Clean and Tidy room. Kitchen is provided with basic facilities but dont worry you just need to ask the customer care and they should provide it. location is fine. please note that is no reception hence its a self check in and check out so keep your mobile/device active to communicate on the instructions for check in and check out

i had some issue before check in as the security deposit which was asked for was not getting authorized from my Card and we had to have few email exchanges before check in . But they managed for me without the deposit however with a promise that I make the deposit by credit card after check in which I was able to somehow. Rest is all perfect. I suggest deposit should be taken which we make the booking by paying the rent with the same card at the first go.

Easy to get access and large room with good facilities. Liked the feel of a mid-Victorian home.

The toilet was running water when we arrived and was not fixed , despite us reporting it. A pity. Also the tv did not work. We were disappointed about that. The batteries were mismatched. The instructions for the key box actually do not fit with the type of box. That can be simplified instead of making the guest feel anxious about getting it correct.

The room was very clean. It was comfortable. The bathroom was also clean.

It would have been nice if within the 5 days of stay there there was a cleaning service. Also, this is not the property's fault, but the location that Booking.com shows for the property is misleading: It shows it to be on Mill Road (close to the centre), whereas in reality it's on Arbury Road, which required a 30 minute walk to get there.

Complicated. I booked the place really fast because i realized that one night was missing in Cambridge. After booking you nees to fulfill another form tonget the information on the place you’ll go. Hopefully someone picked up the phone really fast

Facilities were not adequate and little things were lacking in the kitchen. For instance one begins to cook before it's realized there's no salt
