The room was superb !!! and spacious !!! comfortable and cosy and AMAZING size king bed !!!

The sausage at breakfast tasted very sweet, almost a sour/off taste, but as it was a local sausage the breakfast lady told us. Maybe it was our pallet !and not used to the taste, as it looked good, and we thought the bacon was far to thick, almost like gammon steaks and needed cooking further as under cooked, but was sorted out by the duty manager and grilled further for us straight away !!. Thankyou This is not a complaint as we enjoyed every thing else!, And Plenty of it and good value for money, Thanks

Nice welcome from Mo, friendly and natural, very helpful, room nice and clean, well presented, only criticism was, very large room with lots of space, but bathroom was tiny, couldn't understand why it was designed that way, but all ok never the less, bar staff very friendly and chatty, nice to see local people working there, breakfast very nice, definitely stay again if in the area.

In a quiet part of town, 5 minute walk from the Beach. The hotel was modern and there was plenty of spaces for parking. The twin room was larger than expected, on the ground floor, very clean, and was all we needed for a one night stay. Breakfast and evening meals were available in the Brasserie with views over the golf course.

Fantastic massive room, everything I needed in the room, very quiet and peaceful and only a short walk into town. Staff on reception were excellent and told me everything I wanted to know before I even asked. The lady on the bar in the golf club on the evening was lovely and made you feel very welcome, had a couple more drinks than I intended to. The 2 ladies on breakfast in the morning were lovely especially the taller of the two. On the whole I would say the staff definitely make the place that little bit special and would definitely use again.

The only down side was the water pressure in the shower was slightly lower than I prefer but I definitely wouldn't say I didn't like it.

Breakfast was very good, and Carol was helpful and cordial. We had one evening meal and that was also satisfying. The room we stayed in (Suite 6) was a good size and comfortable. Over the years we have stayed in many hotels and other accommodation in Bridlington, but this beats them all for space, parking and hospitality.

The two breakfasts we had were excellent and great value for money too. We would have had three but didn’t know you could just walk in at any point and order a breakfast until we by chance mentioned breakfast to a receptionist, the website needs updating as it just talks about a full breakfast for £30 pounds which we had thought excessive, turns out this is a many course one which has to be booked, web site needs to say how flexible and accommodating the restaurant staff really are especially where breakfasts are concerned, it doesn’t do the restaurant or staff justice.

Had to ask for the heating to be put on in the room as it was freezing, but that was sorted immediately and was great, rest of public rooms were quite cold though.

Very friendly reception and given early check-in. Spacious room and very ,very clean. Comfortable beds and good heating. Breakfast buffet good -- toast and coffee both excellent. Check-out easy and again helpful, giving us advice on routes home.

Bit of noise from other guests late that night.

Staff were friendly, rooms were extremely larger than I anticipated. The whole hotel was clean and tidy and the beds were comfortable.

Room was a little cold as you can't control the heating from within your own room. I believe it's set to a the buildings heating timers. However, the duvets were warm to it wasn't a huge issue.

Our room was light, airy, spacious, modern and clean . The bathroom with shower, sink and loo was also spotless. Lovely views across the golf course to the sea. A really quiet spot. It was only a short and pleasant seafront walk to the Spa for the event we were attending.

Nothing, it suited our needs perfectly.

I think I have received a top class customer service from the staff. The accessible room was booked when I tried to book our room. The staff  sent me a photo to check if the toilet in a normal room was suitable for me as I am wheelchair bound. They paid so much attention to details. I am very grateful. Thank you so much Sylvia and Jan, you really made our stay very comfortable.

I don't think the shower gel and shampoo are of good quality
