Everything was good. The hotel is new and nice, quality materials, excellent bathroom and comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Location is close to the train station. Breakfast was ok. The main dish of the breakfast was served a la carte. It is nice and fresh, but some peopel would probably rather prefer more variety of the buffet instead.

We stayed in many places in Scotland and this one seemed absolutely overpriced to us! We had experienced same good or even better hotels for much lower price. There were few options left when we were booking, but for the future we would recommend our friends to book in advance and find smth else. In the evening we asked for a bit of milk for our small child, and were told that we will not be charged. We don't mind to pay (though usually barmen are so kind and don't charge 0,1L of milk), but it was surprising to find 6 GBP on the invoice next day at check-out. Hope my husband simply did not understand what milk was that on the invoice...

We were in the area for the Jacobite train experience so this hotel was perfect. Rooms were clean and as described. Communication with the hotel was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast and dinner choices were great and really delicious. Hotel and dining are a bit pricey but it is a tourist hotspot so to be expected; you certainly won’t find anything cheaper for this standard of board and dining. V pleased overall and would recommend.

Stayed 31st January 2025 Fantastic welcoming staff, great location. Hotel is modern spotless and relaxing vibes. We had a fantastic hot breakfast served by a lovely lady, wouldn’t stay anywhere else when visiting. Fort William. Stayed in Glencoe for 2 days and hotel was woeful there . So was an absolute delight to stay at the Nevis Bank Inn, not one fault

Nothing Hotel is perfect

Breakfast room, well layed out lovely breakfast and top quality staff. Very helpful and polite. On arrival , met by the receptionist with a happy smile and very welcoming. Room was very spacious and well laid out. Very clean and comfortable. Just a short walk to town or mountain walks. January visit for a short break, they even arranged the snow to fall!

To get to the standard of the rest of our experiance, the evening meal needs to have more choice. Higher quality produce would do it.

No lift, room rate was v expensive compared to other similar hotels we stayed in. Heverlee at £7.25 a pint! Why?

It was clean. The bed was very comfortable. I liked very much.

Nice adequate room, good bed, good bathroom, 4 star hotel quality. The hotwater quooker was funny, took a lot of space but worked. The reception guy helped carrying my bags as there are lots of steps and stairs. Also, he very kindly watched over my bags as I went up to the Gondola at Nevis Range, before checking in. Thank you! Busstop to go to Nevis Range right in front of hotel, bus nr 41.

Lots of steps and staircases, kind of labyrinth to find my room. Appearance of the hotel on the outside doesn't do it justice.

I did not use the restaurant as it is quite expensive in my opinion. However, I found the room very clean and comfortable. Nothing to complain about, in the room they offer a kettle with a lot of coffee bags, Hot chocolate and even butter biscuits! I came here exclusively to hike Ben Nevis, this is the perfect spot!

I could hear the doors outside my room very loudly, I woke up many times in the middle of the night because of it.

Location. Issue during meal very professionally handled by Maitre'D. Food Quality exceptional.

Had trouble parking, managed to get last slot at front wall. Best to make clear what alternatives are if front CP full. General Prices very high from what I'm used to. Room temp was very warm at 22deg and humid. would have liked A/c to have been switched on at this time of year for arrival, set to 19/20deg. £15.50 for a breakfast is far to high a charge. Hopefully all this taken as constructive responses.

Everything good, the staff were lovely, i had wet clothes that needed dried for the next night shift, was allowed to hang it in the boiler room.

WiFi did not work in the resturant which when u r on your own is an issue, no lunch during the week which if u r working a night shift is an issue as i had to find somewhere in the town to have some lunch, i was too tired for breakfast as i had worked until 6am.
