The lodges are beautiful, clean and cosy and in a perfect location! It was so cosy and the comfiest beds. The leaflet with information was great also.

The few interactions we had with the reception staff weren’t great. They weren’t very helpful and very dismissive one in particular was quite rude. There are many similar lodges in the area so when we next visit we will book somewhere else instead however no regrets as the lodges were perfect. We paid £50 for the smores kit which had things missing and by this time reception was closed so we couldn’t ask about it. Bad customer service can really ruin an experience.

Was a really nice little setting. Just what we were looking for to get away for the night. Our lodge was very private and the hot tub was lovely. All though it’s not pleasant getting out of it when it’s only 2 degrees haha. The lodge was spot less when we arrived as expected, and very nice and comfortable. The staff were really nice and we had no issues. We took a walk down to the Ballachulish hotel for dinner. It’s well with in walking distance and the food and staff was great. Will come back again and do recommend if you’re looking for a nice wee private getaway.

Nothing. Was exactly what we were looking for.

Location and setting. Even though pods are relatively close you still manage your own privacy.

The girl Lauren at reception shouldn’t be in the service industry . Very poor representative of what in essence is a great business. Must say though… girl Rebecca was a breath of fresh air.

Amazing, tranquil stay at the RiverBeds! So relaxing, staff very responsive & very prompt with requests. Bar and food van on site which we sadly didn’t get the chance to try but it looked lovely. The hot tub was amazing, didn’t take long to heat up when we arrived (we checked in early). Beautiful location. We loved the river being right next to us and it felt very secluded & although there are other properties near by it still feels very private. We got the birthday package and the staff made the room look lovely for us arriving with decorations, balloons & a birthday cake. We also loved the complementary freshly baked cookies.

The midges were bad, but this was expected considering the time of year & it was nothing that a fire or candles couldn’t fix. The fridge, shower room/toilet space is small, but this didn’t bother us… maybe a larger couple would struggle. Would suggest bringing a cool box if you have wine/beer/food to store.

Great location, beautiful sounds of the river all night. Breakfast was lovely.

The mattresses need to be flipped/rotated more often as there was an uncomfortable hole in mine. I would also like an option to turn off the spa bath at night as the intermittent heating can be annoying noise-wise. Also a 4pm in check in and 10am check out for the price you are paying is a bit unsatisfactory.

Everything was exceptional. The staff were lovely and very helpful, the lodge was cosy and very clean. The lodge had everything and was so peaceful next to the river. One of the main reasons we booked was because of the hot tub and it did not disappoint. There was a lovely seafood van and bar with outside seating that was fantastic. A great night away

Only thing I could fault was the check in time being 4pm. I emailed and asked if there was any way of getting an earlier check in time which would have cost £15 for an hour earlier. Although it wasn’t much, we had already paid quite a lot for this stay so couldn’t justify any more. With us only staying one night and having to check out at 10am the next morning we felt as if we could’ve done with more time

Glamping in Glencoe was a great experience. My daughter used the massage services and loved it. Wife hiked and my son and I golfed on the property. Close to Steall Falls for an epic hike too. The cabins are small but well organized. Great lighting and the hot tubs were nice too. Breakfast delivered in the am in a basket was lovely as well. Food trick had phenomenal shrimp too.

The chairs outside the cabins could use cushions that you could keep dry inside so they would be easier to use on rainy days. Maybe an umbrella or cover on the hot tub area…

Really enjoyed location. Really well sign posted and great views. The staff were helpful and made me feel welcome. Options to buy BBQ packages at reception which was really handy and also a co-op 5 minute drive away. The lovely finishing touches in the pod were a lovely extra - homemade cookies, hot chocolate, coffee machine, towels and robes (paid extra for). Jacuzzi ready to use right away and the sunshine also made it a perfect day for a BBQ, drinks and a chill in the jacuzzi. Even though every room was fully booked, each pod is very secluded and felt like I was by myself. Sound of nature and flowing stream also made the pods that extra bit more peaceful.

Paid extra for the breakfast package. Really nice to have this delivered to your door someone on site. The breakfast basket was quite small and didn't have that much food in it for what you pay for. X2 slices of bread, x1 pan au chocolat, x1 croissant, x2 cheese squares, x2 small granola pots and some spreads. Would have been nice to have possibly been offered a bit more of a selection. But overall the food was yummy!

Superb location. Plenty of pre-arrival information including the location, eating places and taxi information. Nothing too much trouble for the staff (who managed to do everything without really being 'seen'). The pod is fabulous and like a little TARDIS - two grown adults spent 4 days/nights with luggage and didn't fall over each other! Kettle, toaster, microwave, power shower, hair dryer, tv, coffee pod machine, Denby crockery, storage space inc hangers, linen, towels, bath robes and fabulous underfloor heating. The hot tub was amazing 😍

Having to leave to come home.

The location was beautiful and peaceful. Rolling munros and a running river were an amazing backdrop to the rental. The breakfast basket had fresh, delicious goods with a good choice. Staff were friendly.

When we arrived at the reception, nobody was there and we waited 15 minutes to be seen to. When we got the keys, the cabin that we rented was a little dirty. It also wasnt as private as one would have hoped. Some marks and dust here and there (nothing terrible). Also, I had ordered extras such as double Prosecco and late checkout, we received a single Prosecco and checkout time still feels too early. Value for money didnt seem right in this case.
