I had a truly lovely stay at this B&B — it was exactly what I needed: quiet, extremely comfortable, and welcoming. The location is a little outside the centre of Fort William, which made it wonderfully peaceful. It’s worth noting that while I missed the stop on the way in, it would be very convenient if you’re arriving from Fort William by bus, as there's a stop nearby. From the moment I arrived, I felt at home. There was even a carafe of whisky on the sideboard with a welcome note inviting guests to help themselves — a charming touch of Scottish hospitality! Liz, the hostess, couldn’t have been kinder. She was warm, helpful, and made me feel completely at ease. The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the TV had excellent reception — I even managed to watch some Netflix, which was just what I needed after a long, tiring day. It was peaceful and quiet all night; I slept like a log. There was no cooked breakfast, but that was fine — there were instant oats, plenty of tea and coffee, and Liz told me to help myself to more if I needed. In the morning, the shower was hot and powerful — a real treat. And to top it all off, when I asked about buses to the airport, Liz told me the timings might not work and very kindly drove me to the bus station herself. A generous gesture that really stuck with me. All in all, this B&B felt like a home away from home. If you're looking for comfort, peace, and a bit of genuine, old-fashioned Scottish hospitality, I’d highly recommend staying here.

The guest house was easy to find and close to Fort William town centre. The room was clean, tidy and quirky and the bed was super comfy. There's a bus stop outside if you wanted to take the bus to Fort William town centre but it's walkable in about 20 minutes and the view on the way there is beautiful. The owners are friendly, respectful and respect your privacy. I'm quite a light sleeper so I appreciated how quiet it was during the night. All in all a comfortable, homely guest house - I would definitely stay again if I visited Fort William again.

A cooked breakfast would have been a bonus but there was porridge, tea and coffee in the room.

Super friendly host, the rooms were clean, cosy, and well equipped. The location is a 20 minute walk or a 5 minute taxi from the centre of Fort William. The drying room for wet hiking/camping gear was absolutely brilliant! Parking onsite was handy too.

The only thing that could have made our stay better would have been a cooked breakfast option, but as the location is so close to the town centre with plenty of breakfast options, this wasn't an issue at all.

Perfect cleanness, and the room was very comfortable. The rooms are way more beautiful than the pictures show. The host was very friendly.

It’s close to the bus station but the buses don’t come very often, so I think this place would suit someone with a car better. And there is no food provided but you can have takeaway.

Lovely greeting on arrival. Perfect location for my climb up Ben Nevis. The hosts had thought of everything and even provided a list of items you could purchase if you had forgotten to pack the essentials. There was even a portable heater which was a godsend after my hike the previous day where I had been drenched.

There was nothing to dislike. If I was to be picky, I would say slightly dated.

Really nice guesthouse, 15 min walking to Fort William. Very nice room with complimentary coffee, tea and morning porridge. The owner is wonderful and very helpful. very easy parking, in front of the guesthouse. We really enjoyed the stay.

The room was clean. Host was very nice and gave us advice about where to go to shop or go for dinner. Even though there was no breakfast option, there was a kettle in the room and instant porridge, which was really nice. The room was very small and there was no place to sit except for the beds or ground. I would not recommend it for longer stays, but if you plan to go there only for one night or you know you will go there only to sleep, then the accommodation is more than suitable for that.

The bedroom was spotless and the bed was so comfortable, just what you needed after a long drive up. With complementary teas/coffees and a porridge pot which wasn't included as we only booked room only which was a nice thought. Host was very pleasant and friendly.

Beautiful location on waterfront outside of Fort William but walkable into town. We stayed in the room with a double bed and with the bunk beds in a semi-separate room - ideal for our needs, comfortable beds and very good value. Welcoming host.

They don't offer breakfast at the moment, but we knew this - plenty options in the town. Bathroom was quite cramped.

Very clean with coffee in the room. More coffee in Hall if needed. Does not serve breakfast but had some porridge you could add hot water to. Provided a list of close by places to eat. Loved that there was a table with chairs out front with a view of the loch to sit at. We had gotten take away for dinner so that worked great. Towels were good size

Tiny bathroom. Could have actually sat on the toilet and also brushed my teeth at the same time. Could not get the water temperature to stay the same in the shower along with the pressure.
