We enjoyed our stay at Al Khoory Sky Gardens. Clean hotel and staff is friendly. Housekeeping was also done well and good amenities. Room was spacious and beautifully designed. We did not take the book room with breakfast as the breakfast per person is too pricey. Overall our stay was good and look forward to staying there again.

Bottles of cold water were missing in the room. Missing a coffee machine. The bath didn't look very clean. No cold water in the fridge waiting for a new gust .There are no tissues in the room. No English movies channels available on tv.. Dinner was reasonable and relatively small quantities. Breakfast doesn't have a big selection but it was ok. The pool is nice, small, without music, bar and service that was missing.

I recently stayed at Al Khoory Sky Garden for 8 days, booking two rooms for my family and I While the overall experience was enjoyable, our stay began on a frustrating note. Having requested an early check-in since our flight landed in the morning, the front desk staff member we first encountered was unhelpful, and we were made to wait for a few hours despite traveling with a young child. Fortunately, Saima, another receptionist, came to the rescue. Her professionalism, big smile, and friendly demeanor turned things around. She made our check-in process so smooth and truly brightened my mood. Our rooms were always impeccably clean and fresh, thanks to Mary, the room attendant, and her colleagues. They were friendly, professional, and always greeted us with warm smiles. The restaurant staff, particularly Sonya and Mustafa, went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. Their friendly and professional service, coupled with their kind and playful interaction with my son, made our dining experiences delightful. Even the baggage handler (a tall gentleman whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch) was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. He assisted us numerous times, including efficiently bringing down and loading our luggage during checkout. The food at the hotel was delicious, and breakfast was consistently amazing—though larger tea cups would be a welcome addition! However, there are a couple of areas that need improvement. The fridge in our room and the toilet air vents didn’t seem to work, an issue other guests mentioned as well. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Despite some initial hiccups, the excellent service from staff like Saima, Mary, Sonya, Mustafa, and the baggage handler made it a memorable experience. Would I recommend Al Khoory Sky Garden? Absolutely, and I can’t wait to visit again

In-room Fridge and Toilet Vents not working.

The hotel is very green and nicely decorated. We liked the breakfast a lot, it was balanced and had quite varied selection of dishes. The room was quiet and the pool inside the hotel was a nice place to relax. Also, my wife really liked the Spa-center and enjoyed massages. Special thanks to professional and attentive masseuse Neelam.

Hotel rooms have a quite cool system to show if you need cleaning or don't want to be disturbed, but unfortunately not all personnel follows it. For example, we had a red do not disturb light on our door during the day because we were sleeping, but they started calling us by the phone from the front desk which ruined our rest.

Ms. Saima, the receptionist, was exceptionally kind and accommodating. She made me feel very comfortable and went out of her way to arrange an early check-in at my request, which was a great help during my short business trip. Words are not enough to express how grateful I am for her outstanding service.

Mr. Natwar and Mr. Sandeep from the restaurant were incredibly kind and gracious. They served a delicious lunch to me and my two guests even after the regular lunch hours, honoring my special request with priority. Their hospitality truly left a lasting impression. From today onwards, my business associates and I will choose Al Khoory Sky Garden, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the kind and dedicated staff.

What amazing place 😃! My mother and I enjoyed our stay. Since we arrived there all the staff were very professional, friendly, smiling, always ready to serve you this is what touched me the most. Robert at the reception was very amazing, even the trainee (can't remember his name 🥲) the whole team in general to be honest. In terms of comfort, location and price it's very worthy! (We were there in April)

My only concern was the food. There aren't many options if you are vegetarian/veggie/gluten free. The continental menu was okay, maybe good for the locals. Also the hotel charges extra money to cover any damage during the stay and they reimburse you when you check out with 2 options: •1 With local currency in cash •2 Via transfer to your bank account and take up to 7/9 working days I opted via transfer and I don't remember being reimbursed... I've checked my bank account and nothing is showing. Not really sure how it works.

The breakfast was good and varied. Although it was very crowded around 9 am. It was nice to be able to have breakfast in the courtyard. The swimming pool was a good addition. The staff was friendly and helpful, it was easy to order a taxi and book tickets for attractions. The place was very close to the airport and also the metro.

The soundproofing inside the room was very poor and you could hear everything, especially from the hallway and also from the neighboring rooms. The cleaners were busy from 6 am and were making noise in the hallway.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this 4-star hotel in Dubai. Even though it’s not a 5-star, everything exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness was top-notch, the service was excellent, and the pool area was very relaxing. The food was also delicious with a good variety. The location is about 10 minutes away from the city center, which was fine for me — still close enough, but a bit more quiet and peaceful. Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely come back!

Excellent professional service at reception by Saima, who arranged booking my room and ensured it faced the sunshine and had a city view. My bags were collected by bellboy Ashok, who showed me to the room and advised me of the entry system for lift and room access via electronic key. Also, he explained lighting controls via touch pad. The room is spacious, has a balcony, and the shower and bathroom facilities are superb. Housekeeping and room cleaning have been exceptional, and the staff Fazal,Rehan,Aster,Eiyaz & Jiten, who kept my room in immaculate condition.. The room service for English breakfast in my room was excellent. It was delivered on a heated trolley and was more like a banquet. Breakfast in the restaurant was also brilliant, and the waitress kindly helped me to my table with my breakfast selection. On leaving, checkout was swiftly carried out in a professional manner by Saima. Bellboy Sandep then collected my bags and even ordered a taxi, & put my bags in the boot, which was very much appreciated 😊 Thank you so much for your professionalism in making my stay so comfortable and relaxed💓

Crossing the busy road to Deira City Centre, I thought it was going to be a problem, but in practice, the lifts and footbridge crossing made this easy-peasy, with only then a short walk to Port Saeed gardens 🐈
