The cleaning lady was so helpful, she saw us arrive and was kind enough to let us practically check in straight away as there was a car park space that had just been vacated. The breakfast was hot and nicely presented and the cooked eliminant very tasty, nice quality produce. The restaurant looked out over the harbour which was lovely. Nice location of hotel and able to cut across the harbour car park into the town, all very easy. All the team were very polite.
Breakfast was good but not a great deal of choice and no pastries or fruit which was a little disappointing. Service very good on first morning, slightly less on second day as the server seemed a bit unsure.

We were greeted by the lovely Miguel. Who gave us a lovely room with Harbour view. The room was spotless plenty of bathroom accesaries. The bed was so comfortable. View was amazing throughout the stay. Bath was so lovely, good-sized red hot water. The shower in the morning lovely and refreshing. In the morning breakfast we were greeted by another friendly staff member sorry didn't get his name. Breakfast was delicious so much to eat & drink and again lovely views. Can't rate this high enough. Has fish and chips and restaurant upstairs. A true treasure of Bridlington. We will most definitely be staying again.
Nothing other than should of booked for longer.

The location, overlooking the harbour, was delightful. The room was comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful. The restaurant was beautifully situated and the breakfast was excellent
Unfortunately we could only stay one night and, perhaps as it was a Tuesday the menu for the evening meal was quite restricted as several of the speciality fish dishes, which we had been looking forward to, were not available. Perhaps we should have contacted the restaurant earlier at the time of booking the room.

The room was comfortable and had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. The breakfast was good with a good choice. The majority of staff were polite and friendly. The location was a good base. It can be noisy as it is a working harbour, a forklift truck carrying crates was on the cobbles around 11pm, trucks arrive early in the morning too. This was our second time staying here but we would probably consider somewhere else another time. There is limited car parking outside, we were lucky enough to be able to get a space when we needed it.

This was our second time staying here but we would probably consider somewhere else another time. Our waitress on the second morning was not very polite, no personality and despite asking us numerous times got a couple of things wrong.

The view from room 5 is magnificent. Good location. Lovely big and bright room with everything you could need for a night's stay. Breakfast was delicious with an exceptional range of choices.
Clean overall, though there were some spots that had been missed such as the bathroom floor which was covered in white bits. The breakfast table was sticky, and had spilled salt over it. The salt pot was covered in grubby finger prints. The so-called double room was two single beds pushed together with two duvets. The hot water is very hot and mixer taps would have been useful but I recognise changing all the taps would be an expensive business.

In a world of disappointment, especially in Brid, this place shone. We stayed one night prior to an event and it was worlds apart from another 'hotel' in town. Comfortable bed, tasteful decoration, clean and adequate supplies. No noise (well a little in the morning but it is a working harbour) from seagulls which is a bonus. Very friendly and welcoming staff which makes a huge difference. The breakfast was good quality and plentiful. This place restored my battered faith in accomodation providers to provide value for money. It really is the place to stay.
Nothing at all. Nothing at all.

Absolutely lovely staff throughout our stay. Helpful, pleasant and warm. Room exceeded our expectations, really cosy, comfortable and the huge corner bath was lush! Great location, 5 minute walk to the amusements along the harbour and the beach is literally on the doorstep. Breakfast was fabulous, one veggie and one meat eater. Both cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious.
A bit noisy throughout the night with wagons coming and going to the fishing pier, we did sleep with the window open though to be fair.

Staff were really friendly and polite and couldn;t do enough for us. The Sunday lunch was the best we've had. Amazing value for money and delicious. Good choice of vegetables. The breakfast was freshly cooked, good quality and a great view. Would highly recommend.
Car park was a little awkward and small with location. However, this was mentioned on details and also to be expected with being at the harbour.

The staff were very friendly, the rooms were ready and we were able to check in early, we had free parking outside the hotel. The room was spotless with comfy beds and a good size corner bath. The room was lovely and warm despite the cold weather and we had a fabulous view. We will stay again and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. Very happy, thank you!
