As soon as we arrived kat was there helping us with the luggage, she made us feel at home, the crab pot was excellent positioned in the village, the breakfast was very good for your money using local products, plus the housekeeping was excellent every day our bedroom was tidied and the tray was replenish, My wife is disabled and we was told that we could have the use of the shed for storage and there was a socket so I could charge the scooter. All in all the hosts couldn't do enough for us.looking forward to next year as we have rebooked.

Coming back home.and to noisy streets

We loved our stay at Crab Pot Cottage. We have stayed several times now. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the village. The rooms are clean and the beds are really comfortable. Katrina is an excellent host,she is helpful and friendly and provides a delicious breakfast menu. There's lots to do in the surrounding area, a walk to the lighthouse where you may spot the Seals or to the North Landing for a stroll along the cliff tops and enjoy the spectacular views. There's also a bus every hour into Sewerby and Bridlington, and if you like bird watching a visit to Bempton is a must.

Absolutely beautiful little B&B. The room was gorgeous and decorated lovely and had everything we needed. Even a drying rack for hanging wet clothes which was very much needed after being out all day in the rain. They have thought of everything. The bed was very big and comfortable and the breakfast was outstanding! Katrina and the lady serving breakfast were both very attentive. You can tell this place is their pride and joy and it is a wonderful little gem in Flamborough

There was nothing we didnt like

Good information received prior to arrival. Room was well presented with a large, comfortable bed. All facilities in the room were as expected. Good to have options of open windows and or a fan. The breakfast greeting was friendly and prompt. Breakfast uses local produce and was well prepared. The only improvement could be the coffee.

Small point but I think the coffee at breakfast was instant, and I prefer fresh ground coffee

Had a lovely stay. The breakfast was good and hearty. I found the Coffee was especially good. Location was excellent. Close to pubs, fish and chips, and local stores on foot. Close to (a mile or two) from the beaches and just a bit further (4 miles or so) from the RSPB reserve. Off street parking available was a plus, although not an issue to park on street if needed. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I found the bed very comfortable. The walk-in shower room was bigger than I had expected. Wi-Fi was fast and worked well. Excellent value.

Nothing to grumble about.

Very comfortable, pleasant B&B in the heart of Flamborough and within walking distance of chippies, pub and a good restaurant. Staff great, good breakfast. I had a very nice bedroom (room 3) with great ensuite. Comfortable bed. Real milk on offer to make tea/coffee in the bedroom. Flamborough has a lot on offer nearby from cliff walks, bays, sea views, lighthouses. Sewerby and Sewerby Hall nearby and Bridlington a bus or short car journey away.

I was given a very warm welcome when I arrived at Crab pot cottage. I stayed in room 2, which was as very comfortable room, with everything you could need for an enjoyable stay. The bed was supremely comfortable, the ensuite was lovely, and everything was spotlessly clean. Unfortunately, I had to leave very early, so I didn't have breakfast (my loss😪) but the dining room looked lovely, and the menu was very good. Crab pot cottage is located very close to three pubs, two chippies, and the local Coop shop. It represents exceptional value, and I have no hesitation in recommending a stay there. Thank you for your warm hospitality. 🙂

There was nothing to dislike.

Huge bed, super comfortable and lovely to have a bathtub to relax in after trekking along the cliffs all day with my heavy camera gear. Nice airy room with plenty of natural light and I noticed there was a fan provided too should one need to use it. Everything spotlessly clean. Tea and coffee making facilties in the room were appreciated and the breakfast was absolutely lovely, thanks for catering to my special dietary request. On street parking very easy. I totally recommend this lovely B&B and will stay again. Thank you!

Nothing, no complaints.

Room clean and comfortable. Electric fan provided. TV provided. Breakfast good.

Bathroom small only room for one person and NO toiletries provided. No one answered the door when I arrived after ringing bell for 10 minutes. Eventually found someone round the back in another building. No water in room so had to go to the local co-op to buy some. Very little interaction with the owner and/or staff in the whole stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Crab Pot Cottage, aptly named for a fisherman's house - comfy bedroom with a large ensuite. We liked the tea tray with fresh milk and the little touches. Lovely freshly cooked breakfast. The cottage is in the centre of a village with its own charm and we loved getting up at dawn to explore Flamborough Head. Saw 100 seals on the beach.

We should have eaten out earlier as the local pubs had closed for food by 7.30pm on a Monday evening. Plenty of options at Bridlington
