Fantastic hosts and staff. Nothing too much trouble. Very welcoming and friendly. Knowledgeable on the area. Rooms well equipped and very clean. Beds extremely comfortable. Breakfast excellent all fresh Evening meals excellent, freshly cooked and very gud value for money. Gud portions. Gud location. 5 minute walk to beach. 10 minute walk to town centre. Definitely recommend and definitely stay again

We had a really nice stay, the hotel is just down the street to the beach and about a 10 minute walk into town. The staff really made the stay and Tim, Louise and Nick in particular were always on hand for anything we needed. We ate in the restaurant one night which was a nice experience and the food was lovely. The whole stay felt really relaxed from checking in to leaving. We took our dog with us which meant that she could enjoy the holiday too so it was great that this facility is available. We went to Bempton Cliffs one day which was brilliant and only about a 15 min car drive from the hotel. Thank you again for a lovely stay.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, couldn’t do enough for you. Very clean. Nice breakfast. Good location. We travelled as 2 adults 2 children for the diva dance comp at Bridlington spa. Breakfast was served from 8am but they were kind enough to change the time to enable us to have it earlier as we had to leave before 8. They also provided me with a permit for car parking when the car park was full so I parked just outside the property. All in all a nice stay and would book again.

I can’t say I didn’t like the property. The only thing was the room felt a little too warm but then really cold on a morning. The shower was cold on the morning too. The 3rd bed was a sofa bed which wasn’t the comfiest but I asked for an extra duvet which was no problem so I used that for extra padding. My own fault for letting the children pick the beds!

We booked very last minute and would have preferred a double bed but twins were ok, we were just grateful we were allowed to bring the dog! The room and building in general are very clean, the dining room is exceptionaly clean. Breakfasts were excellent! 10/10. Dog was even allowed in the dining room which was wonderful! The decor is somewhat outdated but tbh they make the best of what they have and standards are high. The staff are friendly and kind. The location is perfect, out of town a little but only a few minutes walk to the centre and in a much nicer area two minutes to the beach! Hotel great, Bridlington not so much...needs alot of improvements!!

A little later check out but totally understand the need to vacate the rooms so they can be prepped for the next visitors.

We received a warm welcome from the owner, who couldn't do enough for us. The room was small but very comfortable and spotlessly clean. We had plenty of tea and coffee and products in the bathroom. We were in Bridlington for a show at The Spa Theatre and the hotel is well placed to walk into town.We stopped for a drink in the well stocked bar after the show and enjoyed talking to the owner and other friendly people from the town.The breakfast was of a really high standard and cooked fresh to order. We walked to Flamborough from the hotel and caught the bus back which stops right outside the hotel. Great to have found this gem and would recommend it to anyone staying in the town.

What a great place! Received a very warm welcome on arrival & easy parking either in hotel carpark or in road directly outside. The room was wonderful with an enormous window the width of the room, overlooking the cliffs of Flamborough and out to sea - you could watch the lighthouse flashing at night and see all the stars! Our family room was a great size, with a double, single and sofa bed if needed. We slept like logs in really comfortable beds, with a choice of pillows and snuggly duvets. We didn't hear a thing from outside - great soundproofing, a blind and curtains on the windows. Room was nice and warm too, with 2 huge radiators you can control yourself - great for drying towels and making it cosy. The room was spotlessly clean with ample storage - a roomy chest of drawers and a hanging rail plus bedside cabinets. The tv was big and positioned well on wall with all channels available. The bathroom had lots of hot water, a nice big sink, clean loo, very powerful shower with a nice deep shower tray and good extraction and toiletries provided. There was a tea tray with a well stocked selection plus some tasty biscuits! Breakfast each morning was lovely in a nice, relaxed environment - best fruit selection we've seen in a hotel, with yoghurt, or a cereal if you fancy that. Followed by a decent sized cooked breakfast, (eggs with the yellowest yolks!), toast, juice, pots of tea or a cafetiere of coffee each. Really friendly bunch on hand both at breakfast and during stay, everyone very helpful & efficient. We didn't make use of the bar, but on passing when coming in in the evening, there was a pleasant atmosphere, with folk playing games at tables and enjoying each others company. Dinner is offered too if required. All in all an extremely lovely stay & we hope to stay again soon. Thank-you!

Friendly welcome, pleasant atmosphere, Breakfast cooked fresh. Evening meal s we're available but I didn't take advantage of them on my stay, Room was heated with comfortable beds, fresh linen all expected requirements met. we experienced good nights sleep..no noice in our stay. The staff were very attentive to our needs and served us in great time. All together I thought a pleasant happy well run 🏨.. Hotel.. .. great team .. 💯.. x keep up the great work ladies...

We was welcomed at the door by the owner. He was very welcoming and gave us some good information about the area. Took us upto our room personally. The room had a lovely view across the tops of the other properties, could see the sea from our room. Very bright, clean and airy. The breakfast the following morning was excellent, lovely welcoming ladies who couldn't do enough for you. Sad we only stayed one night but we definitely will be coming back

The only thing I could say negative about our stay is the mattress on the double bed was so soft and you rolled funny on it. I did have a sore back the following morning. If the mattress was sorted it would have been 10/10

From our arrival to departure we were treated like royalty,staff were very attentive nothing was too much trouble.Our room was spotlessly clean upon arrival (white bedding)and cleaned daily with tea/coffee/biscuits repleshed.The breakfast was one of the best we've ever had at any of our stays in other hotels.We dined most nights and the food was high quality and cooked to perfection. Games and books were readily available that was great to occupy the children during the evenings.The location for us was perfect a gentle 5 min stroll to the beach,and approx 10mins to the town.It was a real pleasure to meet Tim and his team will definitely be returning.
