the place and the clothes.

The rooms design looks old, didn't like the carpet, the coffee corner took most of the table space, the toilet seat sticks to the wall, room doesn't have proper sound proof we heard everything next door, the light in the bathroom mirrors were not working

We had a great stay overall. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a beautiful view and a fantastic bathroom featuring both a bathtub and a separate shower — a real plus. Breakfast was good, though the atmosphere could get a bit hectic due to many running and crying children, which made it feel somewhat chaotic.

Unfortunately, we experienced some issues with the electricity — we weren’t able to switch off the bathroom lights on the first night, which was quite inconvenient. Another downside: even as hotel guests, we were required to spend a minimum of 500 AED just to use the beach beds, which felt excessive and disappointing. It would have been nice to see a bit more flexibility or consideration for in-house guests.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Royal M Hotel Abu Dhabi! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcome and cared for. The hotel itself is elegant, spotless, and offers a truly relaxing atmosphere, but what stood out the most was the warmth and professionalism of the team. During my stay, I celebrated my birthday, and to my surprise, the hotel prepared a lovely and thoughtful surprise for me. It was such a heartwarming gesture that made my day extra special and showed how much they value their guests. Moments like this are what turn a nice hotel experience into an unforgettable one. The rooms are spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with all the amenities you could ask for. The dining options were excellent, and the pool area was the perfect place to unwind. The location is also great, making it easy to reach the main attractions in Abu Dhabi. I can’t thank the Royal M team enough for their hospitality and kindness. If you are looking for a hotel that combines luxury, comfort, and outstanding service, I highly recommend staying here. I will definitely return on my next trip to Abu Dhabi!

Restaurant staff was great. Deepa, Ei Ei, Mounika Mohammed and Especially Salma! best attentive staff. Pool steward was all so attentive and very friendly .

Our Rooms on the other hand even though Christine front receptionist was kind enough to put us in the sea view room. it wasn’t clean at all. though the housekeepers came and clean it again . unfortunately our shower head was broken, vanity light was on the whole first night and won’t turn off. There were moulds on the side of the shower floor. hand phone was just sticky. glass door and shower glass door was just full of hand marks and chromes and mirrors was never polished. floor was not vacuumed at all including the hall way. I think it’s unfortunate that it’s all chromes and glass walls and it needs more attention to details . we stayed there for 6 days.

Excellent location with ocean views and easy accessibility. Surrounded by great restaurants and cafes. The reception service was warm and welcoming. The one-bedroom unit is very spacious, featuring a large bathroom with toilet, plus a separate powder room.

Had to wait a considerable time for my room, even though I arrived after the check-in time. The room did not feel as clean and tidy as expected upon arrival. There are few drain flies in the bathroom. Breakfast quality could be improved.

The room was comfortably spacious, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a sea-view room. Everything unfolded beautifully.., what was meant to be a one-night stay naturally extended to two. The reception team graciously accommodated our request for a late check-out, adding to the ease of our visit. Overall, we felt genuinely humbled by the thoughtful service and excellent facilities.

dinner buffet could have been more thoughtfully curated… While we understand the hotel may have been operating on promotional rates to draw in guests during the low season, that shouldn’t come at the expense of food quality. Even the breakfast, to some extent, reflected similar compromises. The pool, though consistently lively - which speaks well of the property's appeal - was unfortunately let down by lapses in cleanliness. High footfall is a positive sign, but it also calls for greater attention to hygiene and upkeep!

The hotel pool is the best in town specially if you have kids, will love it. The pool activities were so much fun. The panoramic view of the pool and sea makes it stunning. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Ms Glad at the reception was courteous and welcoming. Each and every staff at the hotel were amazing. From the valet, restaurant staff to housekeeping, they are all well trained. We actually had to extend 1 night as my kids enjoyed so much. This hotel is 10 out of 10.
