Amazing hotel, we booked last minute and once we arrived, we were kindly upgraded to a suite room! The staff couldn’t have been friendlier, or more accommodating. The stay included the half price on Sunday night too. Breakfast was delicious, everything you could’ve wanted; choice from a hot menu and a continental buffet style. We were concerned the road noise might bother us but couldn’t hear much at all from within the room. Bathroom pristine - molton brown shower gel and shampoo in the showers, large bath we wished we had time to use. Comfortable robes provided.

The only slight niggle was that the smart functions on the television either took a long time to load or we couldn’t figure it out. Not a big deal for us, with Swansea and the harbour a short walk away - we had plenty to do.

Excellent staff and service, good location, beautiful building, comfortable bed and good linen. The bathroom facilities seem to be new with ample luxurious toiletries, bath towels and robes. Sent a fridge to our room when we asked if we could store soya milk. Location of free car park to residents adjacent to hotel is a big plus factor.

Not really a problem, but bedroom in town houses not very big ( but fine) as you would expect when experiencing the main hotel. There was a minor issue meaning that the air conditioning had to be changed via a phone call to reception when we were there, due a temporary fault and not a big problem.

I have stayed at Morgan's before and I adore this hotel. The architecture is stunning and the rooms are beautifully decorated and maintained. The staff are absolutely wonderful - so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast is delicious and beautifully presented although sadly I didn't have time to eat this time! I had a cocktail in the bar in the evening and it was just so stylish and glamorous. So much fun.

I wasn't in the main building this time, and it has to be said that the room I booked was nowhere near as posh looking as the photo on the website. I realise how advertising works, obviously, but in this case, for the price, there was a significant disparity between what was advertised and what was delivered, although it was still a hgh standard to be fair.

This hotel is just so quirky and has kept its character. We were upgraded and our room was perfect. Four poster bed lovely crispy sheets and beautiful shower/bathroom. Spotlessly clean with coffe making machine with ample milk(only usually get enough for one coffee each) and complimentary water not forgetting the lovely Amy who greeted us on arrival and Ryan who took our bags to the room staff are so pleasant and smiley 🤗 will definitely stay here again

The room was huge, very grand tall ceilings and the heating system actually worked. The staff were friendly. I was shown to my room, which I hadn't expected. The complimentary mini bar! It had a great variety in there. The bed was big and comfortable. I enjoyed the stay and would stay again.

I was escorted to my room by one of the staff, considering I had a suitcase, a laptop bag, another bag in my hand and holding a bottle of water, it would have been nice if he offered to help! I was woken in the morning by the sound of traffic, even though I was given a 'quiet' room. I was also told that we get special discounts for referred partners (restaurants), but I didn't, I was charged normal price.

The staff were great, reception and restaurant, very welcoming. The location was excellent for our trip, all was in walking distance. Rooms were lovely, beautiful big window, clean and fresh with good A/C. Convenient parking across from hotel.

Didn't like is too harsh, the townhouse across the way - the corridors and foyer area were so hot and the building had a pungent fragrance/air freshener. You can hear the people above you as they walk around - it is an old building with squeaky floorboards. The people above me were not aware of how loud they were, I sleep easy so things like that genuinely don't bother me. A poor sleeper would have been frustrated.

Good central location, with designated parking. Staff really helpful and the rooms in character with the building. Robes were provided and usual tea and coffee. Breakfast was very good and well stocked and not too busy.

It would be useful be put a hook in the bathroom to hang up clothes whilst changing. We stayed at the front of the Hotel facing onto the main bar area on a Saturday night so it was quite noisy until 2am, probably wouldn’t be an issue in the week.

Very welcoming and helpful staff, helping us with our luggage, comfortable room and splendid bathroom, lift to upper floors. Bar stays open to a reasonable time i.e after theatres etc close so nightcaps can be purchased.

Unfortunately we didn't realise that our stay coincided with the Ironman weekend, having managed to park the car at the hotel, we had to move it to where we could leave the next day (staff were very helpful about this) Apparently an email had been sent warning us about this but I never found the message. No food available other than breakfast

Amazing value for money. Central location to Swansea Town. Beautiful boutique hotel with excellent service. Warm welcome upon arrival. Room was luxurious and had everything we needed for our stay. We ordered a picnic hamper which was brought to our room upon arrival brilliant value for money and the food was amazing. Breakfast the next morning was again set in a beautiful room, wide variety of breakfast offerings were available and the full English breakfast was the best we have ever had at a hotel. Superb stay and will definitely be recommending to friends.

The room was spot on, lovely fluffy towels & a great shower!

When I went for Breakfast on the first morning, I could could hear the sound of cackling women as I approached the restaurant, only to find it was two members of staff! When I tried to use the toaster, it had not been set up correctly, so I had to interrupt the women to get some assistance! I then asked if I could order a cooked breakfast, & rather than one of them coming to the table to take my order, I had to approach the counter! I'm sorry if this sounds a little trivial, but the volume of their laughter, & sheer lack of interest in customer service, was shocking!!
