We were warmly welcomed by Garry and the dogs. He explained everything to us and gave us some tips for dinner. We really liked the room with a sea view; in the early morning, we could relax and watch the rabbits and chickens. The breakfast was very good, and we also got to interact with the other guests, which we really enjoyed. We also had some good conversations with Mairi. We can definitly recommend this B&B.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The place is lovely, in a great location, and the owner was so welcoming and kind. Our room was spotless and really comfortable. Overall, it was a great experience. Just a couple of small things I noticed—guests are asked to take their shoes off indoors, which is totally fair, but we weren’t given anything to wear inside, so it felt a bit uncomfortable walking around barefoot. Also, the breakfast is continental—mainly pastries, fruit, yoghurt, salami and cheese. Simple, but fresh.

We had a fabulous stay! Mairi made us feel welcome from the very first moment with her warmth, friendliness, and genuine hospitality. The house itself is beautiful, well cared for, and set in a breathtaking location. If you’re brave enough, don’t miss the chance to take a dip in the cold but refreshing waters of the lake right in front of the house. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. We loved everything about our stay and would definitely love to come back!

We loved staying here! Mairi and Gary were friendly and helpful hosts. They had great recommendations for hiking, food, and anything else we needed. The breakfast was delicious, especially the parfaits and homemade pastries. We enjoyed hanging out with the animals, especially the dogs, cat, and goats. We enjoyed the gorgeous views from the B&B and walked along the water to visit the Onich Hotel Restaurant for dinner. This was a phenomenal stay and we highly recommend it.

The place is perfectly located right on the shores of the loch, between Glencoe and Fort William, and our room had a view on it. The view on the mountain is breathtaking, especially at sunset. The hosts Marie and Gary are very friendly and welcoming and they've got lots of animals, which was a nice bonus. The breakfast was hearty and delicious. We even had the chance of spotting a seal from the shores below the house. We will come back.

Nothing to say, it was perfect

We only spent one night and we wish we could have stayed longer and can't wait to come back. Gary & Mairi turned a one night stay into a full experience. They are welcoming and so lovely. The place is impeccable and comfortable and the rooms have stunning water views. There were plenty of options for breakfast (incl. vegetarian) and was delicious. We were traveling with a 5 year old and she loved playing with Jake, the lab pup and feed the goats and turkeys. Fantastic experience all around and absolutely recommend the place

Not a single thing

The property was in a perfect location and we were warmly welcomed on arrival. The bedroom and adjacent private lounge were very comfortable and clean & perfect to relax in the evening as had travelled 4 hrs during the day. Continental breakfast was First class, fresh fruit, yoghurts, eggs, meat and cheeses. The pastries were extremely delicious! Thank you very much we will recommend or stay again if needed in the future.

This was the perfect stay!! I absolutely loved my time! Mairi and Gary are amazing hosts and I loved talking to and getting to know them!! They also had lots of great recommendations, from music to places to go, things to see, and shops! Breakfast was a huge spread! And my cozy room was such a peaceful haven! Loved the decor so much I actually ordered a plaid throw like the one on my bed that now looks lovely on my couch at home! The clawfoot tub was wonderful too! And the location is beautiful, overlooking the water and mountains and close to so many places I wanted to see! Couldn't recommend Highland Croft B & B enough!! Thanks so much!!

Beautiful setting, lovely room, Breakfast was really good. Mairi and Gary were lovely hosts, really friendly and helpful. Even a warm welcome from the two friendly dogs. We would recommend this B&B and if we come back to this area again we would definitely stay here. I really have only positive things to say. Absolutely lovely 😍

There was nothing i didn't like

We were warmly welcome by our hostess, who was also very helpful before our stay. The room is rather small but comfortable, and the bathroom really great. We arrived at nighttime during a storm but the morning we saw the amazing view of the loch. We also enjoyed meeting the family animals on the way to our room 😺🐶

We struggled falling asleep because there was a lot of noise upstairs, which also woke us up in the morning.
