I booked a two night last minute stay in a standard double room for myself and my daughter. The room is as it says on the tin, it was clean, we had a kettle, toaster, crockery, etc, all we needed, the bed was super comfortable, it was warm but they had thought of the little extras like a fan in the room and also we could ask for fresh milk in the morning, this was given in a little milk bottle, lovely touch, excellent value for money, we were literally there just to sleep so was perfect for us, location is great right in the heart of Burry Port, lovely restaurant and super friendly staff and owner, needed ice, asked and given. We will definitely be back thank you Nik the Greek

The property was very conveniently situated in the high street with plenty of places to eat nearby. It had parking around and despite being a busy Saturday night we had no trouble finding a spot. We liked the short walk to the estuary and yacht club. Our room was large and bright with two big windows. It had everything you could want for a short stay. Fresh milk in the fridge for morning tea. Very clean and neat. Plenty of towels and toiletries provided as well as water in the fridge. The owner was communicative and sent lots of information beforehand. We met him briefly on arrival and he was friendly and helpful pointing out local places to eat and drink. We were sorry not to have been able to eat in the restaurant due to a private function. Hopefully next time.

The property is opposite a lively bar. Not a problem for us but it’s possible some people may find it a little noisy if the windows were open.

We loved the room, quite spacious with little kitchen arrea so we could make breakfasts, comfy beds, great location to explore from, very clean, i would really recommend this place. Co op just few steps away, well stocked, nice caffee just outside and pizza/ kebab opposite. We havent got a chance to try restaurant as stayed when closed (monday- check out wednesdqy morning) im sure its fab. Thank you very much we had a great stay

We had housekeeping popping in and exchange towels and empty bins only but sadly toiletry liquids were not replaced nor coffee or tea. 2 single use shower gels and 2 shampoos werent enough for 3 of us for 2 days . Thats the only downfall. The pub opposite is in deed super loud, not Niks fault but just be prepared, its summer, people are enjoing themselves. Wasnt an issue for us

Self check in was ideal as we didn’t arrive until after 8pm, room as very nice, clean, spacious and comfortable. Milk and bottled water had been left in the fridge for our arrival, which we really appreciated after such a long drive. Was a shame the restaurant was closed when we stayed there as we love Greek food, would definitely stay here again and highly recommend these rooms.

The only slight issue was the water temperature in the shower, it would only stay warm for about 1 min then run cold so we had to keep turning it off, then back on again to get the hot water to run through.

What a great little find - perfect for the event we were attending at Pembrey Country Park. Rooms are very comfortable and thoughtfully decorated. Bathrooms are beautifully finished! Our group ate in the fantastic Greek restaurant underneath the accommodation and had a great time. Fresh milk in the fridge in my room.

The seagulls make a real racket from early morning but there's nothing anyone can do about that. Fine if you're up early! It would also be a huge bonus if decent coffee bags were provided instead of Nescafe instant, especially as there's no breakfast.

Perfect for one night as we were in Burryport for a 50th party. It was clean, the bed comfortable and in close proximity to where we needed to be.

The shower didn’t drain quickly so after two minutes I was worried the water was going to overflow onto the floor. If I went to Burryport at the weekend with my children I believe it would be too noisy as the apartment, number 5, faced a pizzeria and at 12-1am there was a lot of noise from the street. It didn’t bother us as we returned at 12 and if we didn’t have our own there were ear plugs provided.

It was absolutely spotless it was easy to access but felt even safer that the actual hotel stay is in the lane next to it. Amazing For the money they charge. Beautiful room with Kettle, toaster, alot of sugar, tea bags and Coffee, even had Decaf Coffee which i was very pleased about as it's the only coffee I drink, Fresh milk and can get the milk refilled also downstairs as much as you want, it was Plenty enough for my parter and I though. The separate bathroom we had in room 5 was so clean and so beautifully kept, Amazing Fresh white towels, hair shampoo, Conditioner and soap's. The beds are so comfortable it felt like I was sleeping on my memory foam mattress and 2 big fluffy pillows each with Scatter cushions and also over the quilt, a big white fluffy blanket which was so lush. The stay was great. The cafes and vacainties around are absolutely excellent if Nik the Greek is shut but they do lush food through the day. Most definitely be staying at this hotel again and again. Thanks ever so much for our fabulous stay. Even supplied Ear plugs for my partners and I and we slept like babies.

Not 1 thing I can complain about honest truth it's a beautiful hotel

We liked the fact that the rooms were above the restaurant, we ate supper at the restaurant the first day we arrived and it definitely didn't disappoint. Not only was the food beyond delicious, the portion sizes were ample. We couldn't even order pudding afterwards because we were full!! I must also mention & give special thanks to Laura Mouzakiti, who went above & beyond to reunite me with the bunch of keys that I absentmindedly left in the bedside drawer of the room we stayed in. Thank you Laura, I have them now and I am truly grateful for your kindness & willingness to help.

Room 2 was ideal although fridge was very noisey . Great bathroom lovely size everything you need.

My mum was in room 5 we were not aware before arriving that the bathroom was separate from the room. I had a children with me so couldn’t swap ,she felt uncomfortable using the bathroom in the night .Also the blinds in that room were broken and the window had view of big open space . It was very hot radiator very noisy for a small room .

Really lovely room, spacious and clean. There was a fridge with milk and water in the room as well as crockery which was very welcome. Had dinner in the restaurant downstairs which was very tasty and the staff were lovely.

parking was on street only but knew this in advance and found a spot up the road easily enough. Stayed on a Saturday night and the noise from the pub opposite was quite loud especially when trying to get a child to sleep.
