The place was nice and peaceful, the staff were polite and friendly couldn’t be more helpful. The room was clean and there was a kitchen you could help your self to using the kettle and microwave. Would definitely stay again. Also it was local to train station and there was all shops local in town centre and also the market most days. Very friendly polite chambermaids. Very happy with our stay. Big thumbs up from us! 👌

The price was good and the look of the hotel was clean and relatively modern. Some of the communal areas - stairs, kitchen - were shabbier and poorly maintained

Rooms were small with minimal furnishings and the whole place was generally basic. No desk in the room, bathroom was tiny and tricky to navigate. Hard to find a plug for my phone charger (it was on the wall side of the bed for some reason). No towels in the bathroom was probably the biggest problem.

Very good location, near the station and many shops. Clean rooms, helpful staff. We can leave there our lugagge after check out.

Ideal location for Barking Station. Staff friendly & helpful. Clean and comfortable.

I would have preferred to have a tea making facility. Ear plugs advised due to market on some days.

The room was comfortable, clean, I slept for near twelve hours. Could have a larger bathroom but I’m a large person so that’s not their fault.
