Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Our room wasn't in the main building. We were given a room on the second floor in another building at the side of Morgans Hotel. It had a lift and air conditioning in our room. The location was quiet. Our room was big enough and had a modern bathroom with the shower over the bath. Big fluffy towels and robes provided. We had to go outside and cross the road to access the facilities in the Morgans Hotel. We didn't have the continental breakfast, which was included, but you can pay fifteen pounds for a hot breakfast. The secure parking is right in front of the main entrance to Morgans. It is fenced and has a boom gate, so you have to press the buzzer on the wall for reception to let you in. We were told to park in any space we like and ignore the painted number on the space. Ask for two key cards because when someone removes the key card from the slot, the lights and the television in the room will go off.

We were in room Lena. Heated towel rail didn't work. Hair dryer blew out cold air only.

What a beautiful hotel. We stayed in the townhouse in the opposite building room we had was lovely clean and comfortable. Great bed and pillows. Air conditioning if needed and great coffee machine. We added breakfast to our stay, which was in the main building. Fresh fruit coffee juice all ready with fresh hot food to order. Was definitely worth the extra. The hotel is located next to the marina and at the edge of town where the street is with all restaurants and bars. Also close to all shops . Great location Staff were also great, very friendly.

Would like to stay in the main building next time but just preference not complaint as we are going to go back.

Amazing hotel, we booked last minute and once we arrived, we were kindly upgraded to a suite room! The staff couldn’t have been friendlier, or more accommodating. The stay included the half price on Sunday night too. Breakfast was delicious, everything you could’ve wanted; choice from a hot menu and a continental buffet style. We were concerned the road noise might bother us but couldn’t hear much at all from within the room. Bathroom pristine - molton brown shower gel and shampoo in the showers, large bath we wished we had time to use. Comfortable robes provided.

The only slight niggle was that the smart functions on the television either took a long time to load or we couldn’t figure it out. Not a big deal for us, with Swansea and the harbour a short walk away - we had plenty to do.

Excellent staff and service, good location, beautiful building, comfortable bed and good linen. The bathroom facilities seem to be new with ample luxurious toiletries, bath towels and robes. Sent a fridge to our room when we asked if we could store soya milk. Location of free car park to residents adjacent to hotel is a big plus factor.

Not really a problem, but bedroom in town houses not very big ( but fine) as you would expect when experiencing the main hotel. There was a minor issue meaning that the air conditioning had to be changed via a phone call to reception when we were there, due a temporary fault and not a big problem.

Excellent huge bed and linen in the Townhosue annex room, plus a well-appointed bathroom with full-size tub. Air con worked well and good quality drapes etc. I enjoyed the water and tea. Tall, elegant rooms.

Some minor maintenance needed; all reported. A double socket instead of the single one behind the TV would allow a streaming device to be connected more easily. Age-appropriate mahogany furniture and fittings might be a bit dark for some tastes. The Townhouse hall carpet in the corridor is showing its age and might benefit from a steam clean.

I have stayed at Morgan's before and I adore this hotel. The architecture is stunning and the rooms are beautifully decorated and maintained. The staff are absolutely wonderful - so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast is delicious and beautifully presented although sadly I didn't have time to eat this time! I had a cocktail in the bar in the evening and it was just so stylish and glamorous. So much fun.

I wasn't in the main building this time, and it has to be said that the room I booked was nowhere near as posh looking as the photo on the website. I realise how advertising works, obviously, but in this case, for the price, there was a significant disparity between what was advertised and what was delivered, although it was still a hgh standard to be fair.

This hotel is just so quirky and has kept its character. We were upgraded and our room was perfect. Four poster bed lovely crispy sheets and beautiful shower/bathroom. Spotlessly clean with coffe making machine with ample milk(only usually get enough for one coffee each) and complimentary water not forgetting the lovely Amy who greeted us on arrival and Ryan who took our bags to the room staff are so pleasant and smiley 🤗 will definitely stay here again

It’s not a compliant but think the pillows need upgrading

The staff were great, reception and restaurant, very welcoming. The location was excellent for our trip, all was in walking distance. Rooms were lovely, beautiful big window, clean and fresh with good A/C. Convenient parking across from hotel.

Didn't like is too harsh, the townhouse across the way - the corridors and foyer area were so hot and the building had a pungent fragrance/air freshener. You can hear the people above you as they walk around - it is an old building with squeaky floorboards. The people above me were not aware of how loud they were, I sleep easy so things like that genuinely don't bother me. A poor sleeper would have been frustrated.

The room was huge, very grand tall ceilings and the heating system actually worked. The staff were friendly. I was shown to my room, which I hadn't expected. The complimentary mini bar! It had a great variety in there. The bed was big and comfortable. I enjoyed the stay and would stay again.

I was escorted to my room by one of the staff, considering I had a suitcase, a laptop bag, another bag in my hand and holding a bottle of water, it would have been nice if he offered to help! I was woken in the morning by the sound of traffic, even though I was given a 'quiet' room. I was also told that we get special discounts for referred partners (restaurants), but I didn't, I was charged normal price.

Good central location, with designated parking. Staff really helpful and the rooms in character with the building. Robes were provided and usual tea and coffee. Breakfast was very good and well stocked and not too busy.

It would be useful be put a hook in the bathroom to hang up clothes whilst changing. We stayed at the front of the Hotel facing onto the main bar area on a Saturday night so it was quite noisy until 2am, probably wouldn’t be an issue in the week.
