variety of tents available depending on number of persons Lots of, activities for kids and adults to enjoy.. Food is good and quite affordable. Staffs were very friendly and accomodating. special mention to Vincent and Christopher for attending to our needs promptly and efficiently. Over all a very pleasant stay though short. will definitely come.back. More activities hopefully in the future.

a retractable shade on the pool loungers would be a good option, allowing guest to enjoy the outdoor without direct sunlight. the horse ride was a good addition but pricey, and what was supposed 15min ride for my kids only took 5mins.

Great location. Stunning views. Staff super friendly and helpful. Loved sitting by the pool which was the perfect temperature. Even though we were surrounded by other tents it felt extremely secluded and quiet, felt like a private resort! However we were a bit disappointed by breakfast, the buffet was cold and selection was poor, there were a lot of flies outside but not a lot was done to tackle this which meant for an unpleasant eating experience. Also be careful when booking queen duplex tent, as we ended up with a tent with 4 bunk beds in when there was only two of us. There was not much room to move around because of this so just be mindful when booking!

Loved the location and the deluxe villa tent with pool. A beautiful spot to escape and just relax. Beautiful restaurants on site with well looked after facilities. The staff were very helpful at check in and the main reception lobby

Very challenging to reach reception or room service, calls were never answered and when we were told we would be called back it never happened ordering room service was always a challenge The breakfast buffet food can definitely be improved as well as the breakfast service. The entire time we were seated the tables were never cleared and left dirty, guests had to clean their own table and find cutlery etc.

There was nothing we didn't like , although a printed map of the resort would have been handy. When we asked for one giovanni offered to send one to the room straight away.

The beach area was well kept. The pool was heated. The chalet tent was perfect size for a family of 4. The amenities in the tent were ideal. Lovely and clean tent. Our kids loved the horse riding. The views were stunning.

This property has such potential! With a few tweaks I feel it would be outstanding. We had to move tent as the original one we had booked had no double bed but had 4 bunk beds with very little room to move. The hotel said this was mentioned on their website however we had booked through booking.com. The restaurant ran out of french fries! We had 2 activity vouchers however there were limited activities from the list available e.g our kids wanted to do the mug painting but we were told they had run out of mugs! Part of the playground was blocked off so the swings could not be used. The fire pit on the beach was booked out, we were not told we needed to pre book.

The duplex twin tent was perfect for a glamping beach stay that is within budget. The tent had a private plunge pool, room enough for 2. The beach at your doorstop and it is a quiet, private beach. The tent had everything that you would need, a mini kitchen, air conditioning and comfy beds. Breakfast was good at 28 Degrees and had a few items, fruit, cereal and an assortment of bread. There was also an egg station. A great city escape.

We ate at two restaurants on sight and were a bit disappointed with both, La Cocinna and 28 Degrees. La Cocinna is a bit more upscale, but when our salad came, it didn't have half the ingredients listed and we needed to bring it to their attention; however, the food was great. 28 Degrees, service was slow and we waited 20 minutes for our drinks to arrive. If you are staying in the duplex twin tent, please note that the street lights are quite bright at night, bring a sleep mask and ear plugs.

The breakfast was decent. I have seen bigger buffet breakfasts but the selection was good. The options for kids were ok and they seemed happy with what was available. The breakfast was of a decent quality for a buffet and the omelette station was good.

Maybe a bigger selection of hot food but all in all the breakfast was of a good quality for a buffet. It was not overly busy for our stay so breakfast was comfortable. There could have been an issue at the omelette station if it was busier but for our stay in was fine.

The setting was fabulous, the beach was clean and well tended and the kids loved the pool The playground and play facilities for the kids were great

There was a triathalon being held that no one told us about - which ruined the vibe and we left early on our last day. We booked a tent for 5 persons but it actually had bunks for 8 plus a double bed which was quite cramped This is a family resort and my kids loved it but small touches such as steps in public bathrooms for kids to reach taps would be a welcome addition

The property is new so still quite underrated. The duplex and chalet tent is amazing. So spacious and comfortable and well equipped. The beachfront is stunning and the plunge pools are really well maintained. The bbq facilities are well equipped and clean. Everything u need in a glamping experience is right here.

The staff was very friendly, courteous, and tried hard to please. There was just too few of them to be able to support with the requests. The breakfast staff could be trained better and food quality can be improved but overall

The atmosphere was the best, the staff, especially the Hakona Matata guy and Mrs. Reece. The experience is worthy. The activities around the camp are helpful. If you are looking for a gateway, this is a good place for it.

The pool heater was not ON when we arrived. We had to call them to turn it on. I understand it's not supposed to be open all the time. But consider i made the reservation and the property knows when the customer will date of the customer checking in. They should prepare it on that day at least.
