Apartments are lovely, very spacious and clean and lovely to come back to after a long day at work to kick back and relax, feels very much like a home from home, staff are fantastic always happy and helpful, no noise from other residents at all, very close to the town centre, pubs and places to eat and only 5/10 mins walk to work in the other direction, there is also morrisons a 2 min walk away, easy to get shopping and cook foe yourself, kitchens here are well equiped, spacious and clean, they all so have eveything you need to laundee your clothes, washer dryer, clothes horses, iron, i would highly reccommend, i try to get in here every time i travel for work and no always successful, but if available id book every time

Absolutely nothing to fault

Huge apartment especially the kitchen. Had family visit and there was just enough space for 10 of us but not enough chairs (though I didn't expect there would be). The apartment is in a central location near to the town centre, within walking distance. Very convenient for the supermarket which was just across the road.

The apartment was a bit gloomy and so was the surrounding area. Though it was the middle of winter. The kitchen was large and had all the usual appliances. However, we couldn't find a bread knife or large sharp knives, maybe we simply couldn't find them.

Location, parking, apartment size, and a nice quiet area.

I do not know if I'm being an idiot (which is likely), on the day of check-in, we couldn't get into the apartment and rang every number we could find. I couldn't and still can't find the message or email the lock box codes where they were sent to. All worked out in the end, though, as a lady called me back and got us in. (I just want to make it very clear this was most likely an oversight on my part and not the apartment people's)

Beautiful comfortable apartment, one of the best ones i have been in to date in Barrow, very spacious, lovely and clean, had everything you woiud need if you were to cook, bed was lovely amd comfy, very easy check in, i was later than expected and i got a voicemail explaining how to get my keys, would 100% stay there again if its available when im travelling.

The fact that i had to work long hours so didnt really get a chance to fully enjoy the apartment 🙂

A spacious apartment with all basic necessities for a family. Living room was clean and had comfortable sofa with open plan kitchen. Kitchen had all basic appliances which are very handy when travelling with family. Overall apartment was clean and rooms were tidy.

Beds were uncomfortable and mattresses require replacing. Struggled sleeping well with these mattress. Had a very small mirror in bathroom so had to use mirror in kitchen. Direction for the property took us slightly further from front entrance. Not very clear direction on property info page. So had to park away from the entrance but found front door closed and walked to the back door as no one opened front entrance, although arrived during manned reception timings.

The location is excellent as it is very near my son’s accommodation. A walking distance, nothing for us to complain about. We also liked that it was right next to a supermarket so shopping was easy! Convenient 😃😃

The attention to detail with cleaning could have been better. The bathroom floor was also not as clean as could be but it was okay. The shower pole is broken and dislodged as soon as you started to shower. This definitely needs replacing.

The staff were lovely and very accomodating The rooms were lovely,cleanand close together as we requested. After a long day of hiking and visiting the safari, this was just perfect for me and my family All in all we had a lovely stay and would definetly reccomend waterview to friends and family!:)

The only thing I would say was a little disappointing was the fact that the tvs were not smart tvs so we weren’t able to play YouTube or watch Netflix. This should be upgraded in order to make the apartments pretty much perfect 🙌

The apartment was very spacious, had all amenities included plenty of everything in the kitchen. All was clean and well presented on arrival. There was a leaflet on the side of things to to and paces too eat which we found useful. Very homely feel like home away from home.

Myself and my partner found the bed too be very uncomfortable both didn’t have a great nights sleep. Took advantage of the bath too soothe a sore back 😅

Apartment was in central location, easily accessible to city center, Morrison shop & petrol and all the above was its was easy to commute. If you're looking for a nearby by place to stay from lake district then this is the place to be. 30 mins drive to lake district and reasonable cost for a night stay. I stayed with my family of 4 and the rooms are more than enough for the family. Rooms were clean and neat. Staffs are very friendly. Definitely recommend this apartment for 1-3 days stay.

Fridge in the kitchen was not working and was smelling bad. However the same was communicated by the staff when key handover. That could have been sorted. Not much parking space (only 3 available at the back of apartment). However you could find paid parking's around.

Unfortunately not a place we would go back to.

Location of apartment. The look of the building looked derelict. Description of deluxe apartment did not meet our expectations. Not ideal for someone who had mobility problems. Not as clean as we expected. Cracks in the wall . Door looked as though it had been damaged and fixed badly.
