The location of this property was ideal for an away day at the football then a night out in Swansea but also for a chilled time in the room. The check in was a doddle and although It might not look amazing from outside or in the corridors once in your apartment it really is a lovely Spacious room with everything you could possibly need for an enjoyable weekend. We throughly recommend it

Fire alarm panel going off every 5 seconds (we counted) for the entirety of our stay, this was reported on the first night but not dealt with and did become annoying at times but certainly not enough to put us off going again.

The Copper House is centrally located. Just a 5-7min walk to the famous Swansea stadium and the shopping centre as well. An evening stroll overlooking the beautiful Tawe river to Morrissons was almost an everyday routine. The neighbourhood is quite safe and the bus stop is barely a 4 min walk from the apartment. So connectivity is never an issue. The apartment by itself is lovely. More than sufficient for two people to have a comfortable stay. They do provide basic cutlery to help you whip up a quick meal. Laundry washer and drier are available on the 1st floor. The detergent pods do run out real quick but you can always request the staff for a refill and they would be more than happy to oblige. The initial apprehensions about it being too noisy (the railway track runs pretty close) didn’t prove to be an issue at all. We did hear an occasional rumble but did not have to even use the ear plugs that they provide the guests with. The staff at Copper house were always just a whatsapp text away and were so very courteous. In fact we forgot our earphones in the room and they were so very kind to help us trace them and get it back.

A small wardrobe would make the apartment more complete and would help guests store their belongings as well.

Good facilities, clean and tidy. Good laundry room.

Pillows were old and flat. It was very warm, summer, while fans were provided the window was a top only opening so no fresh air could circulate. The fans just blew the warm around. It cant be helped.

Nice, clean and well-lit property Owner was prompt to assist in resolving any issue

Wi-Fi signal was a nightmare, very frustrating Trying to see which of the televisions is compatible with connecting to the very low and unreliable wifi

Swansea Stadium was reachable within 10 minutes by foot, bus and stores were also reachable within 5 minutes by foot. The apartment Hand Everything it needed for daily life :)

bed / mattress was not too comfortable and it was a bit too little for two persons, the apartment was a bit minimalistic

Very nice apartment with well equipped kitchen. Comfy bed, good pillows. Large bathroom/shower. Parking is limited, but we had a small car, so had no problems. In other reviews, people complained about the train and traffic noises, it's on a very busy street, but I'm from NYC and like the traffic sounds

We loved the spacious layout and modern amenities. The property was impeccably clean and well-maintained, making our stay incredibly enjoyable.

Spotless accommodation, with all the comforts of home. Very close to amenities and shopping.

Parking was a tad hit and miss. But this was explained in the welcome pack.
