Adam and John were excellent hosts. Their knowledge and expertise of the area saved us time driving and adviced us about places not widely known to the average tourist. Our room was elegant and comfortable, and how we like it: classic. Our breakfast was taken to our room. A variety of fresh pastries, fruits, berries, yougurt, cheeses, cold cuts, jams, butter and freshly brewed coffee and tea made for a deightful start of the day. We were welcomed to use a drawing room in the ground floor for relaxing and maybe enjoy a night cap. I must point out that even if there were more people staying, we never were bothered by noise or any kind of intrussion. If in the future we are in the area, we would stay in this lovely home. Adrian and John are lovely people. The room was clean and we had enough space to store our belongings. The breakfast was huge with croissants and bread and another baked good that differed from day to day. It also came with cheese, jam and fresh fruits as well as coffee and tea. Unfortunately my partner fell sick during our stay, however, Adrian was very caring about it. We felt very safe. On our last day Adrian also gave us a lift to the bus station. Even though we did not get to explore the area sufficiently, John offered great advice on our first day and also offered to drive us around to hike up Ben Nevis. We can wholeheartedly recommend to stay with Adrian and John and definitely want to come back!

I had the most fantastic stay at Inverlochy Villas! The room was very well equipped and lovingly decorated. The view from the window was just absolutely fantastic. And together with the delicious and diverse breakfast...there's no better way to start the day. Apart from the accommodation itself, John and Adrian themselves more than deserve a 10-star rating. They were extremely kind, helpful and all in all just very lovely people! Definitely would recommend staying here and enjoying the serenity this accommodation as well the town and the stunning nature surrounding it create.

Lovely room and bathroom - clean, with everything I needed. I was also able to use the very pleasant and quiet guest living area. John offered me some great advice for my Ben Nevis climb, and even offered to give me a lift into Fort William. He also gave me directions for my day in Loch Lomond and suggestions for walks there. Breakfast was delivered to my room in the morning and was perfect before starting my day. Fantastic hosts - thank you :)

This beautiful old home felt instantly welcoming and cosy. John was an exceptionally lovely host so it felt like staying with a family friend. Loved being able to curl up in the living room with my book in the evening and looking out the bedroom window to the view of the mountain was just incredible! A generous breakfast arrived on a tray in the morning which felt like such a treat!

It was in a great location for day trips. John and Adrian were excellent hosts - very friendly and willing to give recommendations both for things to do and where to dine.

Not a big deal but the bathroom was small. We laughed that you couldn’t change your mind once you were in the shower for turning around!

John's hospitality, local knowledge, warmth, and welcoming were brilliant. He even went out of his way and made me a packed breakfast as I was leaving 6am to start my Ben Nevis hiking. They put so much effort into putting the colour together to create a beautiful interior. When I visit Highlands again, I know where to stay.😊

Location - Nice location just outside the hustle and bustle. Easy to access town but also the other sightseeing locations nearby. Friendly host that had a range of recommendations for us and supplied us with breakfast everyday including a takeaway breakfast when we had to leave early. Very appreciative!

Bathroom was a little small but as I’ve learnt with our little trip this is the same for most bed and breakfasts so cannot complain 🙂

It’ was in a great location. Perfect for climbing Ben NEvis. Visiting the Glenfinnan viaduct. Fort William parkrun. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed and a lovely thoughtful breakfast bought to our room each morning. And the host was very helpful with local knowledge

Nothing.it was perfect

John and Adrian were exceptional, they were proactive in helping us with all our queries. Their villa / home stay is super comfortable and I would highly recommend staying with them if you're visiting fort William.

I liked everything but if I had to list something it would be the late check in time of 4 pm . We strictly adhered to the time and arrived at 355 pm but we got told off for being 5 minutes early 😂
