I arrived after 11pm and the receptionist went out of his way to both book me in and then he served me at the bar. A much needed drink due to a long day and a stressful visit due to family serious illness. I wish more members of staff made me feel as welcome as that young gentleman. First class.

I always score a 9 as something can always be improved. A free drink (as I had only spent my time at the hotel sleeping) would have been even better.

Stormont Hotel is a spotless clean hotel with friendly and efficient staff. A lovely lobby with comfortable soft seating to relax with a drink or bar food. We enjoyed a delicious meal in the restaurant, and breakfast offers so much choice it is a real treat. Our room had a good shower.. The icing on the cake was santy called on Christmas Eve, & left a gift for every room. What a lovelysurprise. .There is plenty of car parking space. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Room was very hot during the night!

Bedroom was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. Bathroom was excellent, with a powerful walk in shower, Lounge area was very comfortable and staff in bar were very welcoming, and 'bar menu' had a good variety of offerings. La Scala restaurant service was extremely attentive and our meal (we just had 2 starters each) was very tasty

View from bedroom overlooked the carpark (but not a lot they can do about that!!) Portion of 'toasted' cheese sandwich (from the bar menu) was too large and did not look appetising, although it was tasty!

The staff were very friendly & helpful. The bedroom was very comfortable and spotless. We had a very enjoyable stay. Breakfast was very good too. Had dinner one evening in La Scala restaurant, and it was very delicious.

Bought 2 small bottled Peroni beers & one packet of crisps cost £13. Expensive,??

The room was spacious and comfortable with two chairs so we could both sit down. The linens were fresh and crisp. There were plenty of outlets to charge our devices and conveniently located. The bathroom was large, the toiletries were high end and the shower was easy to operate. We ate at the onsite restaurant (La Scala) and enjoyed a very nice meal. The staff was really outstanding - friendly, helpful and kind. I impressed with the overall quality and amenities for the cost of the room. By far the best value we found over our 3 1/2 week vacation in Scotland and Northern Ireland.

The room was quite warm. Fortunately the windows were able to be opened a bit and there was a fan in the room which we used. However, even with the windows opened as far as allowed, the room remained noticeably warm during the night. Honestly, it's a pet peeve with me when there is not a thermostat in the room to control the temperature.

Staff were fantastic and although I only had a short visit (late check-in / V.early check-out) made sure everything I needed was not a hassle or inconvenience. Kindly pre-booked me a Taxi to Airport for early departure. I ordered Room Service, and this was delivered in under 30 Mins to a time I gad intimated. Excellent Guinness on Draught too.

Room lacked Air Con. It was a warm and humid evening, so room temperature could have been a little cooler.

We loved the friendly welcome, this was down to a charming man called Phillip Murphy on reception checking us in. He gave us a valuable amount of extremely helpful information about the buses running nearby, the local area & attractions and of course about the hotel. What an amazing ambassador for your lovely hotel. It was a lovely room with very comfortable beds and lovely linen. Good quality towels and toiletries. Great breakfast.

Welcoming, luxurious, spacious, comfortable bed, lovely toiletries, soft towels, water and tea/coffee making facilities in room, ultra helpful staff in bar with food. Even though there were limited vegan choices on the bar menu the staff member dealing with us made great efforts to be able to provide a vegan meal for my companion. Thank you to him, so sorry I never got his name but he may have been in his 40’s, dark hair and a beard.

A well located hotel with magnificent proximity to Stormont. Friendly check-in. Clean, comfortable room. Excellent value stay. We would happily stay here again.

The breakfast area seemed poorly laid out. There was a table for 4-people at the entrance to it from the lower level which blocked footfall. If this was made into a 2-seater flow could be much improved. At our stay 4-people seemed to think they owned the breakfast area due to sitting here making it quite uncomfortable for us to go back/forth to the buffet.

The assistant manager Garimal was exceptional, she went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Eamonn the Manager kindly organised a round of golf at a budget rate, Thank you we had a great day playing bad golf! The food in the bar was excellent.

It was far too hot in the room. We had no air condition and only had access to a fan. We were lucky that we were out and about. The room was on the top floor 351.
