Oh my goodness. This property is exceptional, I cannot praise Lisa enough. The communication was excellent, so easy to get in and great direction instructions. The property is to die for, it was way beyond our expectations. The interior was pristine, lovely furnishings and all of the mod cons that you would need for a stay. The beds were comfy and it was spotlessly clean. The view of the lake is stunning. The hot tub was fantastic and hot. The whole site was so quiet and exceptionally clean. We had a wonderful time. Very close to Beverley and easily accessible. Thank you Lisa, this property is a gem and we would definitely stay again.

I cannot find anything that we did not like it wS exceptional

We had a lovely stay at this lodge, it has everything you need for a lovely stay. We enjoyed seeing lots of goslings and ducks, so cute! It's a very quiet site and lovely for a nice refreshing stay. The site next door has a shop (around 20 mins walk) and the tvs in all bedrooms/living room are smart tvs with youtube/netflix etc. There was already tea/coffee/sugar too. There's a nice Italian on site.

My only complaint is that the beds are a little small, I'm only 5ft 6 and my toes dangle off the end. My bf who is 6ft had bottom of his legs dangling off. 11am checkout would be better.

The ultimate in relaxation! Heron Lakes is a beautiful complex, with an on site restaurant (Pasco's) that is open all day and evening, which is a real bonus. In terms of the lodge, it is beautiful! So comfortable, with everything you need. Sitting on the veranda and watching the birds on the lake is so relaxing! The hot tub was spotlessly clean and really lovely. Communication regarding arrival etc was great too. Would highly recommend.

Nothing to dislike - everything there for a self catering break, plus the bonus of the on-site restaurant. Recycling bins on site for most rubbish, but we couldn't find a glass bin for bottles.

So peaceful, was a great place to just relax, which is what we needed. The lodge was very clean and well maintained and was so nice to be able to stay somewhere that allowed dogs and children in such beautiful surroundings. Everything you needed was in the lodge, even towels and bedding. The host was very helpful, and so were the onsite staff. We had breakfast at Pascos and also an evening meal both were delicious and staff were so friendly. We have already booked our next visit.

There wasn't anything we didn't like, but one suggestion another chair or table needed for the amazing decking area.

We really enjoyed our nights stay. Everything was just perfect. The views were amazing. The lodge was very clean and had everything you need. The beds were comfy. The hot tub was great and looked fab all lit up with the water fountain in front of it. We loved every minute of it!

The only very small negative was there was no blind on the kitchen window so no privacy on a night time. We assumed they just hadn't gotten around to fixing it as you could see it had broken off. We just put a towel up and used that.

Lovely view over the lake. Great hot tub with lights to use on a night. Inside was very well presented and comfortable. Would definitely return. Was lovely and relaxing.

Nothing we didn’t like but a couple more chairs on the decking would be useful. Also a slightly earlier check in or later check out as when only stopping 1 night it flies by quickly and we weren’t ready to leave. could have definitely spent another hour sat on the decking the next morning.

We booked it for my mums birthday and could not of had a more perfect night if we planned it… The lodge was beyond stunning and accommodating to us for all our needs. We could have lived here forever just like home for home. The beds are comfortable, the place is clean and the hot tub was good for both day and night with the lights. The view onto the lake was stunning and just gave you that relaxing feeling once you got on park. We are already planning our next trip we can’t wait 🥰

Everything from start to finish was exceptional for myself, wife and young daughter. The lodge was modern very clean with a great homely feel with all the extras including plenty of additional apps on the tv which was a nice touch! The hot tub was amazing with a great view over the lake, the location was also fantastic very short drive to the centre of Beverley. Most of all the communication and contact with the host was amazing, great customer satisfaction!! I don’t usually leave feedback but everything was that good I had to share, I will certainly be returning this year Thank you Matt

Nice & quiet, very comfortable and cozy , brilliant hot tub , central heated lodge for chilly nights , great for dogs , fishing in with stay , & can fish many of the lakes .

Everything you would want/ expect from a new lodge. Fitted out very nicely, everything of a nice quality and dressed well. Everything has been thought about, even down to a bread loaf. Would certainly recommend, and I will be booking again

A privacy screen at the side of the hot tub would be a good idea as it’s closely looked over by the next lodge.
