Our experience was fantastic! The staff were incredibly accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The kids club was a standout – the staff there were amazing, keeping the children engaged with a variety of fun activities. Our kids absolutely loved every moment spent there. The food was another major highlight, with live cooking stations, a wide variety of delicious options to suit everyone’s tastes, and even a dedicated kids buffet. The entertainment throughout the day was excellent, with live music and activities that kept everyone entertained. Lastly, the all-inclusive aspect made our stay so easy and stress-free for everyone. You definitely get your money's worth with everything included!

We had an overall pleasant stay, though we noticed a few areas where improvements could be made. The rooms could benefit from some maintenance, particularly addressing the smell coming from the bathroom and refreshing the carpets. However, since we spent very little time in the room, it didn’t impact our experience too much.

Breakfast

I had requested a complimentary cake for a birthday celebrant, but unfortunately it was forgotten and only provided later. Additionally, the room had no small decorations as expected, which was quite disappointing.

The amazing friendly restaurant staff especially Ming. Very good selection of food and drinks. Very nice kids club staff. We had a problem with our initial room however it was resolved and we were very happy with our stay after this. We would definitely stay again in the future.

All your staff are amazing apart from the reception check in staff. They need some training from all your amazing waiters at the restaurants. The reception staff are extremely stressed and don’t even want to smile, we found them very cold. Also the kids club area and baby pool desperately needs to be refurbished, at times it had a bad old smell. So many amazing kids club activities though. For the size of the hotel I believe the swimming pools should be much bigger. However the private beach is extremely clean and nice. Also all the men bringing the luggage are so friendly and welcoming.

I had a great stay this time in Rixos Bab El Bahr. The service was really good and professional from all staff. The entertainment around the hotel is really professional and classy. Lots of activities to do. Enjoyed listening to the violin show, piano, saxophone and to top it all, the retro dance show which was superb and really felt like a professional entertainment show.

The rooms could get an upgrade to feel more modern and new. There is a part in the beach that is for adults only 16+ but this was not enforced as lots of ppl sit there with kids and noone informs them that it's adults only. Either remove the 16+ sign or place a security to ask the guests with kids to go to the other part of the beach

I wish they had more adult entertainment like a gaming room or activities that are included.

The staff throughout the hotel were very polite and attentive. The quality of the food and drink was very good for an all inclusive stay. We went for a drive to a wadi at the foot of the mountains which made a nice change.

This was our 2nd time staying at the Rixos Bab al Bahr. Absolutely love this place. Amazing food (with lots of different options), super friendly staff and top facilities and activities for the entire family. We will most certainly be coming back again.

The only "negative" point I would mention is that, when I booked the hotel, I did send a number of mails requesting an early check in as our flight arrived in Dubai at 6am. Despite this, the request was not facilitated and we ended up hanging around until 3pm. I feel that a hotel of this size, should most definitely be able to facilitate a request like this and had a feeling that on the day of check in, front office staff could have been a little more considerate also taking into account that we were travelling with young children. I know they will say that "guests are welcome to use the facilities" in case an early check in cannot be provided but it's not the same thing in my opinion.

Our stay at the hotel was excellent overall. The staff were incredibly accommodating and always happy to help. The extra activities on offer really added to the experience—especially the Squid Games, which was a fun and unique touch. The drinks and cocktails were fantastic, with a wide variety and nothing you couldn’t get. The à la carte restaurants were a highlight, with the Middle Eastern restaurant standing out for its amazing food and atmosphere. The whole place had a great vibe and made for a very enjoyable holiday.

The only downside to our stay was the room arrangement. We booked a family room for four, but there was only one bed provided. It took until the third day of our stay to receive an extra mattress, which made the first couple of nights uncomfortable. It was a shame because everything else was so well done.

Mr rajendra who was assigned at infinity pool area(bar section) was unpleasant.He chooses who to accommodate,looked on nationality.showed partiality and so indifferent.

Place was nice and clean, good decent room size. The only thing was that the carpets were extremely in poor condition and having young kids who walked barefoot on the carpets gave us anxiety. Apart from that it was great.

Just the carpets and the kids pool with the slides were right at the end of the resort and it was quiet a bit of a walk for the kids to enjoy. Otherwise great.
