All the Staff members we encountered were excellent. Chelsea on the Bar who was very professional in dealing with a rude and difficult customer and Lucas (bar staff) who was happy to chat while serving us drinks in the early hours. Location of the Hotel is brilliant, cross the road and you are straight into the city. Breakfast was great, no issues with ordering gluten free food for my wife.
The room was had was at the back of the annex building with a restricted view over the roof. That said, the room was comfortable and provided all that we needed.

Beautiful hotel. The extra touches really make a difference, such as the Georgian embroidered towels and bathrobes, the Nespresso coffee machine, water bottles in the room. The breakfast was also amazing, one of the best we’ve had. Staff couldn’t do enough to help. We arrived at 2am due to my wife having a medical emergency half way through our 5 hour journey to Swansea. We spoke to the hotel and the lady on reception was so accommodating and then when we finally arrived we were greeted by a lovely kind man who was so helpful, and a lovely receptionist

An Amazing building! Absolutely stunning. .so friendly! Very informative and proffessional. . Had help with my suitcase to my room, which was great. Made me feel valued from the moment I arrived . The whole building is beautiful, and I adored my room 'Faithful'. .fabulous decor, very cozy and welcoming . The huge window that opened wide was fantastic. .The speciality coffee /tea tray was a luxury to me! Thank you. . The bathroom I loved so much! The style and attention to detail was spot on! The cozy robes , fluffy towels and amazing toilettries! . . .location was perfect for everything I wanted (tiain station, shops, resturants, supermarkets etc). . . .Not far from the beach either. . The staff I met were just fabulous, so thank you so much. . I didnt get to have breakfast this time, but hopefully next time!
Everything was great! !

Property was lovely, quiet and very spacious. Location was excellent, close to all amenities and a short walk to the marina and coast. The breakfast across the road was very convenient and also the restaurant in Morgans Hotel was really good for a special meal on one of the nights. The hotel was also well placed for visiting the Gower Peninsula and to discover the museums in Swansea.
We were warned the room was on a high floor with lots of stairs, but it was quite a challenge, with really steep steps up to the room, which was on the top floor. The wooden floors were very slippy too and the mats were unsafe beside the bed, so we removed them for our stay.

Room was exactly as expected, great location. Breakfast across the road in Morgan's was really good - well worth the extra.
The only downside really is that it is a little quiet. There is a beautiful bar and lounge downstairs but as it is not open, even to guests, it feels wasted. Would be nice for it to open, even for a few hours on a Fri and Sat night (3 - 8pm maybe) so that guests can have a drink before heading out. I know there is Morgan's across the road but for us, to make it 10/10 would be use of this beautiful space for Georgian guests.

Convenient for strolling into Swansea city centre. Convenient car park on bath lane (booked separately). Lovely decor, great Nespresso coffee machine, comfy mattress and liked the his/hers showers.
Bed was a little high off the ground (top of mattress was about hip height for me, I’m 5’10, the wife had to jump to get on the bed!) although this was characterful! Partly due to very humid weather, it was very hot, and while we could open the sash windows for some air, the noise from Wind Street was in full effect until gone 3am. On reflection I should have asked the staff if they had any fans available. I don’t think this would stop me booking again though.

Very central location, near to the marina, bars and restaurants. The hotel was very quaint, like stepping into a museum with the furniture and paintings. It is, however, very, very well appointed and comfortable. The little touches like Molton Brown toiletries and the modern coffee machine were a lovely surprise. Check in and breakfast is directly across the road at Morgans hotel and the staff there were lovely.
Nothing not to like. We were very pleasantly surprised and impressed with the accommodation.

Breakfast was very good, the staff were polite, friendly and helpful. The Georgian is an annex to Morgans, Morgans is a really nice building and the Georgian is nicely decorated with a mix of genuine antiques and repros. It also has substantially better art than most hotels, high quality prints of Georgian oil paintings. Breakfast is what was one described as the best board room in Wales. A very grand room with an arts and crafts mural.
Having to go to another building for breakfast isn't ideal.

Very central - I walked from the train, it was easy to find. It's near the coastline, museum shops and food. The room was comfortable and clean.
The breakfast was overall really good, but a bit salty, and they forgot the laver bread. But the staff were friendly and helpful, so if I could have asked (I didn't bother). The Georgian feels a bit lonely because the ground floor bar and living-room type area was not used - it was empty of people and a bit cold. Maybe in the summer it livens up (I was there in Jan)

The location is fantastic, right in the centre of everything and near the sea. The bath was really great, nice and deep! The bathroom felt very luxurious. There was lovely Molton Brown toiletries and I loved have nice thick towelling robs. The bed was huge and super comfortable. It was very easy to regulate the room temperature. The TV was nicely placed. There was a good coffee machine, iron, hair dryer. Thick curtains were great for keeping the light out. The room was quiet and super clean. There is a gorgeous lounge to sit in when you first come and in. The staff, Amy and Laura were very friendly and super helpful. We didn't pay for parking but because there was space, they let us have a spot which we super appreciated. We enjoyed every moment of our later check out.
Floor a tiny bit slippy but its a beautiful wooden floor and I wouldn't change it, just remember to dry your feet when you come out the bath or shower.
