Nice rooms with good facilities. Perfect for our family group. Breakfast was excellent quality!

When we checked in we were told breakfast was served until 9am which was a bit too early for us on a Sunday morning, and only 3 out of 8 of us made it in time. We later found out it was until 9.30am which was a little frustrating as more of the group would have been up in time if we had known!!

The location was perfect for the wedding we were attending in Camblesforth. Oddfellows bar is very quiet Breakfast was good and a nice big teapot 🫖. Sausage didn't have much taste, but ok.

The staircase leading to the upper room needs a deepclean lot of cobwebs on the treads. We did stay on one of the hottest weekends, so the rooms were very hot.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was large with a big shower and a heated towel rail. TV and tea making kit was all there with more than the standard choice of teas and coffee. The location for attending a friend's wedding couldn't have been better, right opposite the entrance to the venue.

My only issue with the room, as I had to set my laptop up, was the lack of a plug socket near the desk.

Our room was absolutely spotless It was large and the mattress was comfortable Lots of tea/coffee and biscuits Nice having a patio outside too Also a large car park attached Breakfast and the roast dinner was delicious and definitely recommend

Excellent location. Room on ground floor overlooking a courtyard. The bed was extremely comfortable. Lovely friendly staff. Excellent shower. Had a great evening meal. Plenty of car parking.

Only a cooked breakfast. No cereal.

The staff were excellent. The beds were superb, and it was very clean and modern.

When we stayed, it was very very hot, a fan or Aircon would’ve helped, but I guess it’s never normally this warm

Clean and comfortable room needs some usb power sockets. We stayed 2 nights quite and clean very good staff

Needs USB sockets for charging and the shower mixer in room 9 could do with replaceing.

I had the perfect overnight stay for a work trip. Super comfy bed and clean room, modern bathroom, smart TV, good wi-fi, delicious breakfast, friendly staff - will definitely stay again next time I'm in the area.

Nice clean, comfortable room. Wayne was very friendly and helpful, he’d been let down by staff and was doing everything himself, he was a star

No hooks in the bathroom for towels/robes etc

Good welcome. Room ok but WiFi unavailable. Also switches for side lamps not easily operated - we couldn't find them! Food good and interesting. Decided £15 a head was too much for breakfast so went elsewhere.
