I accidentally booked the wrong nights originally, and they kindly changed my booking without a problem and no charge - that service orientation was continued during our stay. The staff is amazing, made us feel right at home, and the room was really big with a lovely view. We loved staying here in the hotel - everything was very clean, including the pool area. The parking lot is very convenient and the hotel is close to all the sights. The breakfast was a true experience, a very large buffet with so many options both continental and hot to choose from. The food was high quality, and coffee / tea options were really nice (love that you get a full pot, not just a cuppa). The views from the breakfast room are a nice bonus.

We didn't love the food options available in the restaurant and only ate there once. The dinner was okay, but we were hoping for more local fish options, and they just weren't on the menu. So we opted for a different restaurant the other night, of which there are several ones nearby.

Staff were very friendly and helpful when we arrived at hotel early, they kept us informed of when we could get into our room. The staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout our stay and this makes your stay more enjoyable. Hotel lounge and restaurant area was nice and clean with plenty of seats to sit back and enjoy the view while relaxing. Our room had a Loch side view and was lovely and clean, it was a large room with a good-sized bathroom. We never used the pool, but it was busy most of the time which was great to see. The breakfast was exceptionally good with a varied supply for all tastes and again staff were on hand to help you enjoy the meal time.

Evening meals were quite pricey and there was a limited choice of mains on the menu, I started with Scallops, and they were £15 a portion and when it arrived at my table it had three scallops on the plate!! We had fish and chips for mains which came in at £19 each portion so if you are going with family its expensive to eat in at the hotel. The heating is controlled by smart switches, and we found our room cold sometimes so had to use the boost a lot to keep the room temperature reasonable.

The hotel is set in a great location. All areas are clean. Sauna is a great size. Staff all friendly and helpful. Having breakfast in the conservatory area was a delight, due to being lucky enough to watch an eagle come and go. With beautiful surroundings next to the water and hills makes for a lovely tranquil getaway. I used to come here on/off for years just to use the leisure club with my son when staying close by during ski season, but this was my first time staying at this property. Didn’t disappoint.

The bed was a bit on the hard side for me personally, which made for a poor sleep and felt a few little hard bits poking into me. The breakfast although tasty enough and good selection, wasn’t hot enough as it seemed as if enough had been made for all guest and left out instead of done in parts to keep it hot and fresher. The heat lights couldn’t keep it warm enough. Especially putting onto cold plates. A couple of the puddings in the evening meal were also a bit of a let down but the rest of the food was tasty.

Location was fantastic with a beautiful view from our room and from the breakfast table. The staff were friendly although one young female member was told off rather loudly when she incorrectly set up a table for the next guests. Embarrassing not only for her and should not happen in front of guests.

The food at breakfast was a buffet and there was plenty of choice and it was well presented. Unfortunately some of the items were reheated such as the potato scones and became too hard to even cut with a knife.

We booked the hotel for guests who were staying with us at Carnell and they had had a puncture outside of Glencoe, three hours away. The guests called to let us know at 1130pm at night so we made the booking to help them. A passing local, stopped to help them and generously stayed with them eventually taking them to the hotel. The guests said the hotel staff could not have been kinder, accommodating them so late and with sustenance. The next morning, they enjoyed an excellent breakfast and said the staff were extremely kind and helpful arranging for them to be repatriated with their car and the repair services.

Check in was very friendly and informative. Room was comfortable and cosy. Good bar area to have a pre dinner drink and the barman was very chatty and informative about the hotel's gin brand. Dinner and breakfast needs to be booked as the hotel is very busy. They are mostly served in the conservatory area with superb views out over the Loch and the mountains. The food was excellent and service great with all the staff being very friendly. A good addition is the pool and spa area which we didn't use but looked lovely.

There was little space in the room for luggage but this is only a minor issue. The corridors are in need of refurbishment....carpet threadbare in places, but it is very obvious that work is in progress to update the place with work on painting the walls underway.

Our stay at Isles of Glencoe Hotel was exceptional, marked by the stunning views, impeccable cleanliness, and the warmth of staff like Cristina and Tunde. The rooms were comfortable, offering breathtaking views that were a joy to wake up to. The hotel’s location was ideal for exploring Glencoe and surroundings, with easy access to activities and attractions. The amenities, including a relaxing pool, sauna, and jacuzzi, enhanced our stay, and the variety and quality of food were impressive. The hotel’s atmosphere, from the cozy bar and lounge to the well-appointed dining area, added to the overall delightful experience. In summary, Isles of Glencoe Hotel combines comfort, beauty, and excellent service, making it a top choice. A truly memorable stay.

Excellent setting for a hotel. Beautiful scenery and walking trails. Best hotel so far for staying around Glencoe. It was a bit pricey but the pool helps and the bathtub was perfect to relax after a drive and a winter walk. Breakfast was good. Restaurant was full with outside people which means the food is decent. Outside my budget but there was a nice coop round the corner. A big plus.

Children were not impressed with the size of the TV, I did not mind. I know it will sound like a joke and many will disagree but I drink bottled water in hotels even in Scotland. Luckily there was a coop next door.

The hotel is very cosy after a long day walking, get a seat early at the log burner and unwind with a drink! The breakfast was phenomenal. Would highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely come back.

Check in time at 1500hrs!!! I reached out for an early check-in (i clearly stated I would be willing to pay), but the request was declined. Sadly, this is not unique to this hotel. Customers have been getting shafted for years by hotels with check-in/check out timings. The usual response is "cleaning" but with check out being 1100hrs in a relatively small hotel, I am not having it takes 4 hrs to get my room ready.

The hotel is in a really nice spot, surrounded by nature. The room was a good size. Nice staff. The food was tasty, but one of us got intoxicated the last night.

The hotel needed overall mantainance and attention to detail, (thngs broken on the rooms, wall paint chipped). There was no outdoor seating except for the restaurant tables. I don't know if they were understaffed or just really disorganised, but very slow, we always had to wait a lot to be seated, it took us 25 minutes to get the bill.
