Loved the view from the room - we could sit in the terrace outside and enjoy views of Ben Nevis! The room was very clean.

I stayed with my friend for 2 nights - there were some issues with hot water in a shower, only one of us could have warm shower, unfortunately. We missed glasses in the room (for water/wine or other beverage), forks would have been appreciated as well. I would also expect two hand towels for two guests (only one hand towel was provided). The room was very comfortable except for a quite disturbing noise from the other room - people were up around 5-6 am, preparing for the day, and we actually could hear their steps from the room next door (I guess something related to how the flooring is done), so this was quite disturbing.

Good size room, nicely decorated, homely, upmarket feel - nice and quiet

Uncomfortable mattress, room looked out over car park - little privacy! Shouldn’t call self b&q just with instant oats for breakfast - this felt little misleading. Needed fresh mugs for our second morning - unclean mugs not nice for guests. And label the soap and shower bell (or shampoo?!)

We liked how easy check in was , how spacious the room was I absolutely loved the bathroom, the bath was amazing after our attempt at Ben Nevis, bed was super comfy, the porridge pots and cereal bars were a perfect touch , and we was very grateful for the Malteser bunnies with it being Easter, above and beyond to make customers feel welcome, meet Smaxi twice and he was lovely and welcoming.. we are definitely coming back to conquer Nevis and this will be our accommodation again hopefully

Absolutely nothing to dislike

Perfect location with magnificent vista of Ben Nevis. Rooms very tastefully furnished. New. Spacious. Clean.

Check out at 10am, which is standard. However at 9.40 we were 'reminded' that checkout was at 10 and at 9.50 cleaning staff were already stripping the beds while we were leaving the room. Put a dampener on an otherwise wonderful stay.

The views from the rooms are exactly like the pictures! I was shocked at how pretty it was and was happy to drink my instant coffee with that as my background. I also feel like the price was very reasonable for the space.

This is just a cultural misunderstanding and not actually something I disliked, but this is a "self-catering" location, meaning you walk up to a series of lock boxes to get your room key using a code that is emailed to you. There is a wifi code near the boxes, though the owner came out and helped us figure out what was happening. These views do mean that there's not necessarily a lot of things to walk to from the hotel, so be warned for food if you don't have a car.

Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable. Very modern. Seamless check in procedures. Great view.

Shower twice went extremely hot without warning and scalded my back. Potentially dangerous if you can't leap out of the way!

The location is superb, our room was generous in size, extremely well decorated, very clean, very comfortable and with a spacious en suite. It has the most amazing views from our patio of Ben Nevis and the other mountains. The breakfast in the room was adequate for our needs. We had the pleasure of meeting Smaxi who is helpful, kindly and very friendly. We were there only there one night but wished it could have been longer, hopefully we will stay again, would highly recommend Tower Ridge House.

It was a great location and easy to find. The rooms are modern and nicely decorated. Owner was friendly.

The email with instructions was sent only a couple hours before our arrival, since we were travelling we were unprepared for how to check in. Thankfully there was an owner on site. The room we were in had no plug in by a mirror to use a hair dryer or a flat iron. There was an extremely large mirror up against the wall but no plug was accessible. Our room faced the parking lot. The window blind and drapes are both black out which made the room dark. It was hot in the room so we had the windows and blind open for air to circulate. People coming in to the property to see directly into our room. It would be nice if either the blinds or drapes would allow some privacy with light and air being able to get through.

The location was fabulous; overlooking the North face of Ben Nevis. We were fortunate with the weather; it was in the low 20's whilst we were visiting. The view was picturesque. Access to the property was straightforward. It was independent of any staff, so unable to rate staff as part of this review. The property was as stated. Nicely decorated hallway led us to our room, which was delightful. We did not use the bath as we only stayed one night. Could easily stay for a week as plenty of hikes to do. Porridge was supplied which was a nice touch. A table and bench chairs with a sun umbrella was allocated to our room outside, where we could sit and take in the views of Ben Nevis.

The room was too hot and we could not locate any way to control the temperature. The heater in the room was off and it appeared that there was no aircon. We opened the window when in the room.

There was not breakfast, a couple of pots of porridge in the room on the guest tray which was a nice touch.

I thought it was quite expensive but a room only but can see why as the location was great. We booked three rooms and they were all nice. There weren't great options for dinner. The restaurant opposite was limited to all you can eat meat or veg option which wasn't what we were after and the other option we walked to and were the only guests. In the end we jumped into the car and went for fish and chips in Fort William.
