The room was really nicely appointed. The bed was excellent, bathroom and living area ideal. On-site facilities great with a number of bars and restaurant/food options available.

Parking was terrible and bearing in mind it was £20, was completely over subscribed. There around 20 electric chargers - we hopped to use one. Only 3 were actually in use but parking spots had been taken by none electric vehicles.

We highly recommend Turing Locke for both short and long stays. It is very well managed. Front desk staff were very friendly and polite. Apartment had everything we needed and was clean. It was services once a week and was always neat and housekeeping staff were polite. Underground parking garage is safe and convenient. Needs to be prebooked. Location was great. It is 10min away from the city center or 40min walk. There is pedestrian/cycle path all the way. Supermarket, restaurant and nice bakery 2 min away. It is very pet friendly and dog is allowed in all areas. They privided treats, bowls, toy and bed for our dog. Gym is also good. We will definitely come back.

The air conditioning shouldn’t be right above desks in the laptop area at the lobby. When it is cooling it is impossible to use the desk. We liked it so much that we also booked Ember Locke place in London hoping to have similar experience while getting discount. That was a mistake. So we highly recommend Turing Locke but avoid London Ember Locke.

The hotel was exceptional, from the lovely staff to the spacious and comfortable room. All amenities were in the room, and I enjoyed my stay there very much. There is a big supermarket nearby as well as a restaurant and a café. I will definitely stay there again during my next trip!

It is quite far removed from the city centre, which I had already been aware of when I booked my stay. If anyone prefers to be nearer to the city centre, this hotel is not for them. However, there are busses leaving for the city centre at regular intervals, so it was not an issue to get to the main bus stops, for instance of the Cambridge University Library or the Fitzwilliam Museum.

The coffee shop! Excellent independent roasters and great breakfasts.

On arrival, the toilet wasn't flushing. Disappointed cleaner hadn't informed staff, no maintenance staff so took a little more persuasion than should have been necessary for the manager to sort the issue but all credit after, she did. Parking is available for a charge, returned to no spaces but same manager arranged for a car to be moved for us.

Interesting arrangement with the Hyatt. Staff were all fabulous. Met some lovely people who were making use of the amazing community facilities. The sustainability aspect is truly promising; the toiletries so good (but too expensive to purchase.) Loved that it is convenient to Sainsbury but also an amazing patisserie,bar on the rooftop, cocktails and tapas on the ground floor. Also, Chromecast! Wonderful feature.

Parking is difficult and expensive; there’s no need to make that much profit out of a parking garage! This is not five star but is charging as if it were. If they want to aim for lofty heights, they need to lift their game re: cleaning, so it happens when stated; comfort, so one is not left feeling like they’re perching on a sofa instead of seated comfortably. Yes, it’s technically Cambridge, but it is quite a way out from anywhere. One needs to be very fit to walk everywhere or be aware of the exorbitant expense of having a car for the convenience.

The studio is spacious and nicely furnished. Everything looks modern and is of top quality. It offers a good environment for relaxation and restful sleep. The bathroom is large and very pleasant. The surrounding area is also nice, with a lot of lovely walking/cycling areas. If you want to go to the historic centre a bus stop nearby may take you there or to the station. no problem with food: a large grocery supermarket is almost at your doorstep!

If I could suggest any improvements, it would be perhaps a better way to guide guests through the long corridors with many turns. At the beginning it is quite confusing. — maybe some more colour coding? Also, the table in the kitchen could be larger; it might even be possible to add a small desk. Some instructions on how to use the kitchen appliances would be helpful, maybe displayed on the TV along with the other guest information. Overall, this was one of the best hotel stays of my life — and I’ve stayed in many!

The room was comfortable and beautiful, and the hotel had good access to the city center. It took about 5 minutes to walk from the hotel to the PR1 bus stop, and about 15 minutes from there to the city center. I'd like to stay at this hotel again.

The trash bin was too small for me, and it filled up within three days because I cooked for myself every day. I should have requested an additional cleaning service. Also, the fire alarm occasionally sounded, which really surprised me. When I asked the staff, she kindly explained the reason and how to deal with the alarm.

The staff were lovely and helpful. The location itself was perfect as we were close to a restaurant/bar and Sainsburys. Our room was new and very clean. I loved the design of the building as a whole. Could be perfect for a short leisure or business trip.

Outside parking has limited spaces and you can only park there for 4 hours even if you use the RingGo app to make payment. The hotel has underground parking but it's based on a first come first serve basis as a £20 cost for 24 hours. However, we ended up parking at the 'Park and Ride' about a 6 min walk away for free for 18 hours. I would recommend this to anyone staying.

A new and modern aparthotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Since we stayed for an extended period, we had to leave our belongings at the hotel multiple times, and they assisted us every single time. We're very happy that we spent our days in Cambridge staying here.

The distance from the city can be a bit of an issue, as it's not really feasible to walk there. However, there's a bus stop right across from the hotel, which is very convenient. Since it's a hotel often chosen by guests staying for longer periods like us, it would have been helpful to have an easier storage or luggage room. Although the reception staff were always very helpful, we still felt a bit guilty bothering them each time we needed to leave our belongings.

The property is new and has a modern minimalist design. The floor plan and the details were thoughtful and catered to the needs of the occupants as if things were right where you’d need them except perhaps the toilet roll holder as it’s right at the drip path of anyone accessing the hand soap.

The staff at check in could benefit from perhaps an inclusion and diversity training. It’s not very pleasant to be welcomed with an annoyed “what do you need?”. Temi (who checked me in despite the attitude) and the male staff who was there as well but pretended they were too busy with their phone seemed surprised when I said I was there to check in.
