Great location - walkable to the town in 10/15 mins and right next to Glen Nevis. Quiet despite being near to the road. Facilities were great - everything we needed and more. Detailed touches eg spare toothbrushes; little flowers in the towels; basics in the kitchen ie salt, pepper, tea, coffee etc ; games; appreciated. The apartment was generally clean, beds very clean and comfortable. We slept really well. We liked the decor and there was loads of space. We could have easily had another three people staying. Good car park facilities. We enjoyed our stay.

Not much but in the double room en suite shower room, some maintenance issues - black mould on the seals in the shower; some minor paintwork needing freshened up; Sitting room marks on the wall possibly where a TV had been? Needs freshened up. We felt the cost for 2 nights was a bit much.

We travelled here to climb Ben Nevis. The apartment is located very close to Ben Nevis but within walking distance of the centre of Fort William. The apartment was larger than expected and was roomy for 4 adults and two dogs. It had everything we needed. Extras like toothbrushes, shower gel and Cereal were nice and unexpected. On the second day there was a named storm in the area , despite it being August. The owner messaged us to make sure we were safe and advised to stay inside, a really nice thing to do.

The apartment had everything to accommodate our stay as a family of five. Kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils we needed. Large dining table with enough chairs for all of us. The beds were clean and comfortable - loved the decorative touch with the flowers on towels/bedding. The place was perfect for exploring Fort William, Glenfinnan Viaduct and Glencoe Valley - highly recommended for families!

Didn't like that the appartement was mostly carpeted. There was a musty smell when we arrived, but that went away after airing the rooms.

Convenient comfortable well-equipped apartment on North side of Fort William about 15' walk from train station & town centre. Views of Ben Nevis from just outside car park, at beginning of road to mountain. Neil very helpful with instructions and arrangements. Easy to get into apartment. We really liked having 2 bathrooms & roomy living/kitchen room. Good parking space.

A bit difficult to understand recycling arrangements! One bin outside for general rubbish, another for all paper, bottles, plastics together.

Well equipped kitchen and well furnished bedrooms/lounge in good condition especially for pet friendly apartment. Good clear instructions on waste management. In a central location with parking for a car Helpful and responsive apartment manager Neil.

The TV pin was not known to enable us to use our own Netflix. There was a smell coming up the shower drain which cleared after notifying the house keeper.

Excellent location and really cosy and comfortable. Very spacious rooms and very well appointed Very friendly, helpful and flexible host. Fabulously clean

The only slight minor point was the shower pressure but this may not be a resolvable issue- could be the whole area. However the water temperature was excellent and the ensuite shower facilities great.

The owner was easy to communicate with and very helpful. The location was quiet and approximately 20 minutes walk from the towns high street. The kitchen was well equipped and lounge and dining areas were spacious and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. We appreciated the washing machine, drying rack and the availability of the heating to assist clothes drying. We also liked that recycling of refuse was available.

Nothing to dislike.

Many pillows provided. Very clean towels and linens. Lots of storage space in the rooms. Kitchen had adequate equipment. Hot water for shower was working well. All shower essentials provided. Bins were all lined and ready for use. Everything was perfectly prepared and ready upon check in.

Bed frames were a bit too short. Needs more shelves and hooks in the bathroom.

An excellent apartment very clean and well thought out with thoughtful extras which were appreciated . My husband and I enjoyed our 3 day visit and would happily return for a short stay. We were especially grateful that our small well behaved dog was able to stay with us . Location and parking excellent also contact with our host . I have to give praise to the lady cleaning another apartment who took the time to ask if everything was okay . We have stayed in many holiday properties and she does an exceptional job to a high standard.

The bed was my only disappointment we found the mattress very soft an upgraded mattress would make a huge difference to the quality of sleep .

Very well laid out apartment for a family of 5 and fully equipped which makes life much easier with 3 kids! Location is top notch, away from the hubbub but close enough to the town Centre. Excellent communication with Neil who has been very helpful throughout. Recommended.

As a smoker I felt bad taking stubs back indoors so as not to litter, an ashtray in the garden will help keep this beautiful part of the world pristine as it deserves nothing less!
