Comfy bed. Bathroom attached to dorm. When I couldn’t find the key pad on the front door for my pre arranged late check-in, my phone call was answered immediately just after midnight with explanation how to find it. (In the daylight the next morning it was easy to see!). Very impressed with being able to contact someone so easily - much appreciated. Great location for walking to train and bus station and town centre.

It was a great location, and everything you needed was nearby! It was a nice place to stay for the activity that I wanted to accomplish.

The room that I was staying in needs the shower fixing, i believe, as it kept on dripping. As I tried to stop the dripping but it never stopped. Plus, I couldn't watch the TV in the room through the antenna after scanning for channels for the TV.

The atmosphere in the bar below, and the bespoke ambience about the structure of the place. Which is simply run. Your left to your own devices. Just imput the code at front door and same with bedroom. No kitchen facilities but bar below and plenty cafés to wonder. I highly recommend a stay. Very cheap...

I liked it how it was managed without any staff after 5PM which helps in reducing the cost and delivering good services. Every passcode for the room and the wifi is provided prior to check-in. I didn't face any issue finding and checking in my room. Thank you for your great services.

No staff available to let you in wrong key code sent when checking in !! Luckily cafe downstairs had a helpful.waitress. Parking is Road and you pay so ignore free parking advice in advert. Just lacking a bit on the personal customer contact but otherwise excellent

Wooow, I like the affordable price for 4 people in one room with private bathroom, to be like a hostal I feel a lot privacy, they provide you clean sheets, towels, shower gel.

I felt a bit uncomfortable the mattress all of them you can feel the springs

Very easy to get to, the room was very clean, nice bathroom simple but comfortable beds

On our last night one of the codes for the bedrooms (we had two) stopped working so we were unable to access it until 9am as support is not available 24/7.

couldn't check in at the time I was able to check in as they hadn't sent the key codes for over and hour after check intime so was out in the cold waiting to get in.

This is a self-check-in hostel. The room was very clean and had a bathroom in the room. The hot water was good too.

The price was really cheap. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The bar down stairs was playing banging drum and bass which I thought was great! Will stay there again 100%
