We highly recommend Turing Locke for both short and long stays. It is very well managed. Front desk staff were very friendly and polite. Apartment had everything we needed and was clean. It was services once a week and was always neat and housekeeping staff were polite. Underground parking garage is safe and convenient. Needs to be prebooked. Location was great. It is 10min away from the city center or 40min walk. There is pedestrian/cycle path all the way. Supermarket, restaurant and nice bakery 2 min away. It is very pet friendly and dog is allowed in all areas. They privided treats, bowls, toy and bed for our dog. Gym is also good. We will definitely come back.

The air conditioning shouldn’t be right above desks in the laptop area at the lobby. When it is cooling it is impossible to use the desk. We liked it so much that we also booked Ember Locke place in London hoping to have similar experience while getting discount. That was a mistake. So we highly recommend Turing Locke but avoid London Ember Locke.

The coffee shop! Excellent independent roasters and great breakfasts.

On arrival, the toilet wasn't flushing. Disappointed cleaner hadn't informed staff, no maintenance staff so took a little more persuasion than should have been necessary for the manager to sort the issue but all credit after, she did. Parking is available for a charge, returned to no spaces but same manager arranged for a car to be moved for us.

A new and modern aparthotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Since we stayed for an extended period, we had to leave our belongings at the hotel multiple times, and they assisted us every single time. We're very happy that we spent our days in Cambridge staying here.

The distance from the city can be a bit of an issue, as it's not really feasible to walk there. However, there's a bus stop right across from the hotel, which is very convenient. Since it's a hotel often chosen by guests staying for longer periods like us, it would have been helpful to have an easier storage or luggage room. Although the reception staff were always very helpful, we still felt a bit guilty bothering them each time we needed to leave our belongings.

All the mentioned facilities as stated, basic kitchen, dishwasher, clothes washer/drier - great! Do note though we saw a sign that from early April the detergent for the dishwasher and cloths washer will no longer be provided free of charge.

Didn't like the sagging bed, it gave me back aches, I think it's time the mattress is changed. Kitchen utensils could do with a pair of tongs. Not much working space in the kitchen dining area, could do with another narrow table against the wall, above the rubbish bin. The microwave/oven, hob, dishwasher would be more user friendly if you had a printed sheet giving basic instructions on their use. Would be much simpler than asking the staff for help and they then start providing videos which in my opinion is a more lengthy way of instructing the user. Also takes up the staff valuable time. A printed sheet with basic instruction in the kitchen would alleviate this issue.

The location was ideal for me because my family lives a short walk away. If you want to go into town, it is only a bus ride away, the bus stop being at 100m from the entrance. I like the planning of the apartments with the sleeping bit separated from the kitchen. The fresh air nevertheless penetrates. It is remarkably quiet and the kitchen is reasonably equipped, though no deep plates (for porridge or soup). Staff is friendly and helpful. They respond very quickly via WhatsApp, so you do not need to go down to the reception if you have a question. The bed was very comfortable and the rain shower was okay, though the beams were going in all directions (very chalky water). This time, I came by car - there is a garage where you can park it (reserve in advance, 15£ per night) and even recharge electrical cars. So, very good service. I would come again. Sainsbury’s is right there, too.

In my case, the walking distance from the elevator to my room was quite long. It had a nice view into the green courtyard, but it was difficult for me with chronic fatigue when arriving and having to bring up a lot, and equally when leaving. I am still missing the deep plates, but at least this apartment had sharp knives, which the last one hadn’t.

The apartment is really something. Bathroom is warm with a towel heater. So luxurious. And the walk in shower was great. The bed is separated from the kitchen which was really convenient. Also super comfy and nice. Nice kitchen with basic appliances available. Everything clean. FAB gym, very close to a superstore and bus connections to the city centre. Really great with free bike rental.

Was rather stressful having to change towels, get more rubbish bags etc. The cleaning staff was very serviceminded but having to track them down is inconvenient. Would be much more practical to have a pantry where all the essential stuff was available for self service. The TV was placed right next to the fridge and kitchen, rather inside the bedroom. There should be placed some nice pictures in the bedroom to create a homely feeling. Please put up hangers in the bathroom for the towels. They can't all fit on the towel heater. Please put a larger bowl in the kitchen. It's part of essentials.

My stay at Turing Locke was exceptional. The modern, stylish design of the rooms made it feel like a home away from home, and the well-equipped kitchen allowed for added convenience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring a seamless experience throughout. Its central location made exploring the area effortless, and the vibrant communal spaces offered a perfect spot to relax or work. I’d highly recommend it to anyone seeking comfort, functionality, and great hospitality.

My stay at Turing Locke was fantastic overall, but a couple of small improvements could make it even better. For instance, slightly better signage around the property would make navigation easier. Beyond that, everything else was spot on, and I truly enjoyed my time there.

This place is located outside of the city centre, about 1.7 miles out. It was a new development with great restaurants and a big Sainsburys nearby. Loved the vibe. The hotel was fantastic - great workspace available whilst I waited for check in time with free wifi. Fabio, the staff member who checked me in and sorted out my parking etc, was brilliant - no problems at all. There are a lot of rooms but it was very quiet (I could hear people outside my room when they were talking and walking past, but it wasn't loud and I had no problems sleeping). The bed was comfy and the decor was great.

Only 2 things - the shower head needs a good descaler or something as the jets of water shoot out everywhere! It was just a little annoying but easily fixed. The other thing was that in the email I originally received, I was told that parking was £15 and that was the price listed in the carpark - but I was charged £20. I was told this was a new price - if so, then the original email and the signposts need to be changed for the new price.

The room was really well equipped with everything we could need and more. The bed and pillows were super comfortable and the facilities were brilliant. The local area is up and coming and there are enough cafes/ supermarket if you need anything. The park and ride into Cambridge was only 2 minutes drive and the best way to get about. Communication with Reception was really efficient and all the staff we encountered were really helpful.

There were some minor signs of wear and tear. Nothing big, just the pedal on the bin not working, the sliding bedroom doors sticking. It's also a shame that they don't mention the parking fee when you book as it would be good to be aware of it. None of this affected our stay at all. We loved it!

It was a perfect location for meeting up with friends from around the country. The self-contained apartments were so good - everyone had their own space, we could keep food and drink in the fridge and use the kitchen facilities, but it also felt like a hotel, and we loved going up to the rooftop bar and pizza place. One set of friends had a larger apartment, so we could all meet in there, making use of the large sofa and dining table. It was easy to walk into Cambridge for the day. We got taxis in the evening. There was a large Sainsbury's and a good, busy cafe close by.
