We loved the room, quite spacious with little kitchen arrea so we could make breakfasts, comfy beds, great location to explore from, very clean, i would really recommend this place. Co op just few steps away, well stocked, nice caffee just outside and pizza/ kebab opposite. We havent got a chance to try restaurant as stayed when closed (monday- check out wednesdqy morning) im sure its fab. Thank you very much we had a great stay

We had housekeeping popping in and exchange towels and empty bins only but sadly toiletry liquids were not replaced nor coffee or tea. 2 single use shower gels and 2 shampoos werent enough for 3 of us for 2 days . Thats the only downfall. The pub opposite is in deed super loud, not Niks fault but just be prepared, its summer, people are enjoing themselves. Wasnt an issue for us

Self check in was ideal as we didn’t arrive until after 8pm, room as very nice, clean, spacious and comfortable. Milk and bottled water had been left in the fridge for our arrival, which we really appreciated after such a long drive. Was a shame the restaurant was closed when we stayed there as we love Greek food, would definitely stay here again and highly recommend these rooms.

The only slight issue was the water temperature in the shower, it would only stay warm for about 1 min then run cold so we had to keep turning it off, then back on again to get the hot water to run through.

What a great little find - perfect for the event we were attending at Pembrey Country Park. Rooms are very comfortable and thoughtfully decorated. Bathrooms are beautifully finished! Our group ate in the fantastic Greek restaurant underneath the accommodation and had a great time. Fresh milk in the fridge in my room.

The seagulls make a real racket from early morning but there's nothing anyone can do about that. Fine if you're up early! It would also be a huge bonus if decent coffee bags were provided instead of Nescafe instant, especially as there's no breakfast.

It was absolutely spotless it was easy to access but felt even safer that the actual hotel stay is in the lane next to it. Amazing For the money they charge. Beautiful room with Kettle, toaster, alot of sugar, tea bags and Coffee, even had Decaf Coffee which i was very pleased about as it's the only coffee I drink, Fresh milk and can get the milk refilled also downstairs as much as you want, it was Plenty enough for my parter and I though. The separate bathroom we had in room 5 was so clean and so beautifully kept, Amazing Fresh white towels, hair shampoo, Conditioner and soap's. The beds are so comfortable it felt like I was sleeping on my memory foam mattress and 2 big fluffy pillows each with Scatter cushions and also over the quilt, a big white fluffy blanket which was so lush. The stay was great. The cafes and vacainties around are absolutely excellent if Nik the Greek is shut but they do lush food through the day. Most definitely be staying at this hotel again and again. Thanks ever so much for our fabulous stay. Even supplied Ear plugs for my partners and I and we slept like babies.

Not 1 thing I can complain about honest truth it's a beautiful hotel

Perfect for one night as we were in Burryport for a 50th party. It was clean, the bed comfortable and in close proximity to where we needed to be.

The shower didn’t drain quickly so after two minutes I was worried the water was going to overflow onto the floor. If I went to Burryport at the weekend with my children I believe it would be too noisy as the apartment, number 5, faced a pizzeria and at 12-1am there was a lot of noise from the street. It didn’t bother us as we returned at 12 and if we didn’t have our own there were ear plugs provided.

We liked the fact that the rooms were above the restaurant, we ate supper at the restaurant the first day we arrived and it definitely didn't disappoint. Not only was the food beyond delicious, the portion sizes were ample. We couldn't even order pudding afterwards because we were full!! I must also mention & give special thanks to Laura Mouzakiti, who went above & beyond to reunite me with the bunch of keys that I absentmindedly left in the bedside drawer of the room we stayed in. Thank you Laura, I have them now and I am truly grateful for your kindness & willingness to help.

Room 2 was ideal although fridge was very noisey . Great bathroom lovely size everything you need.

My mum was in room 5 we were not aware before arriving that the bathroom was separate from the room. I had a children with me so couldn’t swap ,she felt uncomfortable using the bathroom in the night .Also the blinds in that room were broken and the window had view of big open space . It was very hot radiator very noisy for a small room .

It was perfect for our needs. My wife and I wanted to visit the Gower coast with our Grandson. We thought it was good value for the money, it was clean and well presented. We brought our own tea and coffee; no need and there was even milk in the fridge. The cleaners looked after our dirty crockery. There are plenty of places to get breakfast and an evening meal nearby and the local coop was a short walk away.

The pub across the road can be noisy, but there is not much the owner can do about that. They have obviously reacted to previous reviews as ear plugs were provided. Fortunately the noise did seem to end at 11pm. We stayed in apartment 2 and a more powerful shower would have been nice.

Really nice location, central in the village. Very quiet room. It is above a restaurant, but you hear nothing from it. The internet was working perfectly. There was tea and coffee available in the room, good shampoo and soap in the private bathroom. You have a private entrance, so no need to walk through the restaurant to go out of the room. The bathroom was the door nearby the sleeping room, but it was a private bathroom, only for this room.

The lamps were a bit weak, a sort of warm and cozy orange light. I could have enjoyed a stronger light to read. Generally I was very satisfied of the room.

The room was unexpectedly a "flatlet". We had a bedroom with a really modern beautiful shower and a living room with kitchenette comprising sink, microwave & refrigerator. I especially liked that we had fresh milk in a bottle instead of those tiny little pots that are hard to open without spilling and there were also bottles of water in the fridge. The towels were luxurious and bed and sofa bed comfy. Really good value for money and quite unexpected. The keysafe & check in instructions were clear and easy to follow and the stairs to the first floor, not too steep. Good lock on the door. The room was opposite a pub and pizzeria and we stayed on a Saturday night so expected some noise but it was only a hum of chatter with people having a nice time on an unexpected warm evening. No complaints regarding the noise level. The apartment is well situated for a walk down to the beach which is another hidden gem. I've added some photos of our room but they are after we have "lived" in it so not as pristine as when we arrived.

To be honest I had expected the room above a restaurant to be, shall we say "basic", but it wasn't like that at all. It was nicely decorated and furnished.
