Warm welcome, clean and comfortable room. Wish I knew about it sooner, shame they don't allow dogs as it would be a home away from home for me. It's ideal for wandering around Burry Port, train station is a stone throw away, plenty of pubs and walks in the area. Ample parking. Small touches were really appreciated. It's nice being able to make a cuppa without having to go out to get the supplies yourself. 10/10

Glass on the front door could do with a quick clean, however that is seriously nit picking. It's a fantastic place to stay.

No breakfast but we enjoyed a tasty breakfast at the cafe opposite . No granola or yogurt but variety of eggs and normal English on the menu . The facilities included a bedroom / living room with TV AND WI-FI , EN-SUITE SPACIOUS AND NEWLY REFURBISHED . GOOD welcome provided by hostesses . Only downside to access was that we had to climb an outside , metal stairway . As I am a bit shaky on my feet that was an ordeal . When we informed the owners they immediately gave us a key which allowed us to gain entry through the entrance of the pub . Took us about 10 mins to walk to the beach and coastal path . Great place to stay .

I ve outlined my concerns above . No other bad points . I can’t remember whether we were given details of restaurants but as we only stayed one night it wasn’t a problem . We had met up with friends before arriv8ng and enjoyed a great meal . I know that the Machynnis clubhouse is only a half hour drive away and that is really lovely venue - fab views of golf coast and good food .

Staff were great, huge room with double bed, and kitchen facilities including a fridge and microwave. Dining table and chairs so everything you could need. We were lucky to visit during sept heatwave, and were even given a fan for the room.

I should mention, although the hotel is in the centre of town so easy access, the railway station is a few hundred yards away so you will hear the trains pass, didn't bother us at all but only fair to advise you.

There is a microwave and toaster and cutlery provided. Iron/ ironing board/hairdryer provided. Very clean will definitely stay again when visiting family. Also great little pub with seating outside for a drink. Little extras like fresh orange and water in the fridge also tea & coffee and welsh cakes.

Nothing everything was excellent

The accommodation was very good in that it was clean, spacious and had every thing that we needed, however we could have done with hand soap and shampoo for the bathroom.

Access was a bit of a shock in that it was a fire escape, which we could have known before booking.

Really friendly, welcoming staff throughout my stay, gorgeous room, loved the kitchenette. All was very clean. Lovely pub too. Even though the room was dead near the pub, room was nice and quiet! Near the train station, shops and the harbour. Loved it, will definitely be my go-to place when I come back to Burry Port :)

The property has a bed/sitting room, bathroom and a well equipped kitchen and is well decorated and spotlessly clean

The only thing I would say is that it would be nice to have some additional heating in the bed/sitting room, it is a big, high ceilinged room and needs a sufficient heating. We were there on a particularly cold weekend so felt it more than had it been a warmer time of year

Excellent well fitted and presented room. Newly refurbished self contained apartment. Fully fitted kitchen and lounge. Separate sleeping area accommodating 3 single beds and separate bathroom with jet bath and shower. Spotlessly clean and well presented. Enough space to be a holiday flat. Free WiFi and tv included. Ample parking at the rear of the property. Private external apartment entrance.

Lovely cosy room with all facilities. Fridge, microwave, kettle, table & chairs. Lovely welcoming touches included welshcakes, biscuits, tea & coffee, milk & ceriels. It was nice for me as a solo traveller to be able to access my room without going through the pub. Lovely stay!

Lovely big room with small Kitchen and walk in Bathroom, cheap Beers, small Car park can get busy, close to Shops and Food outlets, ideally situated for exploring the area.

Close to the Railway line but there was no Trains in the middle of the night so not a problem.
