It has amazing surroundings, especially the balcony in the room makes to book again and again, the staff are amazing always ready to help and make sure our stay goes smoothly 😀.

Hardly there is anything which I haven't liked.

Comfort and room design, receptionist was also very useful in accommodating the room I wanted which was with a balcony view.

Rooms were close to neighbours but that’s a matter of building design so other than that the stay was good.

Quiet clean has essential stuff good value for money Location lots of shops including halal restaurants abd near busses and train station

Good location. Very convenient for all amenities. Balcony a bonus. Lifts worked Clean reception area. Good lighting in foyer and stairs.

Reception staff didn't have knowledge of timings of parking facilities outside. We booked 2 x 3 bed rooms. Both had a double and a single bed. We needed 3 singles in each. Had to make adjustments ourselves and wasn't easy with rooms being on different floors even though we requested rooms together at time of booking 2 months earlier Parking very limited on street, had to keep moving car and keep rebooking online parking stay. My son noticed reception staff didnt smile, then again it was London and that was the general attitude wherever we went. For a northerner it seems very strange, not very personal. Each to there own though. Bathroom had no lock in one room

Felt welcome immediately, over the weekend there were 3 different people on reception but all extremely lovely and helpful. We’d not been to the area previously & were travelling for a gig, whilst we were outside one of the staff came out and advised us on the best modes of transport and what apps to download. The lady who was doing the housekeeping was lovely too. My friends and I have agreed next time we travel to London we’ll stay here for sure.

Couple more teabags in the room - but I asked at reception twice when coming back from both nights out & they provided them without any hassle whatsoever.

Location. Included kitchen for free use. Daily room service (even on weekends).

Internet is too slow. Not as clean as can be. Common kitchen fridge had old rotten food from other guests who had left.

Price for comfy room, comfy beds. clean towels provided, Kitchen is available, basic utensils provided. (plates, cups, tea-spoons, kettle), reception 24h, really satisfied with overall experience with hotel.

We missed a wardrobe or something to put our stuff in. Not big deal... and it is not in centre, but if you don't mind bit of walking and then tube to the centre, its nothing to worry about. :)

Friendly staff, very accommodating and understanding of some personal issues I had. You do have to pay a security deposit, but they payed it back very quickly. The room was even a bigger one than I had booked! The room itself was spacious, clean and comfortable. It's handy having a kettle in the room. The bathroom was very small but it did the job and was well-kept. The design of the shower was fantastic and made me think about changing the one I have at home! Rooms are cleaned everyday, though I deferred. Breakfast is given in a 'grab and go' bag, which I thought was pretty cool. Though I did not take advantage of it. Altogether, I enjoyed my time here and would recommend to anyone!

The bathroom did not have any toilet tissue which was mildly annoying, but luckily I had tissues with me. Checkout is a bit early for my liking at 10 am. It would be great if it was even just 1 hour later. My only other annoyance was that the room did not have a fridge, so would not be wise to buy fresh food and drink as you cannot keep it there. I'm not sure if there were shared kitchens, but in any case, this was not told to me on arrival.
