The property location is great, we had a sea view room and it was lovely to look out to the harbour each day. The people were all friendly and they were great when our puppy was barking the whole breakfast room down, it was his first holiday and we were feeling awkward when he was vocal, but everyone made us feel so comfortable, they even gave him his own breakfast sausage! The breakfast was lovely, parking was really easy, we had an issue with someone being parked in our space after going out for the day but thy sorted it really quickly for us.

Check in was easy, but impersonal - we might not have been bothered about this however we stayed in a different property last year and the hosts were there to greet us, they helped with our bags and it was just nice to be greeted and talked through breakfast time etc

We were greeted on arrival by Carrie who was very friendly and extremely helpful as were all the other members of staff.The location is excellent for the town and harbour The room was spotlessly clean and tastefully furnished. We were on the 3rd floor but well worth the climb to have such a fabulous view of the harbour below.. Good selection of continental and choice of cooked breakfast included We had a wonderfully relaxing 2 day break and would highly recommend..Thank you team Harbour View

For ladies!! although there was a hairdryer in the en-suite there wasn't a electric socket near the mirror to do makeup etc because I've come across this before I had packed my own extension lead 😅

Harbour View couldn't be in a better position. The view over the harbour is exceptional, and the location to everywhere is perfect, a short walk to all bars, restaurants, breakwater, berry head. Our room (4) had the most beautiful view, the bed was very comfy, nice 2 chairs to sit and admire the view, nice bathroom, nice shower. Tea & coffee making facilities. 2 chocolates in our welcome box. The full english breakfast was delicious & all sorts of choices, cereal, yogurts fruit etc.

Not a problem but quite steep staircase. The sash windows look like they could fall out.

The Experience of Visiting Brixham was Amazing for Me. I was Researching My Family History and wanted to Visit because My Great Grandmother was Born in Brixham. So it was Lovely to Walk in Her Footsteps in the Place She Grew Up. I Managed to Visit some of My Relatives Graves at St Mary's Church and Lay Flowers while I was there, which was Absolutely Great. The Hotel was Brilliant, Beautiful View and Exceptional Staff, I didn't want to Leave. Will Definitely Visit Again One Day.

Wow!!Wow!! Amazing place to stay in Brixham! The best possible location, over viewing the harbour. We have arrived earlier and popped into Harbour View to get directions to the car park (as previously agreed with the owner) only to be told our room is actually ready and we can check in 3h before planning time. Unbelievable! I was so happy we can actually refresh and get change after the long drive. Steve was super kind not only showed us to the room, give us all directions to the car park, which was just below the hotel in the harbour and give us tips about the best places to eat and drink. Our room and bathroom were spotless clean. Bed was super comfy and we had a great night sleep. Room was at the back of the property so it was quiet at the night, we didn't hear any other guests and people on the street. Breakfast in the morning was also fantastic. Apart of cooked option you have fresh croissants and pasties, yogurts, cereals, toast and jams, juices etc. Plenty of everything. Owners were very attentive and helpful. We've had a great stay and felt well looked after. We will be definitely coming back and staying in Harbour View next time when in Brixham. Thank you for your hospitality

The hotel is wonderfully situated by the harbour. I paid for a sea view and the views were phenomenal. From the manager to the staff, every step of my stay was flawless. The parking was so convenient, the breakfast was wonderful but above all, the staff couldn’t do enough to help. And they also spoke to each and every one of us on a personal level, genuinely wanting to make every visitors stay a special one.

There’s nothing I could I say. The stay was perfect.

The location and the proximity to the Harbour. The instructions for the parking bay were easy to follow. The breakfast was good and cooked to order and the staff were very helpful. We stayed in room 9 which is located in the courtyard behind the property.

The parking is tight if you have an estate car or SUV. Located below the property adjacent to the Harbour with steps backup to the property. The steps from the parking are quite steep as the property is built on a steep hill.

Fantastic views, great breakfast, will a nice choice of pastries, cereals etc., nice big bathroom, would have prefered the ensuite but the size made up for it, friendly staff who were eager to please.

We were in room 8 and would have been nice to have a little table ledge by the window the same as room 7 where my brother and partner were staying. Tough going with case up the stairs as no lift but do understand it is an old building.

Fantastic location with beautiful views of the harbour and quayside. The room was well appointed, clean and comfortable. We requested a quiet room which the hotel was able to arrange at the back of the hotel away from the road. The breakfast and service was impeccable. Great value for money in the heart of the quay. The hotel is pet freindly and we were able to take ours for a small supplement. If you arrive by car there is space outside the hotel to drop luggage and for £7 you can park you car for the night in the parking spaces by the quay, 2 minutes away. Highly recommend the New Quay Inn owned by the hotel, beautifully renovated and it keeps the old style pub feel.
