It is a beautiful place right on the sea side corner. The location is far from the city rush, which I appreciate. You can really enjoy and relax. Excellent breathtaking view from the swimming pool area as well as from the window in the room. Hotel staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. The design of the hotel is very modern and luxurious. The room is fully equipped, stylish and comfortable. Also I want to mention that when I forgot my things after checking out and leaving to Dubai, the hotel manager helped me to find my packet and assisted in sending it to my hotel in Dubai. I really recommend

The rooms design looks old, didn't like the carpet, the coffee corner took most of the table space, the toilet seat sticks to the wall, room doesn't have proper sound proof we heard everything next door, the light in the bathroom mirrors were not working

Restaurant staff was great. Deepa, Ei Ei, Mounika Mohammed and Especially Salma! best attentive staff. Pool steward was all so attentive and very friendly .

Our Rooms on the other hand even though Christine front receptionist was kind enough to put us in the sea view room. it wasn’t clean at all. though the housekeepers came and clean it again . unfortunately our shower head was broken, vanity light was on the whole first night and won’t turn off. There were moulds on the side of the shower floor. hand phone was just sticky. glass door and shower glass door was just full of hand marks and chromes and mirrors was never polished. floor was not vacuumed at all including the hall way. I think it’s unfortunate that it’s all chromes and glass walls and it needs more attention to details . we stayed there for 6 days.

The stay at the Royal M Hotel in Abu Dhabi was exceptional! The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, offering both comfort and luxury. Honestly, there was nothing to dislike about my stay. Everything, from the room to the service, exceeded expectations. It was a flawless experience.

In room 424 wash rooms sink is not working only this is the issue I had it’s just a minor issue it can be resolved easily and the breakfast it’s the same menu for the second day as well, could have changed some items other than that everything excellent and I will recommend to all my family and friend’s.

What started as a stressful situation turned into a wonderful experience, my original hotel cancelled my booking last minute for ridiculous reasons, so I booked Royal M Hotel on short notice. And I’m so glad I did! Not only was the check-in smooth and efficient, but I was also pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a sea view room. Waking up to the calm, endless ocean in the morning turned out to be the highlight of my stay. The room was immaculate, spacious, and well-appointed, with every comfort thoughtfully in place. The staff were professional, kind, and always ready to assist with genuine warmth. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and elegant, just what I needed after the initial chaos. For a last-minute booking, this turned out to be one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a while. I’ll definitely be coming back, hopefully with another sea view waiting!

I absolutely loved my stay here! it was the perfect choice for our honeymoon! From the moment we arrived, everything felt special. We were warmly welcomed by a kind gentleman named Omar, who went above and beyond by giving us a complimentary upgrade. To top it off, the hotel surprised us with a special slice of cake, which was such a thoughtful touch and truly made our stay memorable. The pool area was quiet and relaxing, perfect for unwinding, and the gym was well-equipped and clean. One of the highlights of our stay was dining at the Celebrity restaurant, which serves delicious Lebanese food. The staff there were fabulous, attentive, friendly, and made the experience even better. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a romantic and relaxing getaway. - Perfect location in the quiet part of a city - amazing view from our room, - nice design, - amazing bright bathroom with a very comfortable bathtub, - large and comfy bed and pillows, - everything was sparkling clean and new, - good toiletries, - nice breakfast, - boat to the beautiful private island with a gorgeous view of the city on the way to the island

- pool was not deep and I couldn’t swim - the bottom on the private island beach was muddy and not very pleasant when entering the water

Royal M helped me big time to do that, they accomplished my request for a surprise room arrangement for my dear friend and it was really Lovely! You really made our trip extra special with the Room View & Late Check-out🥹 ✅ Breakfast Buffet is great! A lot of options and they close by 11AM which is perfect for us since we’re not a “morning person” (really great for Brunch lovers) ✅24/7 Gym access ✅Beautiful Pool View & Relaxing Scenery ✅Sauna is available but the ⛔️Steam Room is Out of Service when we were there. ✅Bath Tub + Hot Water + Shower Gel = BUBBLE BATH😍 Love it! ✅Al Bateen, Marsa Marina is just a couple of steps away from Royal M. There you will find homey Cafés and Authentic restaurants that can tickle your taste buds! Ofcourse, %Arabica & Origami Sushi are a Must-Try!

We ordered a Lentil soup, a Pizza and a Pasta for an In-Room Dinner, and it took more than an hour to be delivered. My noted requests were not even fulfilled. Lentil soup without lemon and croutons, the Pizza and Pasta are nothing special and a bit bland, food quality is a big deal for me honestly. Hope the Kitchen service could be more accommodating specially if the meal would take more than an hour to be served, and additional requests like the lemon, (I didn’t ask for the croutons anymore) took around 15mins to be delivered to the room. The In-Room prices are NOT cheap at all fyi.

Just that one of the rooms smelled a bit - I believe there was an issue with either humidity or the bathroom sewage but other rooms we had booked all were lovely and smelled lovely too, so not sure why there was an issue with this one Other thing was that although staff are extra friendly once on the property no one ever responded to my queries sent before arrival but it was ok as they were not urgent queries and was just asking them to give us all rooms near each other on the same floor but they ended up dividing us slightly but was ok Also the breakfast staff could be increased cause there weren’t many and we had to wait a bit to find one. The hotel could do with a bit of update on the outside of the building - the inside seems to have been recently done up and was nice
