We had a great time staying at Worth House, and we received a very warm welcome when we arrived from Guido. Our room was comfortable and everything had been thought of (I appreciated the extra charger sockets in the room and the fan for the warmer weather). The location was perfect for us as it was a short walk into the centre of Cambridge, and we also made use of the bus stop nearby. The breakfast was as good as everyone says, many thanks to Maria for the food and Guido for the service and lovely chats! Guido even convinced me to try my first ever cup of coffee, and he made it so well that he may have converted me. If we come to Cambridge again we will try to stay here again.
Nothing, everything was perfect!

We simply loved our stay at Worth House. Guido and Maria are wonderful hosts. Fantastic breakfasts, all freshly made and so delicious, we had the omelettes and the traditional English breakfast, just perfect. Then their cappuccino, and their espresso... that is real coffee! The rooms are super nice and comfortable, decorated and equipped with great care. Everything is well thought out, with incredible empathy for the guests and their needs, down to the smallest detail. The location is perfect for strolling along the River Cam to the nearby city centre. By far our best B&B experience. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Besides the unbelievably generous, funny and kind hosts Maria and Guido it is the attention to detail. It’s like they’ve read all the hotel reviews and catered for every complaint that has ever been made. The huge bed 😍 was ridiculously comfy. The room amenities included a magnified mirror, bathrobes, slippers, umpteen charging ports , coffee, tea, a teapot, chocolates, biscuits, lollipops, hooks on the doors, face washers, toiletries, huge tv, bins without lids, a bath tub, a lounge with two foot stools and a coffee table between, a single lounge chair with a side table, a desk, free parking space, a small supermarket across the road, restaurants within 5 minute walking distance and breakfast is amazingly delicious and included. Just brilliant.
That we could only stay one night due to travel commitments 😢

Guido and Maria were very welcoming and made an effort to chat to us everyday, he also really made us laugh! The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean and had everything you needed. The location was good, it was about a 20 minute walk from the start of the city centre, which we quite liked as you could have a little walk down every morning. It was great value for money, as breakfast was included aswell! I would recommend!
Only a little thing- the shower had to be propped/ pushed up in order to spray the water outwards to reach you, otherwise the shower head would sometimes fall down.

Fantastic B&B just a short walk from Cambridge city center. The owners Maria and Guido have thought of everything and nothing is too much trouble once you’re there. Our room was comfortable and spacious with ample hanging space, numerous plug sockets, clean towels every day, beautiful toiletries, milk and water left in the fridge each day etc etc. Breakfast is amazing. Lots of choice, exceptional cooking and friendly chat.
Nothing! This place is a home from home.

Great little guest house (only 5 rooms) with fantastic hosts. Guido and Maria are very gracious and kind hosts and went out of their to make our stay comfortable. Maria's breakfasts are excellent, with Guido providing attentive and lively service. The room was quiet, comfortable, clean and well stocked. The location is a ~15 minute walk from the center of town, but given the number of visitors in town for the summer, that was actually kind of nice. Very nice to stay in a family run place where the owners take such pride in their work.
As stated above it is a bit of a walk to town, which we didn't mind but some others might find a bit inconvenient.

Unfortunately we missed our first night of our two-night stay which was a shame as Worth House is a delightful place to stay. Craig and Maria are charming and chatty hosts and nothing is too much trouble for them. We were made to feel valued guests and enjoyed a friendly and tasty breakfast (included in the price which isn't a guarantee with B&Bs these days!). The room was quirkily and comfortably decorated with both a fan and a heater along with plenty of storage for clothes. Charming touches were water, chocolate bars, deluxe coffee bags and luxury toiletries. The power shower was also great. We will definitely back for a stay with them in Cambridge. It was a 15 - 20 minute walk into the city centre, much of it along the River Cam.
We had no complaints.

Wonderful staff - so welcoming and accomodating. Truly marvellous and a hilarious and enjoyable interaction at breakfast. They also bent over backwards to accomodate our dietary needs. Thank you for going shopping for our favourite brand of veggie sausages! Parking was free and on-site. We appreicated their generousity in letting us park outside our check-out times. The basket of goodies in the room was a welcome surprise! Although a short walk into town, probably worth it for the quiet and additional space and free parking we got.
It would have been lovely if there was a small guest sitting area/lounge, but we appreicate this is a small family run guesthouse not a hotel. But, the room was generally excellent - just a little tight given our daughter is a teen.

The property was beautiful furnished and used high quality linen. The bathroom was fully equipped and the room had excellent tea and coffee facilities and provisions. The breakfast is exceptional. The range of options are better than many 5 star hotels, and the food is delicious (each table for 2 had their own toaster, we have never seen this before and it worked magnificently). All served with some friendly banter. We were also given very helpful tourist advice that made visit to Cambridge memorable. We found parking option of using the property next door easy and the best for our vehicle. After parking the vehicle on arrival we just walked everywhere. We would highly recommend Worth House B&B, this how B&B’s should be done.
Nothing.

Everything at worth house was perfect. The rooms are extra clean, spacious and comfortable. The attention to details in the service is top notch, and Guido and his family are the best hosts I've ever encountered. They're always available and tried to accomodate any request, and they're also extremely nice and make you feel right at home! We are vegan and they bought veg sausages and hash browns to make us a full English breakfast and give us a wide range of choice from the breakfast buffet, really appreciated it!
There is nothing to not like. Perhaps the location is a little far from the station and main attractions, but honestly the walk to the centre is beautiful along the canal and makes it totally worth it!
