The room was quiet and we both slept really well. There were tea making facilities and some breakfast cereal etc if you wanted it. Everything in the room was neat and clean and there were good black out curtains bedside light etc even a tv if you wanted it. Check in and out worked very well and we were kept well informed and there was free parking outside. Only a short walk to the Spa and seafront.
There was nothing we did not like but the whole place is rather dated and old fashioned and the shower room which was perfectly adequate is quite small. No complaints

Emma welcomed us on arrival. She told us everything we would need to know about our stay. She answered questions we had about quickest routes back into town etc. The complimentary snacks and drinks were a real hit with my young grandaughter. Nothing was too much trouble. She even let us leave our luggage to collect later in the day on our departure day as we weren't travelling back home until early evening. The room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. It was cleaned every day with fresh towels, milk, tea, coffee etc all topped up. The shower was huge and amazing.
There's nothing not to like. Emma provides everything you could expect and a lot more.

Loved the location, minutes from harbour and seafront for a lively evening stroll, the house was quirky but so cumfy and welcoming, the owners were so friendly and like being welcome by family, the room had everything yoyd need and was so so quiet and had a lovely night's sleep with no rush to get up. The help yourself yo belreakfast and snacks was so refreshing and such a lovely idea that we won't hesitate to stay again. We parked the car just over the road and could see it from our room. Best value for money we kniw, lively place, didn't hear a peep from anyone else throughout our stay, couldn't recommend it highly enough.
Absolutely nothing. We had a lovely night and felt so welcome.

Fantastic location only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Great for families my son loved the free snacks - fizzy pop, crisps, yoghurts, croissants, chocolate and cereal. The snack bar was always open so we could take food down to the beach. The host Emma was friendly and helpful and she made the effort to speak to my son and guide us on attractions for children. This is a perfect hotel for families and she made us feel very welcome. Lovely living room and loved the beach themed duvets. 10/10 for comfort and cleanliness will definitely be back in winter for the theatre that is also close by.
Everything was perfect. Only feedback could be putting some tables and chairs outside to sit in the sunshine or in the conservatory would be a nice touch.

We were met by a friendly lady called Emma who was very welcoming. We were shown to our room and it was very clean and roomy. There was a heater too as it was pretty cold that night. Comfortable bed and very quiet. The location is excellent for The Spa and local bars and restaurants. Emma explained that they didnt do breakfast but we could help our self in the sittng room. Nice sitting room with cereals, snacks and a fridge. We were lucky to get onsite parking too.
Nothing really. The hotel could do with a makeover but then the price would go up.

My Dad & I had 2 nights stay here & the location was great it is down the street opposite the Spa Theatre so easy to find. We had room only basis but was told on arrival to help ourselves to yogurts & cereals. Emma the owner is lovely. We had the essentials for a short stay tea/coffee/kettle etc, television, own bathroom, outdoor space, ground floor room, very comfortable single beds.
I don't think there was anything we didn't like.

Emma Clacher, the General Manager, warmly greeted us, and gave us useful information about the local area, and places to eat. She ensured there was a daily change of towels, additional toiletries during our stay. We were surprised to find the communal lounge had a supply of drinks, snacks, and breakfast cereals/fruit for guests to help themselves to, and this was replenished daily. She was prompt at getting back to us when we left phone messages on the hotel ansaphone. It was the improving weather, but also our satisfaction with the hotel that made us to decide to stay an additional night in Bridlington. The hotel is situated close to the front, but on a very quiet road, which we also appreciated.
We thought the hotel could improve the outside sitting area provided with the room, by adding a few plants and a higher fence between the property and adjacent house, to give more privacy and a more pleasant environment to sit in.

The guest house was lovely and I enjoyed the character of the room. It was clean and had pretty much everything we needed, and the host was so lovely and welcoming with a no-nonsense check-in. The room even had a small tv, which was a nice thing to wind down with after long days spent walking on the beach. It was also quiet, and the bed was comfortable, so we managed a solid night of sleep. The location is also close to the beach and bridlington town on foot!
All good to me!
