Room was lovely, spacious and comformable. Great location.
We paid £225 for our room for 1 night. Loved the room and the overall stay but I thought that the late check in of 4pm and earlier checkout of 10.30 and breakfast service only being available from 8.15 to 9.30 was quite restrictive and a little harsh. I would have expected a little more flexibility to reflect the price.

We loved the relaxed atmosphere. The breakfast service was amazing. The staff are super efficient but in a very friendly and relaxed fashion. The restaurant also had the same effiency with ggod food and lovely atmoasphere. The room was comfortable and well equipped with hot drink making paraphenalia. We would love to return.
The only small irritation was being sent an email on the morning of checkout saying we were required to pay for our stay when we had already paid via Booking.com. The staff just brushed it off saying it's an automatic email. I would suggest this gets looked at.

The front desk staff were great. I had an important document that needed printing, signing, and scanning on arrival at the inn. I was out of comms for the past few days in the highlands and could not get to a printer or scanner. the lovely woman at the front desk was very accommodating and helped me with it all with a smile on her face. The barman was also of note, guiding myself and my party through the vast selection of single malts and keeping us entertained. The Clachaig Inn is in an incredible setting and it is a shame that we couldn't stay for longer to explore the area.

Great pub for over 18's, great music, great hospitality. lots of families, and it's good to see them having a good time in this beautiful environment. Rural Scotland has so much to offer and everyone should be able to enjoy it together, young and old.
there are no fireplaces in the rooms! i'm being silly, that's not possible. The hospitality is the warmth.

This is possibly the most spectacular location of any hotel/pub in the UK! The photo with the moon above the mountain was taken from my bedroom window. It is also a superb base for touring the area. The staff were wonderful, and there was a great choice of a cooked traditional Scottish breakfast or a continental breakfast. Evening meals were also great. There is a great choice of beers, all very well kept!
Nothing - it was all perfect.

Breakfast and evening meal. Food was great and staff were just fantastic.
When we requested a reservation for our evening meal we were told it was policy not to take reservations, even for guests. When we walked in for dinner, the dining room had empty chairs, but they had 'reserved' tags on them. We found this confusing. However, one of the helpful staff did manage to find us a table.

Cozy and comfortable inn in a truly stunning location. Several amazing hikes within walking distance. Great pub with good food and a nice selection of whiskys and beer/cider. Clean and warm rooms. Not the most accessible location without a car (by no means is this a negative), but perfectly doable as there are taxis that can take you between the visitor center bus stop for 10 pounds one way.

The location the food and the scenery
The shower was leaking the hot water only lasted a few minutes and the remote control stopped working, I felt it was a bit pricey for what we experienced, we paid £607 for two nights and came home a day early, we have planned to stay here for 4 year, due to me having terminal cancer it was on my bucket list and had to be ticked off more for hikers and hillwalkers

The breakfast was wonderful. Hot and fast, traditional Sottish breakfast. The best haggis I had while in Scotland, I still think about it. The Boots bar was wonderful as well, great selection of Scotch and beer. Amazing location nestled in the mountains and close to so many trails and hidden waterfalls with-in walking distance. Also a short drive to Oban, highly recommend.
The inn is a little old and could use some updates. It's loud in the hallways as people are coming back and going, but it's such a nice location and the amenities make it worth dealing with.

Incredible view, perfect location for walking and being surrounded by nature. Rooms were clean and cozy. Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was amazing and the Boots bar was fantastic - with great food and drink options, also super cozy with two fire places going on a very cold night! We will stay here again!
