The views across Loch Linnhe are breathtaking. Campfield is situated right on the loch and the grounds around it allow for exceptional views of the loch. We sat on the picnic bench at the edge of the grounds and had a few drinks in the evening, whilst the sun shone and we watched the wildlife around us. The room was very clean and had everything in it. We were on our way to begin the NC500 and this place was located perfectly on our route. We opted for breakfast and it didn’t disappoint, with a perfect brew! Thank you for having us!

Host was lovely to us upon arrival asking us about our plans and offering advice. Our room was clean and spacious with all the facilities we needed for an overnight stay. Great location for us as we had a car and they offer plenty of parking. Good view out the back of the property outside, we walked down to have a closer look and a peaceful start to our day.

Towels provided were on the smaller size so could be a possible update to the room but not necessary. As stated in other comments the water is discoloured but the shower seemed to run clear - maybe add a note in the bathroom so people aren’t surprised by this.

Parking was onsite and free, staff helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was good (added on arrival). Lovely setting overlooking Loch Linnhe. Was relaxing and is an easy drive into Fort William. Would stay there again.

Paid extra for breakfast upon arrival which was lovely although booking.com didn't provide a breakfast option when booking. Front street can get busy and can be difficult to see both ways when exiting. Lots of midges when we were there - late Aug.

Nice room, parking available at the house. Location fine. As travelers from Czech Republic, we forgot the EU -> UK adaptor for our chargers so we asked the owner and he kindly borrowed us with these adaptors. Thank you

While the water from the sink was drinkable, we could not fill up the bottles or the kettle as the sink (and the battery) in the bathroom was too small. But when we asked the owner again, he filled up our kettle without any issue.

Warm welcome, efficiency done. Perfect location for Fort William, stunning views and gardens. Room was quite small, but perfectly adequate. Bed was comfy, shower was great, and everything was clean. Touch screen everything, but still managed to keep the homestyle charm. A very nice stay.

Being very picky, I would usually expect breakfast included in a B&B, but a small charge of £8ish didn't sound unreasonable. Wasn't clear if it was continental or cooked, so we declined. That was probably my fault more than anything. I will definitely say yes next time! We had the front facing room, so were not too far from the main road into Fort William. Traffic noise is pretty noticeable until quite late, but this wouldn't put us off staying again.

Although it is quite a distance from Fort William, its location is perfect for being away from any noise. It is private and serene, easy to find and Danny made us welcome immediately. Comfy beds, hot water and good pressure- perfect!

Nothing at all. If we had been staying longer, I would request a bigger room. But, even so, there was a little ‘lounge room ‘ just outside our door, a consideration with a small room

This is my second time at Campfield House and it was just as lovely as the first time. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and had everything necessary for our stay. Location is out of town for Fort William, but right on the loch so it’s nice and quiet with beautiful views. Perfect if you’re after somewhere to use as a base for Fort William and surrounds, and an extremely friendly and welcoming host

This was an amazing little B&B right on Loch Linnie, the views were amazing, owners were friendly, room was lovely and clean, a little on the small size but we didn’t go there to stay in the room all day. You can up grade and have a room with a gorgeous balcony. We liked it that much we’ll be going back next year. Only a 10 minute drive into Fortwilliam as well! Definitely recommend ☺️

Can’t really think of anything

It was a brilliant little BnB with comfortable, modern rooms and a lovely host. Everything was clean and comfortable, and it had all the essentials you might need, including fast wifi, a hairdryer, and toiletries.

The only thing we didn't like was the water system - they use a private water supply, which is great for the most part but doesn't flush very well, and the shower pump is quite loud due to the need for pressure support.

The location is absolutely fabulous! We had a room with a private balcony that overlooked a Loch. The room was very clean and comfortable and free WIFI was a bonus. Free guest allocted car parking - another bonus. Option to have breakfast was made available to us on arrival but we had plans. Very grateful for the option though. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you for a lovely visit. The owner was very helpful and friendly.
